  1. Glutes and hammies tonight. Knocked out some arms while I was at it. still feeling good. I’ve lost some water but still feel full and still getting a decent pump. ate good today. Took the family out for mexican food tonight, I opted for the combo fajita salad. Steak, chicken, shrimp, chorizo, with vegis, cheese, pico, avocado, and salsa on a bed of lettuce. finished out at right under 4K cals, 312 protein and 30 carbs. I might have a midnight snack of some kick ass elk sausage my neighbor made from his hunt up north. i realized I havnt put my injection schedule in, or my supplements. I take 300 test, 250 deca wednesday, and Friday, then my last 300 test on Sunday. 900 test, 500 deca. As far as supplements, I’m quite basic. I take animal pak multi vitamins from animal nutrition (they are easy on my belly compared to other brands). I take 3000mg fish oil, 20g of collagen protein, 2 scoops of cookie cutter super greens powder. And that’s it. Pretty simple. I never really bought into the BCAA fad, as I think it’s a waste of money if you know anything about nutrition. On occasion I’ll take a good stim free pre workout, right now I’m out, but I do like species nutrition stim free. workout. standing single leg curl machine 20x30 40x20 60x12 80x10 with drop set of 40x12 leg press with wide stance, heals as far up as I can 2 plates x20 4platesx20 6platesx15 8platesx10 10platesx10 12plates to failure. No drop sets, started feeling too much quad. Stiff leg dead lift, back at a slight forward angle with chest up at the top position with a shrug at the top. Not fully upright, the shrug hits the lower and mid trap 135x12 185x8 225x8 275x8. Was tired, these are killer for the hams, glutes, lower back and traps if you’ve never done them reverse hyper extensions 45x10 for 5 sets got a good arm pump, 3 bicep and 3 tricep exercises. I’ll put a good detailed arm workout in on my next arm day. my ass and my lower back are on fire tonight. Hams are still super pumped as well and got that weird walk going on lol
  2. I can always get tren ace to throw in at the end of the cycle too. I’ve heard some good things about LGD-4033. I just don’t know any guys personally who have ran anything other than “poor mans hgh”. I like me some winny, if I run it, I’ll run it at a lower dose behind something like dbol just for the synergy. While I’m running this diet, I’m not super worried about the wet compounds as it won’t bloat me all too bad. for anyone who’s never ran a keto type diet with something like dbol, or anadrol, or even some of the bulking injectabls, I think you would be surprised with the results. i did piss on a stick this morning and producing quite a bit of ketones, so I can safely say my body in transitioning quite quickly into ketosis. Still feeling big and full today, and I contribute that to the high test and deca. A lot of guys will shy away from this diet because they are afraid they will get flat and performance will suffer. Now that is definitely the case while off cycle for the first 6 weeks or so. But the pumps and fullness come back after 8 weeks (for me anyway) and it’s just a completely different lean and full look than what you’re used to. ive got glutes, hams and will probably get some arms and trap work in this evening. (Dead shrugs for the win) So far I’m not feeling any need for the dbol, but that could definitely change after the weekend doing larger muscle groups and really deplete more glycogen. feeling really good today. Kind of bummed about not getting a cheat meal in this weekend, but I will incorporate 1 cheat meal a week after week2 of the diet change, will do cheat meal before my leg days. I’ve got hams, glutes today, quads and calves tomorrow. And will throw in some other things depending on time and energy levels. Quad days are super high volume for me. ill post my work out and intake later this evening. But I’ll definitely do some more research on that SARM and my next cycle will be through bodytech. Will be my first time running their products and will be giving a detailed review when that time comes.
  3. Definitely break up that superdrol throughout the day, or only strict pre workout. 20mg will kill my appetite, and if I run it with tren I’m basically on a liquid home made mass shake diet. Splitting it up 3-4 times a day will help with the sides a bit, but it still makes me lethargic as hell. Even on a cut you need to make sure you get the calories and protein in, and after a week it’s hard to eat anything. But sdrol paired with tren is definitely a body changer, it will just have you feeling like crap for a few weeks. And don’t forget the intense heart burn.
  4. Awesome transformation! You definitely have the body type for classic physique. Tall, wide shoulders back and chest, skinny waist. Keep it up bro, with that physique at your age, you can do some great things! Could only imagine the progress of another 3 years. Keep it up!

