  1. For me there’s a few different reasons for different types on protein bars. There are a few good ones out there like Quest Nutrition (if you can get over the science project in a bag ingredients and sugar alcohols). for a cleaner, low carb on the go holy crap I’m hungry but have no food with me, I prefer Quest Bars. for the I need carbs and protein fast after workout bar, especially during a bulk I like the good ol MetRX big cookie crunch bars. now there’s all kinds of bars and cookies and snacks this day and age. I seriously found an oatmeal cream pie protein cookie with the brand name “Fina Plex”. I took a pic and sent to by buddy and said “look walmart has tren cookies!” let’s face it, 99% of them are crap and over priced. I used to make protein muffins with almond flour, whey and a few other things that measured out to be around 20g protein and 250ish clean cals per muffin. Throw in a baggie and they were quite filling and kept you feeling a little less hungry for longer due to the almond flour. now days I make my own jerky with elk or grass fed black angus from my aunts farm. Easy grab and go protein.

  3. Yes sir I am. I may break that around the first of the year. Thinking heavily about dabbling into a little bit of insulin to fill out some lacking body parts to compete next year. I need to gain some size in my legs, biceps and lower/mid back. Would like to compete in classic. I’ve always been kind of against insulin use, but I’ve educated myself a bit more on it and in talks with a guy that really knows what he’s doing and wins shows. keto works great for me, honestly I feel as if I have gained better in a keto lifestyle than when I was packing in the carbs. Gains are a hell of a lot less watery and leaner. The biggest ive ever been able to come in on stage is 217 at 5’11 at 6% body fat depleted. And for my body type I just feel it’s too small. Would love to come in 227 with a wider back, thicker legs and better biceps. my off season body fat usually stays around 10-14% and even at that, no matter what gear I’m running I can never break 250 in the off season while being lean. And I’m dead against getting fat as fuck in the off season just to kill myself dieting to realize I’ve only gained a few lbs of lean mass. so at this point I think insulin is the next step to fill out to my goal in mind, which will require a higher carb lifestyle. But will return to keto after the cycle is over. my buddy on the other hand is a little monster while only running the basic compounds with some HGH. He’s never touched insulin and is just fucking stacked. I’ll blame it on genetics lol my current resting physique in my Superman blues
  4. I’ve not heard of rise. I’ll look it up. Just got back from a killer delt and arm workout. I got dark blue sweats with the 90’s style elastic cuffs at the ankles and a bring green tank that has an iPhone lock screen on it that says “BEAST” then “slide to unlock” under it. With laced up chucks. bestie had skin tight underarmor pants, with a smedium bright red stringer lol. Mind you this guy is 5’6 235 ripped to the bone lol. Height wise he is way bigger than me. He must be on steroids or something ROFLMAO
  5. Cable high rows with a wide grip (shoulder length apart). This movement will activate both rear and side delts. You don’t have to go crazy heavy, but keep reps in the 8-12 range. While lifting, keep elbows up, top of rep will have you elbows flared out slightly above the delt. You’ll feel it if you go too far. if you’re having join pain with rear delt dumbell raises, you might be hyper extending the movement. Your rear delts are a small muscle group. You don’t need to extend your shoulder all the way back at the top of the movement. 60-75% range of motion to the top of the movement is more than enough to fully engage the rear delt, anything higher is engaging your upper back. Also remember, on back days, assuming you train upper back (rhomboids) you will hit and overload your rear delts as well with upper back movements, lower back rows will hit them as well, but not as much. Try meadows rows for these. If you’re unfamiliar with meadows rows. YouTube search for John meadows. rear delt crossovers on the cables will help you control your range of motion as posture as well to hit the rear delts without pain.
  6. Yea. I’ve accidentally gone subq when I was younger do to little experience, and too short of needles. I find that logic kind of flawed just by the physiology standpoint of have oil sitting between the skin and fat, causing inflammation and slower absorption. Now that I’m older, bigger and leaner, I can get away with a 5/8 in the glute with no issues. I’m a shaky guy, and have bent too many 1.5s in my ass which feels so amazing pulling out lol. I like to stick glutes, delts. And if I get a clean no pip source I’ll pin traps. No more quads for me. Muscle is too dense and too large a margin for error.

