  1. Kid had good form no issues standard dead lifting technique and standard amount of noise. If it was me personally dead lifting that idiot would have gotten one right hand as hard as I could throw it and he would have been flat out sleeping and bleeding on the floor while I continued my set to finish. Must have been jealous with his chicken legs that the kid had a 4-1/2 plate dead going on or something. just another asshole in the gym with some gear in him...... problem is though he does not understand that the juice does not make his chin any harder or tougher. Yup would have slept him for pulling that shit with me and not given it a second thought. G

  2. Loving it! I like having the E as a base and tuning it up with the Ace. Might bump the Ace to 400 for Sept cuz it's going really well. Can't say enough good things about this. Pinned my quad the other day and aspirated, got 1cc Ace + a little Mast in nice and smooth, pulled out the pin and then it hit me like a freight train: Tren-Cough of Death!   4. I'm guessing it's like Skidoo, Polaris, & Arctic Cat. They all claim to be the best and say the other guys suck. What else would they say if they want you to buy their product lol. But in the end there is not much different so pick the brand with the best service department.

  5. I gave up on a smooth shave years ago. I use the same hair trimmer on my face that I use on my head, like a big barbershop style one, on the metal with no clip on comb height thing. It shaves me down to what day-2 after a smooth shave would be, and that works well for me. The only time ill ever smooth shave now is if i know in advance that ive got our kids looked after for a few hours so i can go down on my wife for a while, cuz I love it. The stubble tickles and she wont let me chow down unless I clean up. I do remember having waterproof 3-rotor electric shaver. Cant remember what brand, but i was contemplating getting another cuz you can shave in the shower and i did like it. I just dont know where it went after we moved into this house. A quick search shows me that a Phillips Norelco waterproof shaver looks like what i had. Amazon has it. Hmmm...

  6. I now have a little problem with BT that is getting bigger. The labels on some jars look very similar at a quick glance. I just took two Proviron and when I went to put the jar back in my cupboard there was already a Proviron jar there... looks like I just popped two Jackhammers. I guess saying that its going to be a hard day today is an understatement.

  7. In 1986, scientists discovered that nitric oxide (NO) was a potent vasodilator and could improve circulation, heart health, and anything else that relied on optimal blood flow. Researchers at Pfizer, with big, hand-rubbing plans, began experimenting with drugs called PDE-5 inhibitors that enhance and perpetuate NO's blood-vessel dilating effects. Their goal, at the time, was to find a treatment for angina. First up was a drug called sildenafil citrate, but drug trials showed that it was only modestly effective in treating the condition. However, some of the researchers refused to say die and started looking at the notes detailing the drug's side effects. Holy moly, there it was: A lot of the test subjects confessed to being visited by the erection fairy a lot more often after taking the drug. This observation caused Pfizer scientists to no doubt feel a little stirring in their own pants as they contemplated the financial prospects of such a drug. They rapidly switched gears and began pilot studies of sildenafil citrate's effects on erectile dysfunction. It was, of course, a success and in 1996 they submitted a patent for the new drug, which they named Viagra. A couple of years later, Viagra was approved by the FDA. Few drugs have had such a social impact on society. Old men, or even not-so-old men, could suddenly indulge in a part of life they thought was lost to them. But perhaps unexpectedly, much younger men also glommed onto the drug, as they also did with its chemical cousins Cialis and Levitra, which would arrive later. They covet the drugs because they serve as a hedge against performance anxiety and reduce downtime between sexual episodes, but it turns out there are other reasons men, both young and old, might use these drugs and they're not only health related, but bodybuilding related, too. In fact, there may be sufficient evidence to support the idea of taking these drugs every day, like vitamins or any other health-promoting supplement. What Erectile Dysfunction Drugs Do For Bodybuilders PDE-5 Inhibitors Increase the "Pump" The most elemental and basic effect of Viagra and its cousins is increased blood flow, not only to the heart and penis, but to all body parts, including muscles. More blood flow means a better pump from resistance exercise and subsequently, increased nutrient flow to muscles, which is a good thing. PDE-5 Inhibitors Decrease Estrogen Levels A 2005 study found that 10 mg. and 20 mg. doses of Cialis, taken an average of 10 times a month, significantly reduced estradiol levels, but only in men who didn't have too much body fat (those with a BMI of less than 27) (1). Men with more body fat have higher levels of aromatase and convert testosterone to estradiol with impunity, regardless of how much Cialis they pop. PDE-5 Inhibitors Increase Testosterone Levels A study of Viagra's effects on 140 low-testosterone men between the ages of 40 and 70 found that the drug boosted testosterone levels by about 100 clicks (2). While some of this rise in male hormone might be, as the study cited above implied, because some testosterone resisted being converted into estrogen, some of it was also apparently from increased testosterone production by the testes. PDE-5 Inhibitors Increase Insulin Sensitivity Viagra was shown to reduce diabetes-induced oxidative stress and improve insulin sensitivity. This experiment, unlike the others, was conducted on rats, but there's a decent chance it would work similarly in humans. What Erectile Dysfunction Drugs Do For General Health Cialis has been shown to quash symptoms of benign prostatic hypertrophy, like frequent urination. There's also some evidence that PDE-5 drugs improve prostate health in general. Viagra has been shown to treat abnormally high blood pressure in the pulmonary arteries (known as pulmonary hypertension). Despite early studies that didn't show much of an effect, Viagra and the other PDE-5 drugs have lately been shown to be beneficial in the treatment of angina, along with high blood pressure and other cardiovascular conditions. How To Use This Info Sporadic use of these drugs (less than 8 to 10 times a month) might not confer any long-lasting health effects. However, Cialis is currently approved for once-daily use, and it's reasonable to think that patients, young or old, who have such a prescription and are using it every day, are reaping some, if not all, of the above benefits. However, if further research supports or adds to the list of positive research on these drugs, we might eventually get to the point where docs almost universally recommend the daily use of the drugs, just as they do with baby aspirin.