I’ll run halo close to a show to harden up, or I’ll throw it in when I’m trying to build strength. cheque drops are on another level if you get legit ones, definitely a power lifters drug. I pulled my first 6plate dead lift with 75 tren suspension, 75 test suspension and a couple halo. Then I went home and accidentally sexually injured my wife lol. Halo is awesome stuff but it definitely destroys your liver, and with cheque drops, you’ll be pissing cola after just a couple days using it as a pre workout. I can never find them anymore, and that’s probably a good thing because the aggression is tren x 1000. with those orals and your low test and decent mast dose your gains are probably looking amazing, as in quality. Strength looks to be skyrocketing too. Keep an eye on your fluids though, you’re on a super dry cycle, which could be contributing to the extra joint pain. Welcome to the 30min joint warmup club!! Lol. I been doing a lot of range of motion stuff with resistance bands and my joints feel 10x better, either before workout or in the middle. Gets the juices flowing.

Life does happen to all of us and knocks us down, but getting back up is what matters and makes you stronger, mentally, emotionally and physically. you’re filling out while getting leaner at the same time man, you seem determined and on a good regimen this far. Don’t you worry about that belly skin, it is a reminder of where you were and how far you have come. And personally, my favorite people to train are the ones that have those battle scars. It is much more impressive to go from over weight to jacked and shredded than it is for the skinny guy to go from 150lbs to 200lbs. Not hating on the skinny guys, that’s just my opinion. the loose skin will be there for a while, which you really don’t have a terrible amount of, but the longer you stay lean, the skin will tighten and that subconscious fat that is under it will disappear and it won’t be nearly as noticeable. solid log bro!

Hmm, I’ve never tried stanolone, you’re experienced in the orals world, what would you compare it to so I can get an idea? killer leg day bro, sounds like you got some strong, thick legs! keep killin it bro. Those delts will come back, just don’t over do it and find yourself injured again, or flair up the old injury.
  8. Hit chest today. Scale said 238 this morning before any meals, I can definitely tell I’ve lost some water. It’s 3:15 pm right now and I’ve got about 2500 cals, 200 protein and <20 carbs in me so far. it was hella nice this morning so I grilled a bunch of chicken and steak. little recipe for you 3oz chicken breast sliced 3oz steak sliced half avocado cubed 2oz aged white cheddar cheese 2 tbsp fresh pico half green pepper and half small yellow onion sautéed in 2tbsp olive oil put a good bunch of fresh spinach on a plate, add peppers, onion, meat, cheese, and pico. Add 1tbsp of MCT oil and boom, my low carb anabolic salad. I am not as lethargic today as I was yesterday, still a little moody. Didn’t sleep the best last night. I’ll pee on a keto stick in the morning and see where I’m at. Felt strong in the gym and still got a good pump thanks to the anabolics in my system. As stated before if I start losing fullness and pumps I’ll be adding oil based injectable dbol in at 50mg eod. chest day did some range of motion stuff with some bands to get the joints warmed up. incline dumbell press 80x12 90x12 110x10 120x10 135x6 with 90x10 drop set flat dumbell fly press 1/2 reps to keep tension and working on outer pec sweep 40x12 50x10 60x10 incline Atlantis plate loaded press machine at 37 degree angle 1 plate x 20 2 plates x 15 3 plates x 12 4 plates to failure with drop sets taking a plate off each time til failure compound cable flys, cables at high position 80lbs for 4 sets 8 reps crab pose, 8 reps most muscular pose = one set burned out doing ladder push ups working down the smith machine positions. I’ve been thinking about my next cycle. After this deca is out I will bring my test back down to maintenance for a few weeks, while keeping the keto diet (fullness comes back around 8 weeks of keto). I think this log and progress can be a very good source of info for people who need a lower carb diet, or those who have become insulin resistant and need to reset their bodies. I was thinking 10weeks of 400 tren e, 400 mast e, 600 equipoise. Havnt decided on an oral yet, and would like to introduce a SARM for the first time. Any thoughts?
  9. Me personally, I split my leg days into 2 days. One for glutes, and hammies. The next for quads and calves. Just works better development wise for me. My gym just recently got a reverse hyper extension machine, and my booty loves it!
