  1. I'm an early morning person, I get up around 4:30am, do fasted cardio as a warm up followed by weight training. I occasionally lift weights in the afternoon if I have to work early.
  2. I woke up at 3:15am (bad stomach pain) and couldn't go back to sleep. I hopped on the treadmill and did 10 kilometers fasted cardio.

  5. I usually work out on an empty stomach (at 4:30 or 05:00 am). If I train in the afternoon it will be 3 hours after lunch (vegan protein) and PWO I will have a double scooped protein shake and plant based yoghurt.
  6. Like @Corey5150 mentioned, why do you want to run AAS? If your training and diet aren't rock solid, it will be a waste of money. Please think about that.

  10. I have another issue to deal with. Around noon today was attacked and badly bitten by the stray cat that had been visiting us since June. My hand is super swollen and sore. I'm on high doses of antibiotics and Celebrex. I won't lift until the swelling has subsided.   14. It wasn't an experience It was my 1st cycle and a guy at the gym had bought Schering Primo in a pharmacy in Turkey. He asked me if I wanted to try it, I said yes but he didn't know what the dosage was for a female but I trusted him. He was the one pinning my glutes. Anyway at the end of the cycle a former bb showed up at the gym and I was discussing the sides. He asked the guy how much he had been injecting and the competitor's reply was "Are you nuts? This is a male dosage"

  16. I ran Primo (male dosage) and had all possible sides you can think of: acne on back and shoulders, oily skin, body hair, body odour, etc .... Never again!
