  1. Readers Digest version(read below for studies and more information) Cardarine raises good cholesterol, lowers bad cholesterol (even with bad diet), increased fatty acid metabolism and increased protection against type -2 diabetes. Protecting heart health! It also has performance enhancing effects as well as fat burning properties. This should be a part of most peoples drug protocol, imo. Dosed at 10-20mg per day for duration of cycle or as long as it takes to get blood lipids in range if using for that purpose. This would be beneficial for the non-steroid user as well! What is Cardarine? (The studies) This drug was first created by Glaxo Smith Kiline and Ligand Pharm in 1992 for the purpose of blood lipids (increasing HDL and lowering LDL), which studies showed it was very effective, I will reference a link to studies below. After more research it was found to not only do this but when binding to the PPAR receptor it caused the recruitment of coactivator enzyme PGC-1α which is responsible for the expression of proteins involved in energy expenditure (gives you more energy/endurance!)[1] By 2007, GW501516 had completed two phase II clinical studies and other studies relating to obesity, diabetes, dyslipidemia and cardiovascular disease but GSK abandoned further development of the drug in 2007. The reason turned out that the drug showed a correlation to cancer developing rapidly in the organs. [2] After review of the study you see the dosing was outrageously high and would be the equivalent to 270 mg per day for a 200 pound person. Which is an insane abuse dose of the drug. My personal experience After doing a little research and reading through the medical journals/studies, I found I was well within the bounds of safety to try the drug at 20mg per day. My main reasoning for wanting to try the drug was to lower bad blood lipid results due to poor diet and anabolic drug use. I had blood work done Oct 1 here were the results HDL Cholesterol A 0.57 LDL Cholesterol A 3.74 Chol/HDL (Risk Ratio) A 8.23 This is not a happy place to be, especially as you get older! Now my diet was crap and I also was doing zero cardio while taking TRT of 200mg per week as well as 60mg Anavar ed for months on end. (i know i know, stop judging) My doctor said i better make some changes so like any responsible adult, I realized I would turn to drugs ? Without changing diet, drug protocol or lifestyle I just added in some Cardarine (20mg per day in the am). I had my blood work redone Jan 15th almost 3 months later after taking Cardarine. Bear in mind nothing else was changed, simple just added this drug at 20mg per day. LDL Cholesterol 3.39 HDL Cholesterol 1.07 Chol/HDL (Risk Ratio) 4.70 This brought me right back into a healthy range. So definitely made me a believer, please post any experience you all have had with this drug, be it success or failure as well as what your protocol was. 1. https://www.ajconline.org/article/S0002-9149(07)01592-5/fulltext 2.https://www.newscientist.com/article/mg21729103-400-anti-doping-agency-warns-athletes-of-black-market-drug/

  2. GW-501516 GW-501516, better known as Cardarine, is a unique medication officially classified as a PPAR receptor agonist (PPAR-RA). Research for this medication began in 1992 in a conjoined effort between GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) and Ligand Pharmaceuticals. Research into this product was set forth in an effort to provide treatment for various cardiovascular diseases, as well as diabetes, obesity and other conditions. It was soon discovered that the PPAR-RA was highly effective at enhancing endurance, but it was also shown to carry a high potential cost. It was discovered that Cardarine increased the chances of cancer significantly, and as a result, GSK dropped all further research. However, the studies that produced cancerous results used doses of Cardarine that were 500 to even 1000 times the amount that a human being would take. If cancer is a risk with standard dosing is unknown. Cardarine Functions and Traits Cardarine (GW-501516) binds to the PPAR receptor, specifically a group of nuclear receptors (sensors that detect thyroid and steroidal hormones in the body) that initiates the PGC-1a enzyme. This action leads to gene expression, specifically genes that revolve around energy expenditure. Studies involving GW-501516 have shown to increase the metabolism of fatty acids in rats. It was also shown in the same studies to reduce the odds of obesity despite poor eating habits as well as prevent Type-2 diabetes. Cardarine was also shown to increase HDL (good cholesterol) and decrease LDL (bad cholesterol) in a study using monkeys. The effects seemed to hold true with or without exercise. Effects of Cardarine The effects of Cardarine are fairly significant and may be a welcomed addition to the stack for a performance athlete. Increased endurance may be the PPAR-RA’s most incredible attribute. Those who use the medication will find they do not tire out as easily and can train harder and longer. The cardiovascular endurance that comes with Cardarine is so