  10. Day 2. Definitely feeling the carb depletion, and lethargy today. But that is to be expected. I’m a little moody as my body is still addicted to carbs lol. Hoping to be in ketosis by the weekend. i ate pretty good so far today, it’s 7:30pm here and just wrapped up my dinner/post workout meal. I havnt crunched my macros yet, but I would say I’m at around 3k cals and 230g protein so far. Carbs are under 20. I’ll have one more meal and snack before bed as well. today was back day. I decided to do volume over lifting heavy to really squeeze those carbs out. atlantis plate loaded pull down machine 1plate x10 with all 3 grips (30 reps) 2 plates x10 with all 3 grips (30 reps) 3 plates x8 with all 3 grips (24 reps) no resting between grip changes chest supported t-bar plate loaded machine 1 plate x15 with all 3 grips (45 reps) 2 plates x15 with all 3 grips (45 reps) 3 plates x10 with all 3 grips (30 reps) 4 plates x7 with all 3 grips (21 reps) no rest between grip changes barbell rows wither supernated grip 135x20 225x16 315x10 with 225x10 drop set finished up with wide neutral grip pull downs 150 to failure decided to get a little bicep pump with a few sets of alternating dumbell curls with hammer curl supersets. sweated like a pig, and was limping throw the bicep curls, but still got a good pump. ill do another weigh in and pick tomorrow after chest.
  11. This is an old post, but I do have some experience with this. This might sound gross, but is your more developed side the arm you use to masturbate? My wife works third shift, and my sex appetite is rediculous on test. I notice my left side development is different than my right, given the left hand is my preferred. Some compounds make it especially difficult for release some times, and I’ll notice it in my left delt, being more defined and harder than my right. took me a while to figure this one out lol

My favorite low carb wrap is big Romain lettuce leaves mix some garlic paste into some REAL mayo slather one side of lettuce pulled chicken breast bacon avacado applewood smoked white sharp cheddar (from my local farm to home store) course ground pepper roll it all up, and it’s the best take on a chicken bacon ranch wrap I’ve ever had in my life
  15. Ok, day one. i know my body well and the best way to get into ketosis as quick as possible as this is not my first rodeo. I did fast until 4pm today, with my last meal yesterday being at midnight. So I know my macros won’t hit the mark today, but that’s ok. broke fast at 4pm with a shake with 1scoop whey, 2 raw eggs, and 2tbsp of MCT oil. Brings it to 36g protein, 40g fat and 4g carbs. Brings it to 500 cals. meal 1. 6oz beef stew meat, 1 cup riced cauliflower, 2tbsp fresh salsa. 35g protein, 20g fat, 4 carbs. I’m guessing right around the 500 cal mark workout dumbell lateral raises 25x12 30x12 35x12 40x10 45x10 50x8 with a drop set of 35x10 wide grip cable high rows 70x12 100x12 130x12 150x10 180x8 with drop set 100x12 seated dumbell shoulder press 70x12 90x12 110x10 130x8 with drop set 90x8 bent over rear delt raises 30x12 40x12 45x12 55x8 60x4 full reps with partials til failure did some range of motion work with some bands last exercise was burn out on shoulder press machine 100lbs til failure post workout nutrition was the same shake stated above. scale said 240 this morning when I woke up. I will probably have another big meal and a few snacks to hit at least 250 protein. Not too worried about calories and fat intake today or tomorrow.   17. Introduction. i posted in the AAS board about any interest in posting a cycle log while running the keto diet. There’s not a whole lot of good info or real life experiences out there on the net. Mostly bro science and the whole “you can’t gain muscle without carbs bro” bullshit. I personally have utilized a no carb diet many times in my 15 years of lifting and have had impressive results while on gear, bulking and cutting. Originally I was going to wait until my next cycle to start a detailed log of keto while on gear. But after discussing it with my wife, who just had a baby back in March, she is wanting to go keto ASAP to lose the post baby weight. Keto being the only diet she can stick to with success, and me being her partner in crime, am supportive and have started today. i have about 3 weeks left of my deca, so about 5 more weeks of it being peaked in my system. I am currently on 900mg test e, with 500mg deca. Once my body kicks into ketosis, I will be adding this oil based injectable dbol that keeps taunting me to aid on pumps and fullness while on no carbs. I havnt fully put together my next cycle yet, but I may dabble in some SARMs since I’ve never tried them. my wife is still breast feeding so her diet will be tuned more for that. i plan on 3500-4K cals with 30% protein, 65% fat and 5% carbs, but that’s not religious depending on what my protein intake looks like on any given day. I’m still in bulk mode. fats will be from animal sources, MCT oil, olive oil, grass fed butters, and natural cheeses. proteins will be from grass fed beef, pork, chicken, salmon, natural cheeses etc. i will post full days of eating, training, supplements etc. next post will be later tonight after training deltoids with a starting pic and eating.
