  1. Thanks a million man. The diet can be challenging at times, but thank god for quest nutrition lol. Been stocking up on their penutbutter cups and pizzas. wife is down to her pre baby physique, but boobs still huge from breast feeding lol. She gave me the ok to post her update pic. I wish I could dedicate more time to the log, been working a lot, coaching some clients, home school for the kids, and an 8 month old who’s keeping me on my toes. currently at 5000ish calories. With the tren I’ve been getting away with about 150 g carbs a day while maintaining ketosis. Pumps are insane, fullness is back. We all know keto will kill your pumps and leave you looking flat. But after maintaining the diet for a prolonged time, your body gets more efficient with any carbs that are consumed, and your muscles will develop more intra muscular fat, which aids in looking and feeling full. ive recently been using axe and sledge stim free pre workout, and with this diet I find it’s the best pre workout I’ve tried. Insane energy and pumps and vascularity with no crash. It’s Seth feroce line of supplements. I have my own discount code for 10% off anything on the axe and sledge website. Use Johnston10 at checkout (I don’t get any kickbacks at all). But I do like to support some of the guys I follow on YouTube. So far, Seth and John meadows are the only bodybuilders I’ll buy from. They are both honest and hard working dudes and they don’t bullshit people. Strength is crazy right now. I forgot how much I love the test/tren/deca cycle. I highly recommend it. It’s an awesome stack that you can run at lower doses and everything works in synergy with each other. I havnt had any prolactin issues yet 5 weeks in. Nipples get a bit sensitive at times, but I contribute that to the dbol aromatising. I’ve been getting away with 2 doses of 1mg Arimidex a week, which I take on my injection days. I feel like everything is in balance estro wise. the wife wants to do a show with me late spring, shut downs permitting lol. She’s not on anything right now due to breast feeding, but all those extra hormones she has is working for her lol. Didn’t take her long to get her body back, producing milk takes up a crap ton of calories. She’s Russian, 5 foot 11 inches, that helps her a lot physique wise too.   2. Sorry for the complete falling off of the earth lol. Life is buuusssyyy. But anyways. I’m still KETO, holy crap lol. I do one cheat meal a week with a carb load now while I’m on my current cycle 600test, 400tren e, 300deca weekly, with 45mg dbol daily. Just finished up week 5. Here’s a physique update. 243lbs, lean mean and feeling huge!
  3. My person experience is that there are better options out there. It seems like it’s the new popular “designer” steroid. I’ve ran it twice, once a mild dose the other in 800mg range. Even at 800mg I would compare the results to 200mg of tren. test, mast, and a cutting type oral of your choice will achieve comparable if not better results and better on the wallet. seems there’s a few of these compounds showing up to be the new holy grail, could be a marketing gimmick too. Only thing I could really say super positive about DHB is that at super low doses it’s a very good option for a female.
  4. Awesome! It is definitely the lifestyle change. I apologize I havnt updated in a while. Been all over the place busy with work, fam, homeschool, personal training and coaching, and now filling in for someone doing CPR and BLS training to certify people for their work places. I can usually get away with 75g complex carbs a day. Nothing fast digesting though aside from what I target around workouts. I’m currently at 235lbs lean and mean. I jumped in to my test/deca/tren/ dbol cycle last week, and I feel the tren starting to kick in. I will be creating a separate log for that very soon as things are starting to settle down. my best friend works for LMI Aerospace as a CNC machinist and programmer. He loves it. He specializes in HAAS 5 axis mills and Custom Hurco mill programs for custom parts. His company has a lot of contracts with Boeing, airbus, and some smaller jet airliner companies. But the pandemic has hurt the commercial part of the aerospace industry, but he still runs strong with the government contracts.
  5. Purple panda has never let me down. My last order was placed September third, and I received part of if today September 26. Raws should be another week or so. as far as compounds I have tried, I have used just about all of their injectables, and usually brew up my own orals. many other labs use purple panda raw material to make their products. I have never had an issue with potency, and or mixed or different as advertised compounds as prior people have stated (the fishing newbies). you can get a lot of bunk gear out there, such as test prop being marketed as other oils. Test prop is cheap to make, and gives the user the feeling of being “on” and getting results. Anyone with any sort of experience in AAS can spot that pretty quickly. I have NEVER had such issue with purple panda. Test is very potent, tren hits hard, deca fills you out nicely etc etc. you cant beat the price and potency, and now lately the bigger volume vials.