We are all in the gym at various times and various places around this world. This is open for the men and the ladies! We have seen them all. the matchers, as I call them. You know these guys. Head to toe sporting one brand, usually expensive underarmor or Nike everything! the old lifter who doesn’t give a shit. The old guy that wears boots and cargo shorts with a stained wife beater in there doing no nonsense curls and presses. Keeping healthy and strong! The chubby country boy. Baggy gym shorts and a shirt with the sleeves cut all the way down to his belly, giving everyone full view of his majestic man boobs! The over achiever. Baggy hoodie, with yoga pants under gym shorts with ankle weights and a sweat band. the “you can look but you can’t touch” sports bra and the tightest yoga pants/shorts known to human kind. No matter where she goes or what she does, she points that booty right at you. (Definitely my wife) No name sweat pants with a tank with a funny caption on it. (Definitely me). Lol walmart sweats, and tanks. My favorite tanks right now are the “99 problems but a bench ain’t one” and “drop it like a squat” frequent my rotation. and then there is the guy like my best friend. Tight pants with an over revealing stringers. Must show off gainz at all time! so what do you wear to the gym?
  8. I don’t know about NZ, but here in the states it’s about a 25-30 day turnaround from order to delivery. I’ve ordered numerous times in all ranges of value. For me each order is handled the same, $200 is the same as $1500 in delivery time. still no complaints for this lab. Potency and prices are worth the wait.

    I’ve never really thought about this. Smoking weed and working out. I havnt smoked pot since high school (early 2000s) it was more of a chill out drug back then. Now I hear the stuff is incredibly super potent. If I were to smoke this new stuff, I’d probably just sit on a bench and watch the booties on the stair masters lol.. so I can’t give any detailed knowledge of bodybuilding as a stoner. now the new CBD type oils out there (.003% THC or less) do help my pains and anxiety. My chiro is also a natural healing practitioner and turned me into CBD oil with my last bad bout with tennis elbow. I can say that it’s a very nice anti inflammatory, and also helps sleep and mood, without becoming intoxicated in any way. So I honestly think the whole CBD breakthrough definitely has its place in the fitness world. But I don’t think I can comment on THC. i used to take 2 shots of whiskey pre workout back in the day for an instant rush of power. Does that count? Lol
  10. We have the Atlantis seared shoulder press plate loader. It’s one of my favorite machines. I usually use the outside grip, which is more like a conventional press. The inside grip I think hits more upper pec. Atlantis blows hammer strength out of the water in my opinion. dont worry too much about the weight on that decline bench bro. I’ve always seen decline as more of a mass and development type movement, especially at the steep decline of most set ups. Concentrate on the reps and the squeeze and your boobies will fill out nicely. Hitting decline super heavy is a good way to get injured, especially at our old age lol.. as I get older, I tend to steer further and further away from any barbell presses. Even now I might do a flat barbell bench once or twice a month just to see where my strength is at. Dumbells are so much more safe, and easier to go to failure with!

I’m currently seeing daily changes in my physique running only their gear at the moment, and the only issue I ever had was resolved within 24hrs. sounds like the whole “I’m 4 weeks into my first cycle and don’t look like Arnold yet, must be fake gear”

Anyone have any experience with this lab? they seem to be floating around where I live, and a gym bro gave me a couple vials to check out. I’ve had them for a few months now, and have tried to do some research on them but can’t find much. The vials look legit with a hologram and everything. I can post a pic if needed. Just have never heard of them again. I apologize if this is in the wrong section.
  15. Weird. My buddy ran about 5 kits of their blue tops with great results and the expected sides. I’ve not ran it myself, but just second hand info from my best friend. im not familiar with pregnancy testing gear, so I can’t comment on that. maybe speak to their customer service before putting them on blast on this forum, they have NEVER let me down and I’ve ran their products numerous times. Their customer service is always more than happy to help as well.