  18. Ok all, so I’ve talked to my wife about the whole keto thing. She’s on board lol. Long story short she is wanting to lose her post pregnancy weight, and keto is about the only diet she can follow with any type of success. Which means we both started keto today lol. ive got about 3 more weeks of deca, which means a good 5 weeks of it being peaked in my system. Went grocery shopping today for some goodies. I will start posting my log later on this evening after the gym with a starting pic and weight.
  19. Keto while cutting is actually easier (for me) than low carb or carb cycling. For one it keeps you fuller longer, and you don’t get the ups and downs of a low carb diet. I for one just enjoy the way I feel when fully in ketosis. There are some good sources out there, and there are some terrible sources when it comes to a keto diet, especially for bodybuilding. It’s not all about bacon and cheese lol.. even though I do incorporate a lot of natural cheeses into my keto diets, I like a good aged white cheddar for a quick snack. once you can get the lifestyle change down, it gets pretty easy. It’s the first couple weeks that can suck when starting a no carb diet, especially if you’re new to it. In my experience it’s easier to stay in a calorie deficit, then in a surplus while on keto. The surplus is where it really gets tricky. for some good direction, go to YouTube and search “Dave palumbo keto”. He is like the god of the keto diet in the bodybuilding world. the diet is a fast easy way to get dry and shredded while not starving yourself and feeling like ass. I’ve used it many many many times during a cut, the only thing I don’t like is you lose muscle fullness without the carbs unless your on gear. I’ve even used dbol and anadrol on a keto diet in a cut to stay full and only held a tiny bit of water. test dose. Generally I do 1/2cc of whatever dose test I have on hand. I have 300mg test e right now so my maintenance dose would be 150mg. It works for me, and I tend not to lose much of my gains and keeps my sex drive up. Personally, anything 200mg and above I consider being on cycle, at that dose your levels are more than twice their normal levels. as far as gains go. I do love the initial blowing up while starting a bulk cycle with an oral like dbol or anadrol, just to look huge from the water. But bulking with keto with gear is a little different, you still get some water from the gear but not as much. In my experience, dbol made me big and full but not bloated, and as the cycle went on my gains were much more noticeable because I wasn’t adding fat and water at the same time with all the carbs. The performance in gym suffers the first few weeks, but half way through I couldn’t tell much difference aside from maybe getting 2 or 3 reps less on high volume days than I would have with carbs. On keto you generally never have to worry about hitting protein macros, it’s the calories that can be challenging during a bulk. But calories aren’t everything, I’ve gained in a deficit many times, it just depends on what are making up those calories. 3k cals of carbs a day will make you fat, while 3k cals of protein would lean you out and gain at the same time, and any unneeded protein gets stored as glycogen. I know keto is all the rage right now, but most of that keto shit at the store is just a gimmick to make money. But the principal has been around for thousands of years. And I’ve personally used the diet many different ways and for different reasons over the past 15 years.