I would take it down to 150mg/wk. granted you could still slowly make gains on the 300mg, but 150mg is closer to a normal natural test level (high end normal) where you should be able to keep most of your gains and all the other benefits of test. Keeping it higher and your body will come accustomed to that dose, and you would need to then run it higher next cycle for desired results. I would run 150mg for 8 weeks, let the body reset and then jump back in. You’ll still feel amazing even on 150mg. That’s like the test level of an athletic 18yo male with great genetics lol. Your body will thank you, and your wallet will thank you later, because you can jump back up to 300-500 and still feel that kick once you go back on cycle. A lot of guys make the mistake of staying on 300, 500 and I’ve even seen 750mg test as their “cruise” and wonder why they have to keep upping it every cycle. More isn’t better, most of the time more just means more negative sides. just my opinion
  7. 200 test, 200npp, 200tren? That’s definitely enough to get the juices flowing! I’m excited to run mine. Will be 400test, 300deca, 400tren. Should be able to put one a bit more size and stay lean on it. It’s such a fun cycle to run!

  9. Thank you sir, that means a lot. The keto lifestyle isn’t for everyone, but I can make it work pretty well. I’m in the stages now that I have insane energy, mental clarity, and fullness starting to come back. You lose a lot of fullness and seem flat when you adapt to a keto diet, but the longer you are on the diet, the fullness comes back. Not to the extent of being over loaded with carbs, but the thickness and fullness will come back. Most guys will only run keto for a few weeks at the end of a cut and pre contest. Works wonders. my workout style is pretty old school stuff. It just works for me. Heavy weights and the basic movements. I’m not one of those guys that follow all the “new trends” with variations of everything. I just like the basics. Throw the weight around and grow lol. Sometimes I think guys over complicate things. I hope you noticed some of that in my exercise routines, basically all the same movements. I’m a pretty high intensity guy, and can blow through 4-6 exercises with 3-4 sets each with drop sets and clusters and stuff and be in and out within 45min to and hour and a quarter. i really need to do a lot of past failures and negatives once I start my next cycle to really stimulate some growth. thanks for following along!
  10. Got some home time yesterday. Been able to do some small workouts at the fire house. We have a small “gym”. Nothing fancy, some free weights, a bow flex, and a treadmill. Just enough to maintain. Diet has still been good. Been keeping calories up due to the busy work. We have our own kitchen so I can cook keto, and have cooked some bad ass meals for the crew over the week. I was able to hit the gym this morning. Heading back to work later, and will have tomorrow evening and all next week off to get on track. Didn’t really have a planned workout, just hit some heavy compound stuff hitting the whole body to keep strength up. I did take a physique update pics. I may be a tad leaner, but weighing in at 236 this week. test is at 300mg this week. I’ll be posting some more in depth stuff next week.
  11. Just remember loose skin creates an optical illusion. When the skin is stretched for a period of time, and then there is drastic weight loss, when the skin comes back together without anything behind it stretching it out, the walls of the skin become thicker, and hold a layer of fat. The same principal is when women get huge bellies from being prego, and then lose the baby weight, they sill have that same look you have to their bellies. So I wouldn’t use your belly and love handles as a good measure for body fat %. the same happens to guys who dirty bulk and gain 10-15 lbs of fat, when they diet down, they will notice their top abs being shredded while having big issues around the belly button and lower. I mentioned before I’ve used a strict pre contest style diet on some clients with great results to blast that fat behind the loose skin. Those are ancient fat stores, and you’ll notice when you bulk again you’ll start storing fat in different areas and not so much the belly. One guy I coached just for getting bigger and losing his fat, I trained him for 8 months, he dropped from a 40inch waist to a 33 inch waist, and was lean and big (for him). He was dead set on losing that fat behind his belly skin so I put him on a 6 week, 1800 cal keto style diet with cardio and it blasted that last bit of fat. He just had that loose skin, which in turn became thinner after losing the ancient fat stores and water behind the skin. He maintains his leanness now and his skin has tightened up a year later. sorry for the double post
  12. Looking awesome bro! Judging by the vascularity I would assume 15-18%. Don’t let that extra skin throw you off bro. Over time it will tighten up. Like I’ve stated before, you’re holding some fat stores and water behind the belly skin. Those adipose cells are super enlarged and are hard to target and hit. Years ago there was a spot injection that would shrink those fat cells marketed as “helios” now it seems people have stole the name for a fat burner blend. If I can find the chemical name for it I’ll post it. You’ve a absolutely made some great gainz! Looking full and huge. I’m estimating the BF% off the bicep and deltoid vascularity, which usually one comes in that pronounced <20%. Another gauge would be quad vascularity as well, assuming you don’t skip leg days lol. looking awesome brother, keep it up!
