  1. Dude I got fat too, but my wife was prego, and I couldn’t help myself with all the yummy stuff she was eating lol. My home set up has adjustable dumbells too, definitely a pain. And I totally hear you about the interruptions of trying to get a pump at home lol.
  2. If I may make a suggestion, try taking some time off the tren. I know you don’t like bloat. I’ve had my body pretty much tell me “yay tren again” and not see a whole lot out of it because my body got so used to it as I had run it 3 times that year. I tried a moderate test and NPP cycle for 8 weeks then blasted high tren for the last 6 weeks and got amazing results from it. It’s good on the budget too. I’ve learned over the years to mix it up, or my body just gets used to the same compounds and the results suffer.

I’m definitely taking notes, I’ll be doing a pre contest cycle this fall, and I really learned a lot from this log, and how to put one together for a forum, as I’ve never posted a detailed log before. again man, I love how detailed this is, and how you improvised through the shut downs.

Whey bloats me, but so does test and deca so right now I just aim the gas at the fan and wake my wife up out of a dead sleep and laugh myself to an ab workout lol. At the gym I just put my ear buds in and act like nothing happened when my ass sounds like a trumpet on the leg press

  6. Almond milk is a good alternative. If you’re allergic to nuts, you could add in a couple tablespoons of MCT oil for healthy fats and some energy. As far as protein powders go, I’ve heard isolate is good for lactose intolerance.. there is a brand of milk out there called “fair life” that works wonders for a milk fix. My daughter is allergic to everything too, she drinks fair life milk, it’s a bit pricey, but tastes exactly like milk with no lactose. Cheers bro, there’s all kinds of stuff you can do now a days that wasn’t available when I was starting out.
  7. I’ve tried it that way too. I’m big on making home made high calorie shakes. I know what’s in it, and get high quality carb sources. All that store bought mass gainer is just trash carbs that will leave you bloated and gassy. i make similar shakes for the kids without so much whey, so it doesn’t upset their stomach. They think it’s a treat and it’s healthy for them and they are super cheap to make so its a win win all around. if I go the yogurt route, I’ll use a good plain yogurt like fage, and instead of dark chocolate almond milk, I’ll opt for regular unsweetened vanilla and add in a small hand full of dark chocolate chips. The blender is my best friend when I’m running gear that screws with my appetite. Tren is notorious for doing that to me, especially if I’m running high anadrol or in this case superdrol with it. There’s so many things you can do with a good blender.
  8. Glad to hear it bro. Superdrol is some powerful stuff, but the sides steer me away from it for a bulk. If you find your appetite is shit and struggling to get calories in, here’s one of my favorite home made mass shakes 2 scoops whey 12 oz dark chocolate almond milk 1 banana 1/2 cup oats 2 tbs of peanut butter blend it until smooth, can also put ice in it if that’s your thing quick, easy and cheap 700-800 cals and tastes good and makes you feel like you’ve had a meal. i honestly steer clear of mass gainer powders, they are filled with so much trash and are too expensive. cheers
  9. And they market it as Helios? Damn times have changed lol. As far as that goes, I get best results from clen and t3 stack. I always have albuterol in the house because the daughter has asthma, just never tried using it as a thermo. I know it amps her to all shit if she has to take it at night lol. Last time I saw Helios, it was in a 50ml vial for spot injection. Good for those stubborn areas but not really that practical IMO. If you’re not already lean enough for abs, it leaves a lumpy look. I’ve heard of chicks using it pre contest, but only because women hold fat differently and don’t necessarily need to be sub 6% body fat to get on stage.
  10. Helios is not a fat burner. It’s simply is a spot injection that shrinks adipose cells giving the illusion of fat loss.
  11. I second that. Throw in some osteobiflex supplement for some joint lube too. Cranberry supplements turn your bodily fluids an awesome orange color too. Tell your old lady that your spunk is radioactive lol. AZO tabs are fun and stain the toilet