  8. Understanding IGF-1 By Bryan Haycock To understand how IGF-1 works you have to understand how muscles grow. The ability of muscle tissue to constantly regenerate in response to activity makes it unique. It’s ability to respond to physical/mechanical stimuli depends greatly on what are called satellite cells. Satellite cells are muscle precursor cells. You might think of them as "pro-muscle" cells. They are cells that reside on and around muscle cells. These cells sit dormant until called upon by growth factors such as IGF-1. Once this happens these cells divide and genetically change into cells that have nuclei identical to those of muscle cells. These new satellite cells with muscle nuclei are critical if not mandatory to muscle growth. Without the ability to increase the number of nuclei, a muscle cell will not grow larger and its ability to repair itself is limited. The explanation for this is quite simple. The nucleus of the cell is where all of the blue prints for new muscle come from. The larger the muscle, the more nuclei you need to maintain it. In fact there is a "nuclear to volume" ratio that cannot be overridden. Whenever a muscle grows in response to functional overload there is a positive correlation between the increase in the number of myonuclei and the increase in fiber cross sectional area (CSA). When satellite cells are prohibited from donating new nuclei, overloaded muscle will not grow (Rosenblatt,1992 & 1994; Phelan,1997). So you see, one important key to unnatural muscle growth is the activation of satellite cells by growth factors such as IGF-1. IGF-1 stimulates both proliferation (an increase in cell number) and differentiation (a conversion to muscle specific nuclei) in an autocrine-paracrine manner, although it induces differentiation to a much greater degree. This is in agreement with the Dual Effector theory. In fact, you can inject a muscle with IGF-1 and it will grow! Studies have shown that , when injected locally, IGF-1 increases satellite cell activity, muscle DNA content, muscle protein content, muscle weight and muscle cross sectional area (Adams,1998). On the very cutting edge of research scientists are now discovering the signaling pathway by which mechanical stimulation and IGF-1 activity leads to all of the above changes in satellite cells, muscle DNA content, muscle protein content, muscle weight and muscle cross sectional area just outlined above. This research is stemming from studies done to explain cardiac hypertrophy. It involves a muscle enzyme called calcineurin which is a phosphatase enzyme activated by high intracellular calcium ion concentrations (Dunn, 1999). Note that overloaded muscle is characterized by chronically elevated intracellular calcium ion concentrations. Other recent research has demonstrated that IGF-1 increases intracellular calcium ion concentrations leading to the activation of the signaling pathway, and subsequent muscle fiber hypertrophy (Semsarian, 1999; Musaro, 1999). I am by no means a geneticist so I hesitated even bringing this new research up. In summary the researchers involved in these studies have explained it this way, IGF-1 as well as activated calcineurin, induces expression of the transcription factor GATA-2, which accumulates in a subset of myocyte nuclei, where it associates with calcineurin and a specific dephosphorylated isoform of the transcription factor nuclear factor of activated T cells or NF-ATc1. Thus, IGF-1 induces calcineurin-mediated signaling and activation of GATA-2, a marker of skeletal muscle hypertrophy, which cooperates with selected NF-ATc isoforms to activate gene expression programs leading to increased contractile protein synthesis and muscle hypertrophy. Did you get all that? IGF-1 Usage By Author Unkown IGF stands for insulin-like growth factor. It is a natural substance that is produced in the human body and is at its highest natural levels during puberty. During puberty IGF is the most responsible for the natural muscle growth that occurs during these few years. There are many different things that IGF does in the human body; I will only mention the points that would be important for physical enhancement. Among the effects the most positive are increased amino acid transport to cells, increased glucose transport, increased protein synthesis, decreased protein degradation, and increased RNA synthesis. When IGF is active it behaves differently in different types of tissues. In muscle cells proteins and associated cell components are stimulated. Protein synthesis is increased along with amino acid absorption. As a source of energy, IGF mobilizes fat for use as energy in adipose tissue. In lean tissue, IGF prevents insulin from transporting glucose across cell membranes. As a result the cells have to switch to burning off fat as a source of energy. IGF also mimic's insulin in the human body. It makes muscles more sensitive to insulin's effects, so if you are a person that currently uses insulin you can lower your dosage by a decent margin to achieve the same effects, and as mentioned IGF will keep the insulin from making you fat. Perhaps the most interesting and potent effect IGF has on the human body is its ability to cause hyperplasia, which is an actual splitting of cells. Hypertrophy is what occurs during weight training and steroid use, it is simply an increase in the size of muscle cells. See, after puberty you have a set number of muscle cells, and all you are able to do is increase the size of these muscle cells, you don't actually gain more. But, with IGF use you are able to cause this hyperplasia which actually increases the number of muscle cells present in the tissue, and through weight training and steroid usage you are able to mature these new cells, in other