  13. Sadly it’s not only trump. It’s all sides of the political spectrum, and the youth in this country getting their news off Facebook and Instagram instead of finding facts and acting in a civilized manner. The news will paint this shit as “peaceful protests” while buildings and burning down and commercial grade fireworks are thrown into a crowd of people in the background. streets are being blocked by rioters, people being left for dead in the streets, store owners being shot. I as a fire medic have to wear a flat jacket and riot helmet in order to do my job. Fire trucks and ambulances being shot at and set on fire. It’s effing crazy. I’ve had a full 24 hours off since Friday, my wife and kids are worried sick. Everyone in the first responders spectrum is burnt out and have no morale while local governments don’t support us. And the sad part about it is we are all bound by law to work, if not we lose all of our credentials and fear being charged. luckily I live out in the country about 50miles away from where I work and where all the craziness is. But both my wife and I decided that the second this shit comes out towards us, we are packing up and moving. It’s nice hopping on the boards here and stuff to escape things for a brief time, it’s the little things I guess. thanks for the support, I should be getting my week off by Sunday (I work 24hr shifts) and I’ll get back into the grind.
  14. 425 deadlifts aren’t anything to sneeze at bro, especially as a last exercise doing both some back and leg work. Did you use straps? 405 is about all I can get raw, something about alternating grips messes with me. All in all good workouts brother. I did do some research, TB500 is a healing peptide, information out there says it does wonders for injuries, and prices I’ve seen aren’t bad at all. I’ve never tried it myself, but I’ve heard really good things about it. Could be an option for you.

I’m from the suburbs of St Louis (smack dab in the middle of the country). And shit has been hitting the fan. I’ve been called in to a neighboring fire department from my home base, and have been working riots and mass casualty stuff since mid day friday. Being shot at while trying to clean up after people burning their own neighborhoods down is always fun. I won’t get into it much, but the world is crazy right now, police officers, firefighters, paramedics etc are under attack right now, basically anyone in a uniform with a badge. I’ll get back to the log when I get a chance

It might be a good idea to be training a bit off gear, don’t need any superficial strength to put you in a bad spot with your injuries and lose all of this progress. Muscle memory is a real thing, and it won’t take long at all for those 60s to turn into 80s. I respect your determination, with everything I read from you so far, training ethic, family ethic etc etc. those gainz will come back bro, just easy does it with those injuries. I remember when I tore my pec and basically starting at the bottom again pushing through the injury in a manner that it would heal and get those gains back. working out with the wife is fun. Mine joins me from time to time. All the ass slapping and stuff is fun. Always nice to have a cheerleader in your corner. keep it up man, I’m rooting for you
  17. I’ve heard TB500 was good for injuries. amazing delts man! I tend to focus on my delts to take away from my small bicep genes lol. So many guys today are pretty lazy on their shoulder days, but then always ask how to get those “boulder shoulders” lol. Delts are a lot like quads, where as they need a shit ton of volume to really grow after a certain point. I see so many guys doing the normal 4 exercises for delts with 3-4 sets each, but then turn around and train biceps for hours apon hours lol. The biggest thing that helped me was when I learned how to keep the traps out of the lateral movements, so many people will engage their traps and get a sick trap pump but hardly even engage the side delts. Once you can figure that out, then your golden. I only engage my traps with the heavier weights to throw it up and hold with delts, just to overload the muscle. working through an injury sucks, but just baby it man, get the foundation back and you should be able to slowly add weight and intensity. I’ve never tore a delt or a bicep. But I have tore a pec, and it’s rediculous trying to work through it. keep it up man, you’ll get back to that soon enough. I could definitely be bigger, but I’m feeling my proportions are starting to even out. I really just need to focus on some back thickness. I too am just a small version of what I once was, I’ll see if I can dig up some pics for you. I was 10-15 lbs heavier with the same body fat back in my prime.