I agree with BodyTechPharma, I love me some anadrol but I usually cut it off around week 5, or I might add it back in closer towards the end of a cycle to blast through a plateau. both anadrol and superdrol are both pretty liver toxic, so make sure you’re taking precautions. as far as keepable gains, you’ll keep more from the superdrol, since they are lean dry gains than you will with the anadrol. In my experiences tuning anadrol a bunch in cycles, I always deflate for a bit after stopping until the injectables catch up. if you’re dead set on running both. I’d run anadrol at 50mg and superdrol at 10mg daily. I’ve ran superdrol a few times at 20mg and it puts me through the ringer and end up forcing home made mass shakes down my throat just to keep calories up. Split your doses up to 3x daily for both to keep more stable levels, and always eat directly after taking the superdrol. Be prepared for debilitating lower back pumps and lethargy, you might want to bump up the test dose to combat the lethargy a bit, and help keep some water on you because the superdrol will dry you out to the point of achy joints, which can be catastrophic for a bulk. keep us updated, and keep an eye on your liver values, your liver is going to hate you for a while. oh on a side note, take it easy on the heavy lifts, your strength is going to go through the roof and you’re going to be super tempted to push a lot heavier weight than you’re used to. Keep the ego lifting at bay and concentrate on a good regimen to fill out your physique to your goals. I’ve torn a pec by adding a 100lbs to my bench in 6 weeks on a pretty hefty cycle. You’ll thank me later
  13. You’ll get gainz. Only time I’ve used them together I ran 100anadrol and would use 20mg superdrol every now and then as a pre workout for strength gains. But would feel like a turd the day after. Remember you’ll lose a lot of those oral gains. If you want to run a shorter bulk cycle, add in like 300mg NPP a week during. You’ll feel better, and have a better potential to keep those gains. try an oral, 300mg npp, and adjust test as needed for 6 weeks. With the right diet you’ll get pretty drastic results. if you’ve never ran a nandrolone before, you’ve got a lot of quality newbie gainz to be had with it. NPP will give you gains by week 2, on top of the oral you’ll love it I promise. Pretty cheap too, can usually grab a vial of NPP for 40-60$. Depending on the dosage. I like injecting every 2 days but you can get away with twice a week.
  14. I would choose anadrol over superdrol for a bulk. Superdrol with kill your appetite and make you lethargic as fuck. They are both pretty harsh so I wouldn’t mix them together a good beginner bulk would be 50anadrol, 300-500 test. Just a warning, anadrol is pretty potent l, especially for a beginner, I usually suggest dbol for a beginner bulk because the sides are more mild. But to pick from anadrol or superdrol, I would go with anadrol. I usually keep superdrol for a cut.
  15. 4-5k cals at 230lbs in this picture running test deca anadrol. day of eating is breakfast, 2 scoops whey, scoop of Nutella, 1/2 cup of baby oatmeal cereal in a shaker. Also serves as my pre workout meal cup of rice, 8oz or chicken or salmon post workout 1 cup rice, 8oz chicken thigh for lunch whey shake with peanutbutter snack 8oz beef with broccoli for dinner greek yogurt and peanut biter and jelly sammiche for snack sugar free rice cereal with vanilla whey protein milk with peanutbutter before bed. usually ad a couple protein bars and a few snacks here and there during bulk
  16. Good to hear bro. There are a lot of guys out there than can pull it off, but they are pros in their respective fields. Lee Priest is a prime example of that with his KFC fetish in the off season, but these guys are also on a lot of gear and insulin etc. i didn’t mean to sound disrespectful, but I do encounter a lot of guys in the gym thinking that AAS is their ticket to a great physique, when they can’t even train on a regular basis. Dieting and training are key, or gear is just a waste of money. My favorite are the guys running dbol, and can’t even tie their shoes because they have absolutely no idea about how to build a diet for whatever they are on. I mention carb cycling while on wet compounds and they look at me like an alien, while they bitch about bloat lol. anyway I’m glad to see that you have turned the diet around and educated yourself. Don’t believe the myth about huge calories to get big when you’re first starting off. 3500 clean cals a day with a cheat meal here and there is plenty to make full use of beginners cycles. Big cals come later when you’ve got a lot more lean mass to try and preserve and grow. cheers bro!