words make them grow and become stronger. So in a way IGF can actually change your genetic capabilities in terms of muscle tissue and cell count. IGF proliferates and differentiates the number of types of cells present. At a genetic level it has the potential to alter an individuals capacity to build superior muscle density and size. There is a lot of talk about the similarity between IGF and growth hormone. The most often asked question is simply which is more effective. GH doesn't directly cause your muscles to grow, it works very indirectly by increasing protein synthesis capabilities, increasing the amount of insulin a person can use effectively, and increasing the amount of anabolic steroids a person can use effectively. GH also indirectly causes muscle growth by stimulating the release of IGF when it (the GH) is destroyed in the human body. So one way you could look at it as GH being a precursor to IGF. So to put it simple IGF is more effective at directly causing muscle growth and density increases. IGF is also much more cost effective. IGF can also be effectively used by itself and gains will still be easily noticeable. With growth hormone you need to use high amounts of anabolics and often insulin to see any gains at all, this is not the case with IGF. IGF can be used by itself and is often used by bodybuilders who bridge between cycles, during this bridge is a good time to use IGF since it has no effect on natural testosterone production so it will therefore allow you to return to normal in terms of hormone levels. A stack of IGF, PGF2a, HCG, and clomid would be a good bridge stack and would allow your body to return to normal and still allow you to retain and make new gains. IGF is a research drug, it hasn't been approved by the FDA for use as a pharmaceutical and it is currently being researched for nerve tissue repair, possible burn victims, and also as a possible aid in muscle wasting for AIDS patients. There are many different analogs of IGF available, instead of mentioning them all, I will simply mention the two most common and the most effective. Regular recombinant IGF is one of the two, it is also the more expensive and the least effective. Regular IGF only has a half-life of about 10-20 minutes in the human body and is quickly destroyed, it can be combined with certain binding proteins to extend the half-life, but it is not a very simple procedure and there is a more effective and less expensive version available. The most effective form of IGF is Long R3 IGF-1, it has been chemically altered and has had amino acid changes which cause it to avoid binding to proteins in the human body and allow it to have a much longer half life, around 20-30 hours. "Long R3 IGF-1 is an 83 amino acid analog of IGF-1 comprising the complete human IGF-1 sequence with the substition of an Arg(R) for the Glu(E) at position three, hence R3, and a 13 amino acid extension peptide at the N terminus. This analog of IGF-1 has been produced with the purpose of increasing the biological activity of the IGF peptide." "Long R3 IGF-1 is signifacantly more potent than IGF-1. The enhanced potency is due to the decreased binding of Long R3 IGF-1 to all known IGF binding proteins. These binding proteins normally inhibit the biological actions of IGF's." It is also not as expensive since a media grade version is available which is sufficient for bodybuilding use. There is also a receptor grade available but it is VERY expensive and the only noticeable difference between the two would only be able to be noticed in a laboratory setting. The price on the black market for Long R3 IGF-1 can be seen anywhere from $200-$500 per milligram depending on the source. The most effective length for a cycle of IGF is 50 days on and 20-40 days off. The most controversy surrounding Long R3 IGF-1 is the effective dosage. The most used dosages range between 20mcg/day to 120+mcg/day. IGF is only available by the milligram, one mg will give you a 50 day cycle at 20mcg/day, 2mg will give you a 50 day cycle at 40mcg/day, 3mg will give you a 50 day cycle at 60mcg/day, 4mg will give you a 50 day cycle at 80mcg/day and so on. The dosage issue mainly revolves around how much money you have to spend, plenty of people use the minimum dosage of 20mcg/day and are happy with the results, and in fact several top bodybuilders use the 20mcg/day dosage and are pleased with the results. IGF is most effective when administered subcutaneously and injected once or twice daily at your current dosage. The best time for injections is either in the morning and/or immediately after weight training. Another frequently asked question of IGF refers to the real world results, in terms of pure weight gain don't expect to gain 5 lbs. a week like you may off of anadrol or a similar steroid. The only weight you will gain from IGF use is pure lean muscle tissue, with steroids most of the weight gained is water weight. With an effective dosage you can expect to gain 1-2 lbs of new lean muscle tissue every 2-3 weeks and these effects can be increased with the use of testosterone, anabolic steroids, and insulin use. Increased vascularity is also very common, people report seeing veins appear where they never have before. And yet another effect reported is the ability to stay lean while bulking with heavy dosages of steroids and TONS of food while on an IGF cycle, this is perhaps the most pleasing effect. Increased pumps are also noticeable almost immediately, the pumps can almost become painful, pumps are even noticeable when doing cardio. Overall, IGF is a very exciting drug due to its ability to alter ones genetic capabilities. If you can find a trustworthy source and you use it correctly it can be a VERY useful tool in your bodybuilding drug arsenal.