  18. I agree 100%!!! Awesome progress man, and I’m glad you are having luck with sleep now!! The slow addition to calories approach is best. Then you can easily find your sweet spot of muscle gain vs fat gain. I’m a firm believer in finding that sweet spot, and not just throwing in 5k + calories down your throat in the name of “bulking”. Don’t get me wrong, that approach definitely works for the more hard core guys who are running high doses, and throwing in HGH and insulin to become mass monsters. Bulking is SO much easier than cutting lol. I do hate how people blow up on a bulk just to lose half their gainz when they have to crash diet to lose fat lol. This way you can add the calories, see what’s working and what’s not working and adjust. I prefer the “gaintain” approach, of picking a body fat % that you like, and add just enough calories to maintain conditioning while adding lean muscle mass. It also looks way more impressive too. You already look amazing, and you’re going to look immortal once those gains start coming in. hats off to your determination and discipline bro! Keep it up!
  19. Most of not all PED will increase red blood cells, as this is one of the main attributes to steroids. More blood = more nutrients to the muscle which means enhanced muscle gain. Ofcourse some are different than others. Nandrolones and equipoise would be towards the top, with billers like dbol and anadrol. On the lower range would be the more mild steroids such as winny, anavar, tbol etc. I can’t speak about tren, even though I’ve used it many times, I don’t want to give out any bad info. remember the higher dose and longer length of time on any steroid will produce higher blood volume levels. Short blasts usually balance themselves out. If you are prone to issues, my only good advice to give, is to try them one at a time at lower doses. Everyone reacts differently. You already know how you react to 400mg of nandrolone on top of your test. Next try something like masteron, or an oral. Get to know the deal for everything and the side effects for your own body. All of the information on the net is great, but you can never really know for sure unless you try for yourself. for example, my buddy can’t tolerate some orals because they give him extreme calf and lower back pumps that are just painful. Something I don’t experience with the same drug. the best advice I ever got while entering this world was to try each thing one by one, then you know what to expect, and then you can build your cycles. A lot of guys skip that and go directly into stacking compounds because someone told them they might benefit from it.
  20. Woke up feeling lean and huge today. Definitely making gains still while leaning at the same time. I’m loving these results. I went in for a good arm pump today, nothing special. Had a lot of things to get done today for the kiddos. Took a pic though, was feeling big!
  21. Nice bro! I may invest is some lifting shoes before too long. being sick sucks. It might not be a bad idea to drop the tren and orals, stay on test until the tren clears out. Wait a week or so only on test, then slowly add the orals back in one by one. Could be a few things going on. And if you have a legit virus or something, the gear on top of it will only amplify the feeling like shit, especially not getting any food down. Just a thought. Kind of hit the reset button and rethink the cycle after you get back to 100%. Ive had to do that a few times. It sucks but is better in the long run. im a big nandrolone guy, I just love the way I feel on it. You can still run a good lean cycle on nandrolone, you’ll just hold a little water. Npp isn’t so bad with water though. You’re pretty experienced, but if you want any tips let me know. I’ve ran npp a few times in contest prep with great results. I just cut it out with the test 2 weeks before show. get to feeling better man, health is #1 priority!