strong it has been shown to do away with the cardio issues that surround the popular anabolic steroid Trenbolone. Many who use Trenbolone report breathing becomes a bit more difficult and that cardio becomes a more arduous task. Cardarine seems to negate this negative effect when using Tren. The effects of Cardarine also help tremendously with fat loss. If nothing else, you’re able to perform your cardio more intensely and longer. Further, it doesn’t carry any catabolic effect that is associated with many thermogenics or fat burners, meaning muscle loss due to use is of no concern. More importantly, GW-501516 has been shown to increase nutrient efficiency. Simply put, you make better use of the nutrients you’re consuming. Those who use the compound will find increased levels of glucose uptake and fat stores reduced. Side Effects of Cardarine The known side effects of Cardarine primarily surround increasing the chances of cancer; however, it’s not quite that cut and dry. Studies that showed increased cancer rates in rats used doses of the PPAR-RA far above and beyond what any human would take. Further, additional studies have shown GW-501516 decreased existing cancerous tumors and in effect cured the existing cancer. The truth behind the relationship with this drug and cancer is unknown at this time. Because there is a potential relationship between the medication and cancer, we may never know the truth as it’s unlikely any major pharmacy group will undertake any additional study. Estrogenic: There are no estrogenic side effects associated with GW-501516. Water retention, bloating, gynecomastia and high blood pressure associated with water retention is not possible as there is no conversion of testosterone to estrogen. Androgenic: The side effects of Cardarine do not include any of an androgenic nature. Hair loss, acne and virilization symptoms in women are not possible with this medication. Cardiovascular: There are no negative side effects of Cardarine associated with cardiovascular health; in fact, lipids may improve. In a study done by the Journal of Cardiology, GW-501516 was stated to possibly reduce the risk of heart attack. Testosterone Suppression: GW-501516 will not suppress natural testosterone production. Post Cycle Therapy (PCT) is not needed when using this PPAR-RA. Hepatotoxicity: Cardarine is not toxic to the liver. Cardarine Administration GW-501516 is taken orally. The most common dosing range for this PPAR-RA is 10-15mg per day for 8 weeks. However, some reports state the medication needs to be used for 12 weeks for optimal results, with 20mg per day being well tolerated by most individuals.

  3. Hello all, Just wanted to make a quick post which is relevant to all who suffer from sleep apnea but specifically those who use anabolics and/or those on TRT/HRT. It is common knowledge that most who supplement with testosterone and other andorgens can experience an increase in RBC (red blood cell count). While this does have a performance enhancing effect, at some point it is diminishing returns and actually damaging to cardiovascular systems. When RBC gets out of range most have a phlebotomy where blood is drawn, either by doctor recommendation or they donate blood if eligible. This will address issue temporarily however is not resolving what could potentially be causing the issue. After seeing a sleep specialist I discovered most people with sleep apnea have high RBC values due to the lack of oxygen. The body realizes that you arent breathing enough and over time increases red blood cell count. This is especially important for those on hormones that are also increasing red blood cells as well. My suggestion is to get yourself tested, test are free and easy (slightly uncomfortable as you wear it at night). Once diagnosed you can start the treatment with a CPAP machine. These machines are not cheap however I have found a very cheap supplier of these machines online and order one for myself. https://papsmart.com/ They do require a script but you can google a local sleep clinic, they can give you the sleep apnea test machine and send it home. You return to them typically after two days of use then they send off results to respirologist who sends them back a script, easy and painless! This will work for all extended medical that offers coverage on these machines. I recommend the "resmed airsense 10 autoset". I ended up paying 750$ total with shipping included, received in 2 days of sending them my script. The sleep clinic wanted to charge me 2500$ for the same machine I then had to pay the sleep clinic 200$ to do all the settings but if one were so inclined they could access the many videos on youtube on how to set up yourself. Hope this helps anyone who suffers, I think a lot of people do and just go undiagnosed or at least I did! So please check into symptoms, especially if you are on medication that increases RBC! https://www.mayoclinic.org/diseases-conditions/sleep-apnea/symptoms-causes/syc-20377631 Please feel free to PM if you have any questions. Or comment below if you can add anything helpful on the matter ?