You gotta remember you’re on juice now, and all of that fat intake and processed foods are wreaking havoc on your cholesterol levels. a dirty bulk for me is 4K clean calories a day with 3 high calorie cheat meals a week. you can still eat some of those types of foods if you make them yourself, eating clean doesn’t mean eating bland. i like tacos too, try making shredded chicken tacos with low sodium spices, whole grain tortilla, avocado and 0 fat cheese. in my honest opinion, making the life decision to start AAS, needs at least the self discipline to eat clean. No disrespect, but if you can’t commit to a decent diet, you obviously don’t have the discipline to be on gear.
  18. A little late to the game on this one. But I have to agree that 500 is a bit much first cycle. my first ever cycle was when I was 24. 250 sust a week with 10mg dbol. I went from 180 pretty lean to 195 even more lean in my 8 weeks. Been hooked every since. my best advice with AAS is always start low, and work your way up each cycle. Get to know how yow your body reacts to the compounds gradually. It will give you a better idea of what to be prepared for down the road. All the information in the world is nothing compared to your own experiences. No need to rush to the high doses. It seems now a days most younger guys think they can’t do anything without a gram of test behind it.
  19. I find that a tablespoon of good apple cider vinegar with mother (pulp) in 8oz of water balance out the PH and takes 90% of the heart burn away within 5 minutes for me. Learned that trick from mister Dave Polumbo
  20. My best friends wife does shows with us. She’s ran quite a few cycles with her husband. Her favorite to date was 150npp a week with 25mg winny a day. I’ve known her for years, as far as negative sides I can tell visibly is that her voice has deepened, but she’s always had a deeper voice for a female so I don’t think she thinks too much of it. My buddy has given her a low dose of test susp a few times for pre workout on our big leg days, and she blew us away stamina wise while we were both running similar heavy duty cycles. shes a short petite girl naturally, but have always had thick legs. I’ve personally witnessed her deep squatting 255 with a pause for reps. My buddy says she’s maxed out with more on her bulk cycles. She is quite the specimen. but knowing her for so long, and first hand experience from her first ever cycle of 10mg winny and advancing all the way up to where she is at now, I can’t say I’ve noticed any masculinization other than the deeper voice. I had BP issues last time I ran it as well, headaches, bloody noses etc. about half way in, went to the doc to get my RBC, ofcourse it was elevated, wrote me a script to dump some blood, dealt like a new man an hour after giving blood. Next time I run it, I will definitely be looking for places that are needing people to donate blood about half way through. A lot cheaper that way lol.
  22. That’s interesting about EQ and it’s properties. I usually find that mast/proviron will help with estro sides, I believe I read about how it will help with lowering aromatization rates, but not exact act as an AI. Prolactin I’ve never had much of an issue with. I’ve ran tren along side deca a hand full of times without any issues.
  23. I’ve got a little set up in my basement that I can utilize for just about any body part. its a power rack with a cable system attached to the back with a high cable and a low cable. Cheap adjustable bench with a leg extension attachment and a preacher curl attachment. Olympic bar, most handles needed for cables, and an ez bar with about 600lbs of total weights. Picked it up at a garage sale for about $300. It’s a WEIDER system. I don’t use it all that much but it’s down there if it’s needed or I don’t have time to stop by the gym. you would be surprised what you can find on marketplace or in a yard sale. People buy home gyms, never use them and the wives sell them to get them out of the house for next to nothing. got a decent elliptical for next to nothing like that too.
  24. I usually only run EQ in a cycle with compounds that I know fuck with my appetite, or to stay full and vascular on a cut. Last time I ran it was about 2 years ago in a 16 week cycle that looked something like this. 300 test 1-16 400 tren 1-6 12-16 600 eq 1-16 100 anadrol 1-4 500 mast prop 8-16 50 winny 10-16. first half of cycle was a lean bulk, last half was low carbs with keto the last 5 weeks. Tren has me feeling like a turd in lower carb diets, and the eq seemed to curb that for me, while keeping me full and kept endurance up in the final 5 weeks on a keto diet. At the end I was dry, shredded and still keeping fullness and vascular as hell. One of the best cycles I’ve ran results wise
  25. Depending on my blast depends on how I treat my maintenance test dose. Let’s say if I’m on a high test and deca cycle, I’ll pyramid my test shots down to 150 a week starting at my last shot of deca for the 3 weeks after. Say 900 test with my last week of the deca, then 600, 300, 150 test respectively for 3 weeks while waiting for the deca to clear. Then stay at 150 for about 8 weeks before I put together another blast for whatever my goals are at that time. If I’m running tren and mast, I’ll usually never go above 250 test. So no need for the pyramiding. There are a lot of guys that don’t believe in the pyramid idea, but I find it works best for me, especially for the sides from going from high test to maintenance dose within a weeks time. i usually get my bloods done while on HRT dose, then 3 weeks in after starting blast (mainly to see if gear is dosed appropriate) then 8 weeks in to see liver values, test estro, and kidney function. these are just the protocols that work well for my piece of mind and my body. cheers