  22. I don’t keep track of mine too closely. But higher than normal test, and especially nandrolones produce more red blood cells, and at extremely elevated rate. Equipoise is even worse. As red blood cells increase, ofcourse blood composition levels will increase. As well as blood gasses will change. If it gets out of hand and in the extreme high range, then blood clots, strokes, DVT, a fib, etc can result. But keeping your diet healthy helps quite a bit. Keep an eye on blood pressure, and blood thickness (I will prick a finger tip) if blood is super dark red, and thick and takes a minute to poop up, you may have some issues. That’s a good sign it’s time to dump some blood. I for one will usually plan on donating blood about half way through any of my heavier cycles, just for this reason, and it’s pretty instant relief. as far as iron goes. Extreme high levels are concerning, but low levels are far more detrimental. Iron plays a big role in brain health and clotting for the smaller vessels. just my 2 cents

Probably either didn’t come through as promised and owed them money, so in turn her destroyed the trust built up with BT knowing they would ship his stuff before receiving payment in good faith (as stated in the first few emails). When my buddy used to home brew, I witnessed him break someone’s legs with a motorcycle helmet years ago because a guy screwed him out of money.   24. Killed shoulders today. Really went at it, felt good. weight is still 238, but lifts are still increasing and I feel like I’m still gaining. Finished today at 4200 calories, 300+ protein, and about 60 carbs. I’m still targeting about 10-15 carbs pre and post workout and havnt kicked out of ketosis yet. Targeting carbs are making a big difference in performance. Been eating either half a banana, or adding 1/4 cup of baby oatmeal cereal to a shake about 30mins prior to workout and immediately after. For anyone who has never used baby cereal, they come in all sorts of varieties and flavors. Clean grains that are just basically milled into dust so babies can eat it lol. They mix super well in shakes, and before I went keto I would even mix it into my favorite skyr flavor (Icelandic style yogurt). After a while I just got sick of chewing the raw oats out of my shakes lol. It’s super cheap, and it sounds stupid, but it’s super quick and easy source of carbs, and it’s super clean. You can find them fortified with vitamins and minerals and DHA too. The brand I have, the cap doubles as a measuring scoop. 1/4 cup of baby oatmeal cereal is 10 carbs. on to the workout as always I started out with lateral raises dumbell style 25x12 30x12 35x12 40x12 45x10 50x10 55x10 60x8 with a little bit of cheating on the last few reps, drop set of 30x16 cable high rows with wider grip 60x12 100x12 130x12 150x8 with a drop set of 100x16 standing bent over rear delt flys 30x15 35x15 40x15 45x15 with 8 half reps to really push the blood plate loaded seated shoulder press Atlantis machine 1 plate each side x12 2 plates x12 3 plates x10 3 plates and a quarter for 7 seated front raises with 45 lb plate, went to failure x 3 sets seated strict (arms straight) laterals, with rear delt fly super sets with same weights 20x8 25x8 30x8 35x8 i was done after that. Best feeling in the world to walk out of the gym with nothing left knowing that you killed it!
  25. NPP and deca great for joints, BUT the joint benefits come after a decent time. I’ve found the joint relief kicking in about the same length of time with both. NPP will give gains faster, but not so much joint relief faster. Just my experience there, as nandrolone is my favorite and have ran it many times in different esters. since you do have a weight class to hit, keep the wet stuff at lower doses. i would suggest 300test 200deca 50anava (good strength gains) 50 proviron to help with water, and gives a little strength madol pre workout. thats a good, VERY mild cycle for strength gains, just remember (since you’re a bodybuilder). Keep your working sets in the 1-3 rep range for strength, you don’t want to be putting on a lot of mass training like a bodybuilder. Keep shoulders strong, and keep lats strong. Take longer rest periods between sets on bench. Keep in the 1-3 reps range. ill try to explain a strong base for a strong bench, but learning how to engage lats while driving the bar only comes with experience. 3 points of contact, balls of feet on ground, butt and upper back on bench. Don’t get into the habit of hyper extending so much your butt is in the air, you’ll see it on YouTube but it’s not much more beneficial. keep shoulders tight, you can practice by putting a pencil in the middle of your upper back and holding it there with your rhomboids. That will create the posture needed for upper back and flaring out the lats and give you a solid base as you drive the bar. Butt on the bench with your feet slightly behind your knees, this draws some power from your legs. Keep elbows in, and drive from about the nipple line. at lift off, up back tight, elbows in (this is where the power from the lats come in) lower back with a modest arch, butt on the bench, balls of feet behind the knee. Lower the bar in a controlled fashion, as you hit the bottom, be at nipple line, drive your feet into the floor, open up the lats and drive up with aggression. A good tip for feeling it stick at 3/4 the way up is to exhale, tighten up the back, and pull shoulder back, allowing that final bit of movement to lock the elbows out for the “full rep” I hope that helps