  4. Teacrine is a new ingredient being used in preworkouts formulas. Learn what the research has to say about the supplement & why it might be helpful to you! There is a famous saying, “Beer is proof that God wants us to be happy”. My saying is, “Caffeine is proof God wanted us to actually get something done and not kill each other in the mornings”. I think my saying is better and far more accurate. Also, I am convince that caffeine has saved more relationships than beer has saved. Caffeine is the bee’s knees. In fact, it is one of the most effective, legal ergogenic aids and is the key ingredient in almost every single effective pre-workout supplement on the market. There is a fundamental problem with caffeine though: you habituate (aka you build up a tolerance). Do you remember that glorious first day you took a preworkout? You slammed that sweet, delicious nectar of the gods, walked into the gym and simultaneously felt like you could rip the squat rack out of the ground and you might die from an anxiety attack. Now when you take the same supplement you maybe feel a little blip in energy but that once Herculean feeling is gone. The ideal supplement to aid training would be one that can be used to elicit a similar effect of caffeine without the habituation. You want the 100th dose to give you the same feeling as the first dose. This is where theacrine is paving a new path: all the pick-up, none of the habituation Theacrine: What is it? Theacrine is a small molecule found in plants. It has a molecular structure very similar to caffeine and in plants, is derived from caffeine (Figure 1). Aside from plants, it is being manufactured synthetically in laboratories for research, sport performance, and behavioral modification purposes. Since its chemical structure is highly similar to caffeine, it functions very similarly in the human body with its main mechanism of action being to alter adenosine signaling in the brain; precisely how caffeine works. It also impacts dopamine (the feel good hormone) which is the reason it has also been shown to have small effects on improving mood. There is one very interesting aspect to theacrine, it looks like it may be much more resistant to developing a tolerance to (aka habituation) than caffeine. Habituation to caffeine often occurs within days. Related: 3 Beneficial Ingredients to Look for in Preworkouts In a small, preliminary study, scientists found no habituation or development of a tolerance. While this was a small study and needs to be replicated it provides very strong hints at the potential of theacrine as a new, effective caffeine like supplement. The one study that noted stimulation with theacrine failed to find any tolerance over the course of seven days, a time frame where caffeine would normally show tolerance1. This suggests that the body either does not or may have a reduced tolerance to theacrine, but this requires more research (including oral studies) to assess further. Theacrine as a “pick me up” We can’t be 100% on our game day 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We often need something to push us through long days or hard workouts. I refer to caffeine as my “go juice” as it usually gets me rolling on my work at 4AM. I also use it to power me through my midafternoon slump. Although by now my afternoon “pick me up” has turned into an entire pot of coffee. Theacrine may fill this role and allow people to consume theacrine without needing the dose escalation I’ve hit (a whole pot of coffee means more time emptying my bladder than working…. this seems highly counter productive to getting more work done by drinking all the coffee). In one study, theacrine showed tremendous promise as a caffeine replacement. Compared to a placebo, people consuming 200 mg of theacrine experienced lower levels of fatigue. As with all things in science, findings need to be replicated in order to be considered meaningful. Indeed, a completely separate, independent study showed very similar findings2. Theacrine as a sports performance supplement Theacrine has shown very similar effects on perceived fatigue in people and works very similarly to caffeine, suggesting it may also be a great supplement to improve training. While 200 mg of theacrine appears to reduce fatigue, doses of 275 mg have been shown to increase time to exhaustion, meaning you can train longer (Abstract presented at the 2017 International Society of Sports Nutrition). Currently, the upper end of the range of dosing has not been well established and we don’t know where consuming more equals more performance or just is a waste of supplement (Figure 2). Pairing Theacrine with Caffeine As theacrine and caffeine work on the same pathways it is likely the co-consumption may improve theacrine's performance. One unpublished study (being in the research world has its perks) did demonstrate that consuming theacrine along with caffeine increases the efficacy to theacrine supplementation. The