  16. Starting week 7 of current cycle. Figured I would hop on and post some physique updates. Feeling amazing. Eating at about 5kish calories. Maintaining keto. And feeling huge! Steadily gaining size while SLOWLY getting more lean. But given all the new covid shit and suspecting upcoming lockdowns, size is the prize right now. I’ve got a gym down stairs and enough cardio equipment to cut it up if the gyms close down. right now I’m getting away with 150g carbs on training days while maintaining ketosis (thanks to my buddy Tren Bolone). I target slow absorbing carbs before and post workout. Maybe a sweet potato for an extra boost on super heavy days. I’ve been getting around 300g protein right now, given the added food for more calories. Eating a lot of salmon, Mahi mahi, keto burgers, avacado, salads with home made dressing for added fats. Clean local sourced cheese (farmer down the road makes some bomb ass aged, mesquite smoked white cheddar from the cows on his farm). Keeping it pretty clean. I’ll do one cheat meal a week that is usually about 400ish carbs. Even at that I’m back in keto less than 24 hours later. Lately the cheat meal of choice has been fajitas. And god do I sweat when I’m consuming them lol.. another update I forgot is, I’ve been sober now for a year, oct 24 was my one year mark with no booze! PS. CBDB I’m putting the final touches on that keto how to post now l, and going to have my wife proof it. She’s the smart one. I should be able to get it to you within a couple days! anyway I’m happy with my results only have way through this cycle. Need to get the wife to take some pics of my back, really starting to get some thickness
  17. I like to see you pushing through man. Not letting those setbacks get you down. have you had your bloods taken lately? You’ve been running some orals and other liver harsh stuff for quite some time now which could contribute to some of the crappy feeling. im down here smack dab in the middle of the USA, and crap has spiked here too. So far no shut downs in my area, but just having an election and blah blah blah, I’m anticipating it happening after the turn of the year. You know, I’m reading that like 96% of all these covid cases are asymptomatic. Wouldn’t you think by now with that kind of percentage of people catching the virus, but not actually getting sick from it. That the whole “herd immunity” approach is the most logical? I mean cmon. Old people, and people with pre existing conditions/immune deficiency take the precautions needed, and let the average joes just go about as normal? There is a vaccine out now for those compromised indeviduals. how do you like that ATLANTIS equipment? My gym got rid of hammer strength a few years ago and went with Atlantis. I personally like Atlantis better. Definitely smoother and the more adjustable range of motion for sure. anyway dude, cheers and keep on trucking!
  18. On the contrary, the healthy keto approach with healthy fats incorporated rather than high saturated fat will bring good cholesterol up while bringing bad cholesterol down. I get most of my fats from avacado, whole eggs, fatty fish, grape seed and EVOO drizzled over things. I’ll incorporate some good grass fed butters and stuff, and some cleaner REAL cheeses and nuts too For some reason, the average keto person, especially here in the states will eat super fatty cuts of meat, hella cheese, processed everything and bacon on everything lol. Basically anything low or no carb is game for them. But with any type of diet, the nutrition is key. don’t get me wrong, I’ll enjoy some ham or bacon on occasion, not to mention a fat ass rib-eye steak. But most of my fat intake is pretty clean, and that’s how a good keto type approach should be to be able to maintain the diet for the long term. It’s really no different than the regular higher carb bodybuilding type diet. If you’re getting all of your carbs from let’s say potatoes and highly processed pasta, then you’re gonna walk around a bloated mess all the time. im working on a good keto diet plan and my experience with it for the forums as we speak. Going to get it to CBDB and I believe he’s gonna pin it for the information. There are so many misconceptions and confusion surrounding low carb diets, so many sources of mixed info out there and I’m gonna lay it down from an experience approach. A lot of it is how certain fats make me feel. Some fats are super inflammatory like vegetable oils and some nuts, and others have the opposite effect. There’s a lot that goes into a proper keto diet, but I really do love the way I feel on it and am going to run it long term. But with like any diet, the cleaner the approach, the better results and health benefits you get. We live in a fast pace world, and 99% of diet fails is from the lack of discipline to cook whole, nutritious foods. I’m not a big calories in, calories out type guy. I whole heartily believe that not all calories are the same. Your body and metabolism adapts in different ways etc. 2500 calories of shit is a lot different than 2500 calories of whole clean foods. I also think that’s where a lot of people fail too. “I’ll just do extra cardio to burn off this McDonald’s”. I wish it was all that simple lol. sorry sitting outside of the gym and the ore workout just hit me. I started on one thing and ended on another. But that’s how my brain works lol
  19. Yes, I should have elaborated more. I am running adex 1mg twice a week, usually on injection days. I’m pretty resistant to estro and prolactin sides. as far as the tren and deca. They work wonders when ran together. It’s another one of those on paper cycles that look bad. If you’re sensitive to prolactin build up it can be a disaster for sure. But I’ve ran them together a hand full of time and always come out with AMAZING results. I’m 6 weeks in on it now and am up 7 lbs, while running a pretty strict keto diet. Getting bigger and staying roughly the same body fat. I have followed some of your posts, and respect your opinion immensely. You are a treasure trove of experience and information. And I agree with your take on orals. After this cycle i doubt I’ll be running an oral for quite some time. Was planning to prep for a show late spring, but with the huge spike in covid cases as of late here in the USA that might be a pipe dream. I expect shutdowns soon, so going to get as much as I can out of this last run for the year.