Prep Time: 10 min Cook Time: 0 min Ready in: 10 min Yield: 24 1" balls Ingredients 1 cup (256 grams) natural peanut butter (the kind with just peanuts and salt) 1/4 cup (80 grams) honey or 1/4 cup brown rice syrup for a vegan version 2 teaspoons vanilla extract 1 1/2 cups (135 grams) rolled oats (use gluten-free oats, if needed) 1/2 cup (42 grams) unsweetened shredded coconut pinch of salt 1/3 cup (57 grams) mini chocolate chips (use vegan chocolate chips, if needed) 2-4 teaspoons water or additional vanilla extract In a medium mixing bowl, stir together the peanut butter, brown rice syrup or honey and vanilla extract. Stir in the oats, coconut and salt until well combined and then add the chocolate chips. If the mixture doesn’t hold together well when pinched together, add the additional water or vanilla, a teaspoon at a time until the mixture holds together well when pinched. Form 1” balls by pressing about 1 tablespoon of the mixture together. Store at room temperature for up to 3 days or refrigerate for 1 week.

  15. Yeah I left a year ago Saw the writing on the wall and put lots of little bits and pieces together to form the whole puzzle and wanted nothing to do with it. Moved here shortly there after and got my consulting business up and running. Despite being here I have been keeping myself informed as to the goings on as I have regular contact with some fellas from the forum and guys from the good old days who I know are solid as they come. Hopefully the dogmas of the stormy past are far behind and will not pop up again here on this board. The locals here have a bit of a saying and the translation in English might not make perfect sense but here it is.   16. Yeah, i only saw fat burning before they got high I didn’t get bigger than I have been before on just gear. After I started getting high igf-1 numbers I actually got bigger a lot easier. Hgh is defiantly the reason for the physiques today. Too bad the stuff in Canada is always questionable. I remember I used gh from Israel in 2017 when I went back to the gym and was actually using regular doses with insane results. Somastim to be exact from sciroxx