whole may indeed be greater than the sum of its parts. Soooo will it kill me? Going beast mode and training hard is legit, but if you die from consuming something crazy and can’t train anymore you will experience the ultimate loss of your gains. Anytime a new supplement hits the market the very first thing that needs to be done is a test of its safety. Overall theacrine gets a two thumbs up for safety for most of us young, hungry gym goers. Scientists took 60 men in their late teens and early twenties and gave them 300mg of theacrine, 200mg of theacrine, or placebo (lame) for 2 months and looked to see if anything wonky happened with their hearts or their overall metabolism. Basically, they found what my grandpa used to call, “what the little boy shot at”… nothing3. Resting blood pressure looked awesome, resting heart rate was rock solid, breathing was fine and nothing crazy happened with their blood lipids or their glucose. Theacrine passed the bar with flying colors. It looks pretty darn safe. Related: How To Choose The Right Supplements According To Science The Wrap Up We all need a solid go to supplement to help push through a brutal Friday afternoon in the office, an early morning or late night training session, or even something to give you some steady focus and a little pep in your step during your daily routine. Caffeine is awesome for that, except you habituate to it and you have to scale the dose to ridiculous levels after a while. Theacrine has emerged as a potential supplement to fill a role caffeine filled for decades and most evidence suggest it is more resistant to habituation than caffeine. references Locomotor activation by theacrine, a purine alkaloid structurally similar to caffeine: involvement of adenosine and dopamine receptors. Today i weighed in at 157 lowest ive been in a long time likely since i was in my early 20's ? yikes.....I cant say enough good things about the omad fasting diet for me its been amazing and has literally changed my life... I struggled a bit over the weekend due to eating my turkey dinners with family as I do have an ongoing battle with an eating disorder but the omad diet has really helped me so very much. Its unfortunate but once you have an eating disorder it never goes away other than you learn to eat smart and never overload on food. ON a better note i am now adding into my mix of BT products which currently i am running: Injectables- Primobolon 50mg likely taking that upto 100mg Test propionate 25mg i always do a very low dose with awesome results Orals- Anavar 40mg Winstrol 20mg Peptides - Iparmorlin Hgh frag-191 Cjc-1295 Fatburners- DNP JUST FINISHED Helios Adding- arimidex and proviron Also do 40 mins fasted cardio 5 days a week

  16. IGF-1-BP3 Functions and Traits IGF-1 is comprised of 70 amino acids and functions by supporting the enhancement of glucose, fatty acids and amino acids in the body. Because of its close relation to another hormone, insulin, IGF-1 can potentially lower blood sugar and promote fat gain if used improperly. By activating the phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase (PI3K)-AKT, IGF-1 will increase muscle mass by increasing the number of cells within skeletal muscle. This will not only promote muscle growth but bone growth and strength, as well as potential organ growth. IGF-1 also carries a close relationship with another powerful hormone in Human Growth Hormone (HGH). Both IGF-1 and HGH have the ability to increase protein synthesis as well as nitrogen retention in the muscle. Protein synthesis refers to the rate in which cells build proteins, the primary building block of muscle tissue. Increased rates in protein synthesis is imperative to both growth and muscle recovery. Nitrogen retention (muscle tissue is comprised of 16% nitrogen), when retention rates fall this can lead to a catabolic state. The reverse is a greater rate of retention, which leads to a stronger anabolic environment. Most importantly, as with HGH, IGF-1 will increase new muscle fibers. Important note: IGF-1’s effects are dependent on the amount of protein provided to the body. Inadequate amounts of protein will render IGF-1 somewhat useless. IGF-1 also plays an important role on healing and recovery, particularly when we consider the hormone’s effect on connective tissues. IGF-1 will enhance collagen synthesis, which results in stronger bones and muscles. IGF-1 will also promote cartilage repair and bone density. IGF-1-BP3 provides all the effects of IGF-1; however, its benefit is a greater impact on direct action and a significant lessening effect in terms of hypoglycemia. The reason for the improvement in effect is in that IGF-1-BP3 is already bound to the binding protein (BP3), however, data is still somewhat limited in terms of how great this effect is over standard IGF-1. Effects of IGF-1-BP3 The positive effects of IGF-1-BP3 largely surround muscle growth and recovery. For the off-season athlete, this will