  20. So... my buddy an I, like always are running the same cycle. This is neither a committed bulking nor a cutting cycle. It is a “hey it’s winter time, let’s get juiced out and eat and lift heavy and see what happens” cycle lol. I’m sure some of you seasoned guys know exactly what I’m talking about there. One of those swole is the goal, and size is the prize type cycles. We both are currently running 600 test e, 400 tren e, 300 deca, with 45mg dbol daily. We are entering week 6 I believe, and he’s texts me today saying “what if we add in winny”. I’m like idk man sounds counter productive.. long story short I brewed up a 50mg winny, 30mg dbol concoction via raws and suspension syrup lol. we both have our mid cycle bloods coming up this coming week, and given that our liver values are still good, looks like we will be adding in winny while dropping the dbol dose down a bit lol.. ive done research and all I see is the whole argument that winny is for cutting and dbol is for bulking blah blah blah, it’s stupid, counter productive blah blah blah, but never really came across some real world experience... and me being the guy that I am, now just want to try it as see what happens lol. On paper dbol is wet and estrogenic and is strictly for bulking, while winny is dry, for cutting etc. yea I get all that Jazz. But let’s dig into this a little deeper. dbol.. dbol is a wonderful drug, by far one of my favorites. Quick strength, quick size, aromatizes at an excellent rate (which is great to stimulate muscle growth) as long as you keep it in check. It has positive impacts on mental well being and drive. winny.. used for years and years in endurance athletes. Boosts strength pretty well, helps free up more useable testosterone, combats water and bloat, DHT steroid. complete opposites right? throwing winny on top of a dbol and test only cycle would be a waste of money and counter productive, I agree with that. But considering the other compounds that we are on at the moment. Theoretically, the DHT would bring things in more balance, since tren and deca don’t convert to DHT hardly at all (to my knowledge). Yes too much DHT is a bad thing, but too little is also bad. This is all about synergy. Now I would assume adding winny at the mild dose of 50mg, would help combat any EXTRA unwanted dbol, test, and deca bloat. Such as the subcutaneous water, and abdomen bloat (buddy is in high carbs so he’s worse off than me). How this all may be wishful thinking, but I would think the stack would promote more receptors and stimulate more growth, while aiding in some cardiovascular boosts (tren and dbol got us winded just picking up dumbells lol) and helping with draining a little water while still staying big and full.. what’s everyone’s thoughts on this. I’m a science guy, but I’m also very much a real world application and experience driven fellow. The simple answer of “they can’t stack because they are opposite on paper” just doesn’t toot my willy so to speak thanks NL!

I like this thread, so I’ll jump in. 35 yo male here, pretty healthy guy already. my health stacks will change as diet changes and cycle changes. but right now, while on my current cycle and on keto diet, my regimen looks like this. Optimum Nutrition male multi vitamins 4g fish oils 4 cookie cutter CoQ 10 2 scoops super greens powder 6 milk thistle caps spaces throughout the day 4tbsp MCT oil 2 glucosamine tabs and if I remember I’ll take folic acid, potassium and fiber Seems to be doing a body good. Bloods have been on point. Keto is definitely proving to have a good impact on lipids while on cycle as well.
  22. Seth, so he says runs very conservative doses of gear. He’s said that anything about 1.2g test fucks him up with sides. He’s got a pretty good video on how to set up a good cycle if you can find it. Seth got most of his mass monsteresque size from insulin and hgh. Remember that muscle memory plays in a lot of this. He stated he went pro on 3iu growth and 3iu insulin. After you get so big, it only takes milder doses to maintain or regain that size. Calum von Moger is another prime example of muscle memory after his bicep tear. Remember it’s always easier to regain size than to gain new size. But judging my the look of seths muscles and his pumps in the gym, I think he’s still running insulin. At least pre workout. Seth is one of my favorite guys to follow. He’s funny, awesome work ethic and family man and he doesn’t sugar coat shit. I like his quote “how to get bigger arms, stop being a fucking pussy” lol. I’ve recently tried some of his supplement line, and I love it. Stim free pre workout tastes good, is easy in the belly and promotes good pumps and sweat without making you feel like ass a few hours later like a lot do. His stuff is a little pricey, but I don’t mind supporting his brand, the dude does ALOT for charity as well. All around he’s a pretty stand up guy that’s easy to admire.
  23. Oh I’ve learned. She’s my high school sweet heart (yea I know rare now a days). Started dating when we were 15, and we are both 35 now. Once you’ve been together for so long, and now raising our 5th child together, we just kind of pick at each other to keep it fun. We hardly ever have a serious disagreement. Did I mention she is Russian? Lol. I joke with her that I’m waiting for the black van to pull up in front of the house and I disappear from ever existing lol.. crazy to think that we’ve been together for so long, we worked our asses off out of high school, working full time, going to school and having babies, so we definitely have had our fair share of stress related fights. But now that we are a bit older and our careers have taken off, we are pretty much just goof balls with each other. It is quite amazing what a man is capable of with a good woman by his side!
