They replied quickly and i sent the funds, and next few days no tracking was sent, i email several times no reply, its been 3 weeks they wont even reply and i trried order with other emaiil and they reply quickly again to scam people.   3. Stomach acid is backing up in your esophagus.. Acid reflux can cause irreversible damage to tissue, make sure you treat it.. While milk may temporarily buffer stomach acid, nutrients in milk, particularly fat, will stimulate the stomach to produce more acid... Practice proper posture. Elevate from the waist up. Mix in a teaspoon of baking soda into a glass of water (or just drink water if you can't stand the baking soda).. Chew gum to help neutralize acid. Stay away from cigarette smoke.

  7. You aren’t losing muscle. You have a ton of fat on top of your muscle so yes when you cut fat your overall size will diminish. When you carry that much extra weight it is going to happen. Keep going and cutting man, you will be much happier if you lose it. People never believe how much fat they actually have and can lose before they are actually cut. Do it slowly and you won’t lose much muscle at all. If you are currently 290 lbs I would bet your decent scale weight would be around 205 lbs.

  8. You’re correct but I wasn’t suggesting anything while on cycle. My honest opinion is if he hasn’t been running it the whole time his sensitivity is severely diminished (and this has been shown in studies prior) so the dose we need is to be much higher (and even then recovery is not as good as if it were run throughout) but then we run into aromatization issues. When it comes to hcg too many run it “alongside” their pct, when running higher doses will further suppress HPTA when in reality we want to stop hcg prior to the start of the actual pct so your body can then re-sensitive itself to its own LH production.

  9. well woke up this morning post shot and still no issued thank god today and tomorrow are my hard cardio only days. I will be having a solid cheat meal tonight 1 inch thick rib eye with mashed potatoes and gravy. today will be one hour of intense tempo jogging FML I hate running but it seems yo like me. I won't get the full benefits of the eq for a few weeks and I know this will suck but all goeth it in the long run,

  12. To be honest it's nearly impossible to do keto vegan. Low carb isn't as hard but true keto I'd argue is almost impossible if you don't rely on completely processed foods (which is terrible for your health and the environment). Even the article posted here says to stay under 35g carbs, unless you're a 200+lb bodybuilder or a genetic freak 35g of carbs isn't going to get you into ketosis. If you were in ketosis for months/years on a regular meat based diet, you could probably stay in at 35g of carbs. But for a female let's say 150lb you really need to be under 25g with 15 of those coming from fibre. Misinformed people think keto is low carb but it's not. I hear everyone doing the keto diet starting their day with fruit. The media has completely butchered the keto diet into some form of low carb mismash. A 2,000 calorie diet on keto would be 175-180g fat or 1,600 calories, 85-90g protein or 350 calories and 40-60 calories of carbs not net carbs, total carbs. Sugar and starch as a biproduct of fibre. A muscle building keto you'd double the protein, keep the carbs and total calories the same. After doing this for 3+ months you could get a little more liberal available increase to 30gish of carbs. I'd enjoy seeing a plant base diet that could actually follow that.

  13. Ordered a batch of stuff from BT. The Madol however is what I feel the best. The strength it gave me survived a 2 hour work out and was able to train every sets to failure, I wasn't feeling that while I was on the M1T. Other injectables were extremely smooth and no pip at all. Now waiting for the DHB to come now and can't wait.

  14. Looking good here, nice and thick. I am sure you will keep a good amount of size but some will go when leaning out. Generally the arm size doesn't change much. THe funny part is people will often say you look much bigger once you lean out, they see all the muscles more clearly defined and the vascularity comes out. I am looking forward to seeing where you end up.

  15. This is a great attitude. CJM years ago did nothing but bash BT and NM and it got them no where, if anything it made NM more appealing because people needed to check it out. If anyone has noticed, CJM realized the error of its ways and doesn’t do that anymore. Same at work, I never bash a competitor, even if the customer is bashing them. It’s childish and make me look petty.

  16. Another Taureau bashing thread. it's getting lame. He's not said a single word... which in itself says volumes. I've worked with some very, very successful men in my live. Owners of huge companies, multi-millionaires. One thing I've learned in being around them is that people who really are the shit, don't go around bad mouthing others. They just handle their own business and let others succeed or fail on their own. MOST of all the other labs and sponsors are on his new board. Not this one. It's not a criticism, just an observation. Are they ALL fucking idiots being duped??? Every board has their agenda. I get it. But all this bad mouthing does no one any good. Especially BT who are lambasted on just about every other board I go on. This row has most not even wanting to go near them. Just like what happened with Teragon a few years back if anyone can remember. So, wisdom would say tread lightly. Just handle your own business. Regardless of "reputations" people will buy where they want. Only the BEST labs survive. Good gear, and good business practices don't need defending. IMO.