mean gains in lean tissue. The compound doesn’t have much of a use for the cutting or dieting athlete except in rare exceptions. IGF-1-BP3 is often used during an off-season anabolic steroid stack in order to enhance the overall effect or as a bridge in between steroid cycles to help maintain the muscle mass gained while on cycle. Many bridge users will also do so with HGH as it will help ensure they don’t gain too much body fat during use, enhance the effects of IGF-1-BP3 and continue to possibly add growth. However, HGH use in a bridge will only occur if HGH was used in the previous cycle or is planed to be used in the up coming cycle. Perhaps the most amazing effect of IGF-1-BP3 is in its ability to promote healing. Unlike pain medications IGF-1-BP3 does not mask an injury but can actually promote real life healing. Joint injuries, tendons and ligaments can all be improved with IGF-1-BP3. This can be very valuable to any athlete as these are the areas of the body that take the strongest beating. Side Effects of IGF-1-BP3 There are many possible side effects of IGF-1-BP3; however, while numerous exists most are not that common. The most common side effect of IGF-1 is hypoglycemia with nearly half of all users experiencing a hypoglycemic state at some point during use. However, with IGF-1-BP3 this rate is cut down significantly. In order to avoid any hypoglycemic state, IGF-1-BP3 should be administered with food, specifically carbohydrates and some protein. Once the hormone is administered, if hypoglycemia starts to show, more carbohydrates (fast acting) should be consumed. Hypoglycemia is easy to spot and there should be no question if you are experiencing it. Symptoms of hypoglycemia may include: Drowsiness Extreme Hunger Dizziness Sweating Tremors Palpitations Headache Depression Anxiety Slurred Speech Loss of Mental Focus If hypoglycemia occurs it is imperative that fast acting carbohydrates are consumed; sugary juices are a great choice. If the individual ignores the symptoms this can lead to horrific consequences; in fact, hypoglycemia that is ignored can potentially lead to death, but there is no reason for any individual to let it get this far. The most common side effects of IGF-1-BP3 surround those of administration themselves, a bruised or sore area at the injection site. If injection pain occurs the best thing to do is to find another area of the body to administer the hormone. Important Note: IGF-1-BP3 should not be used by those with cancer. The structural strength of all cells is enhanced by IGF-1 and this can include cancer cells. This should also apply to those with previous fights with cancer. IGF-1-BP3 Administration IGF-1-BP3 will be found in dry powder form and is most commonly reconstituted with bacteriostatic water. IGF-1-BP3 can be injected intramuscularly or subcutaneously depending on user preference. Some users, particularly HGH users will administer both their IGF-1-BP3 and HGH in the same syringe. Common doses of IGF-1 can range dramatically. It is not uncommon to hear of individuals administering 50mcg or more per day. However, this can be a bit much and even more than needed to produce great results, especially when being used with anabolic steroids. Most will find 15mcg per day with slight increases periodically if needed to be a good place to start as well as a much safer place to start. Total use of IGF-1BP3 like all IGF hormones is generally 3-4wks. Availability of IGF-1-BP3 IGF-1-BP3 is not commonly available as it is still in the research stages pharmaceutically but can be found in some avenues. Some research chemical supply companies carry IGF-1-BP3 but it’s often expensive and the user would be better off sticking with LR3-IGF-1. LR3-IGF-1 is far more affordable and will provide the benefits of IGF-1 the user is looking for. The rate of hypoglycemia is greater with traditional IGF, but easy to control as long as adequate food is consumed. Buy IGF-1-BP3 Online You can buy IGF-1-BP3 online; in fact, this is the only place most will ever be able to buy it. However, many of the products found online are not actual IGF-1-BP3, at best they’re LR3-IGF-1 or some fragment of the IGF-1 hormone. Quality forms of IGF-1BP3 can be found online through a few research chemical supply companies but it may take a bit of digging to find the right one. It’s important to note, buying IGF-1-BP3 online is only legal if done for research purposes and is not legal for individual use. It is an odd law that exists in the U.S. and may differ depending on the country you’re from. IGF-1-BP3 Reviews IGF-1-BP3 on its face seems like a great hormone when we consider the effects promoted should be the same as standard IGF-1 with less of a hypoglycemic effect. However, data is so inconclusive at this time it’s difficult to say with any assurance. For this reason, and because standard IGF-1 is cheaper, if IGF-1 is to be used most users will find LR3-IGF-1 to be the best path to follow.