  20. Hey all. This is a topic that is rarely discussed, and there isn’t much real world experience found on the net. For some, it seems just the topic of no carbs on cycle is controversial, a lot of “bro science” out there from guys who have never ran a keto diet trying to say that carbs are a necessity while on cycle. I understand the thinking around carbs and insulin release to gain muscle, it’s a tried and true idea. Let’s face it, being in bulk mode on a deca cycle, we get to eat all of those yummy carbs in the name of putting on mass. i for one have ran a few cycles, both bulking and cutting cycles while on a keto diet. Yes I did play around with my carbs a bit to get the best benefit around workouts, but always maintained ketosis at the end of the day via the pee sticks. While bulking, I did find it hard to hit my calorie marks, as a keto diet helps with not feeling hunger all the time. But that is easily combatted with a good MCT oil shake and such things like “keto coffee”. It’s pretty much the easiest thing in the world to add a couple tablespoons of oil to your protein shake and add an additional 400 calories. While cutting, it’s basically the easiest diet to follow with amazing results. Never hungry, a shit load of energy, and awesome mental clarity. In any diet, if I’m thinking about low carb, I’ll always opt for no carb just so I’m not feeling like trash in a deficit. as far as gear goes, the only compound I struggled with maintaining a no carb diet was when I ran tren. Tren seems like it demands carbs or it will make you feel like dog shit, but for some reason I found that running a moderate dose of eq along side the tren takes those sides away while eating no direct sources of carbs. real world experience. I have personally gained 10 lbs of lean muscle while on a simple test/deca/dbol 10 week cycle while on keto. I kept about 8lbs of that after returning to maintenance test dose. Granted I didn’t have that huge and full look that normally comes with that cycle, but in no means was I flat. Muscles were still popping and had great definition, I just didn’t look like I had a pump 24/7. I started at 215lbs at about 13% body fat. I was bulking on 4K cals with 1 junky cheat meal a week. I ended at 225 lbs and 11% body fat. I can tell you that strength kept improving, but did notice I would gas out a bit quicker on high volume days due to having a bit less glycogen in my muscles, but the gear definitely made that better than when running keto off cycle. Bloat was almost non existent, but I could still tell the 40mg dbol was still doing it’s work, just not as amplified in a high carb diet, which I didn’t mind much because I could work through a good deltoid workout without having to rest due to the painful ass dbol pumps. so now let’s get to the point. Number one, I would like any feedback positive or negative about this concept. And number 2, I am coming to the end of my test/deca bulk, and will be soon transitioning into a different cycle in which I plan on running a strict keto diet with. Is anyone interested in me putting a log together while running this type of diet during cycle? As I stated before, a lot of info on this subject either doesn’t exist or is super bias due to the bro science of it all. let me know!
  21. No shame in being emotional. Not at all. I just try to hide both ends of the spectrum as much as I can so it doesn’t give my wife an excuse to tell me to cut my cycle short lol.. sometimes she will look for anything to just blame it on the juice, even if it’s just normal emotions while on cycle. I’ve just come to the conclusion that it’s ok for my wife to be hormonal and moody, and I’m a dick if I say something, but I get called out and it’s automatically the juices fault if I’m moody, even if I’m off cycle I get called out. So I just try to be as cautious as possible. In a fair world, men should be able to be moody l, on or off cycle. But this is not a fair world lol
  22. Seth was a monster. He has some awesome training videos. I think you’ll like his humor and work ethic too. His latest 2 vids are after his injury, lost 20lbs but still jacked to all hell. I would die if I couldn’t do shoulders. I feel like a monster pushing 130s on seated press. And the pumps are the most satisfying, better than sex some times. Look around the net, I’m sure there are some modified movements you could find to get a good pump.

  24. Oh I get it, winny isn’t such a nice drug, especially at higher doses. That’s why I always cut mine off once my joints start hurting. I’ve ran anavar many times, even tbol, which I do like me some tbol, I just like the way winny makes me look. im one of those guys that LOVES to blow up at the beginning of a bulk. Love me some dbol, but usually cut it off what’s the bloat makes me start feeling shitty and let the oils take over. I don’t wanna hyjack your post, keep up the good work bro, and we all feel your pain of being on the gain train, just to be locked up inside, then be weak as fuck going back into the gym. You’ll make up those gains, and judging by how you put your log together, you got the discipline to be that 220 lean beast you once were. keep up the good work bro!
  25. Don’t beat yourself up, I did it, and a lot of my buddies did it. I would binge watch ancient aliens, eat a jumbo bag of haribo twin snakes gummies, and got super addicted to frozen waffles to the point that my kids were getting mad at me for eating all of them lol. if you wanna keep it mild, get stronger, speed up muscle memory all why staying lean and dry. One of my favorite things to do in between heavy cycles is run 50-75mg winny on top of my maintenance test for 4-6 weeks and stop when my joints ache. (I prefer winny over anavar anyway). Just the strength gainz alone are a good ego booster, and the effects in the mirror are an added bonus for being such a cheap little mini cycle.