I compete untested now and then, but coach tested lifters (who are actually clean, and staying clean). In my 40's and been lifting a long time, been a student of AAS the entire time (and a fan my whole life... gee THANKS STALLONE...), but i've only been on them only the latter half. Migrated over here from Canadian Juice Monsters. Not the forum junkie i used to be, just too busy now, but i miss the forums, so lets try this one out... And yeah... thats my man, fucking BEN in my avatar.

  19. Unfortunately I see this too, big trend. Not saying all trainers or clients are this way but trainers are there to make a buck which I get they make more if they have many clients that they aren’t fully invested in. As for clients I think it’s more for being able to say on social media that they use a trainer. Trainers are essential in some aspects but so many people don’t make it a life style. This shit doesn’t work unless you’re invested in your goals! My opinion is that diet is 80% of the battle. You can lift like crazy take anything you want but your diet is shit you’ll look like shit. I’ll stop ranting now

  20. i see people using personal trainers at my gym and they've looked exactly the same for the 5 years I've been going to this one gym in particular. There's one only that has decent clients. but they're more likely to be successful without him anyway. All these sorry people wasting their money, doing these ridiculous exercises, when it's clear they're not committed to their diet. Or any diet, and their trainer could give a fuck.

  22. To be fair... negative reviews are a part of a fair and balanced conversation. I think it offers transparency and honesty. And any good lab shouldn't be afraid of it. The rep offered to discuss, or clarify, or resolve the issue.. the person with the review may be like me... at work and may be able to respond right now.. but at any moment my boss could walk in and take me to do something. I could be gone 10 minutes, or the whole day. I personally get a little suspect reading a thread where all the reviews are all popcorn and bubblegum. Deleting his comments are a little extreme and assumes that we as readers are idiots can't see through the trees. Yea , I get it that every board has a lab or 2 behind them and it's not too hard to figure out who they are by how hard admins come down on criticisms. And usually the biggest bashers are yes.. behind other labs.. bit for many of us who are trying to make the best decisions with our hard earned money, we aren't playing the political game. We just want the best gear at the best price. So all things being equal, fairness means reading things one may not like, agree with. For example, a lab got hammered last year/ early this year in numerous places. Before then they had a stellar reputation. So at the time they were my #1 lab to try out. Yes, I was disappointed to read what I read and was somewhat trepidatious... but I ended up ordering from them anyway. They have been excellent. So while I respect the fact that reputations can be ruined by irresponsible posts, I think it's important for us readers to be able to digest the entire conversation. Those of us buyers have no skin in the game and will likely buy where they want anyway.

  23. Oh for sure it wasnt in a health range, and I was doing nothing to help it. I take fiber as well as fish oil and my blood lipids are way better. I mostly did this to see what this drug would do specifically for this reason. Currently im taking Kirkland Signature Krill Oil 500 mg and I take 9 of those a day (high dose for cognitive function, feels like I notice a difference), Metamucil and Coenzyme Q10. I will have to add in some flax seed oil though, next costco trip!