  17. I did the same thing with peptides (ghrp6 and Cjc no Dac) and it ended up becoming useless. I got so scared I never tried it with the gh cause it’s so expensive honestly I leave gh at room temperature just because I use a mini fridge and the temperature sometimes changes. The gh is worth more than the fridge lol its good to hear it still works becuase at least you know it’s not a peptide ? I remember you stood up for me a while back. So I’ll support your forum Unfortunately I probably can’t do the testing as much as I did it before. It was fun while it lasted though. I would draw bloods twice with each requisition. I would pretend I told the person at the blood lab to do the hgh test on another day. So I could get away with hgh tests. I’ll be viewing forums from time to time. I’ve been busy for once lol

  22. I like dbol pre work out but it does have a shorter half life (4-6hrs I believe) so you should split it at least twice through out the day.

  24. There is nothing wrong with the kids form a little loose as the reps go up but not brutal. The Exercise is a DEADlift there is NO eccentric portion of the competition lift. Controlling the negative will lead to nothing but soreness and and an inability to properly recover for your next squat session. From what I've gathered the kid is training for powerlifting. #1 A gym that doesn't like noise is not a fucking gym #2 If the kid knew this he should have found another gym #3 What happened was assault plain and simple.

  26. So I'd love to give this lab a try... and there are nothing but positive reviews here.. which is to be expected, but I have read some negative reviews on other boards. Talking about under-dosing etc which is why it's so cheap. Now I have no first had experience myself, and negative reviews wouldn't be a determining factor on whether I try out a lab or not. I use one in particilar that gets flamed everywhere.. but they do good by me so... So I bring it up because I'm a little curious, I know each board has some lab behind them and like to flame their competitors, but the way I see it, there is enough business for everyone.. So any comments addressing these issues would be appreciated.

  29. I usually run either 15mg/day to 30mg/day. It definitely has a great effect on the youthfulness on my skin - and it has an even greater effect if I combine it with CJC 1295 w/ DAC. MK also causes my muscles to really fill out - but it appears to be partly due to water weight - I sometimes lose up to 7-10 lbs after i stop it. The only real negative with MK (for me) is that it causes my stomach to REALLY bloat out. When I have a shirt on, i look like i have a serious beer-belly. However some don't experience this, and some others experience it only slightly.

  30. 12 grams fish oil per day 2 81 mg aspirin per day 4 if on EQ due to RBC elevation. 8000 units Vit d per day. 3000 mg red yeast rice per day 500 saw palmetto per day for DHT reduction 500-1000 mg vit c per day if cutting and fruit is on a low intake. CQ-10 ect monthly blood work all is good so don't deviate much from TRT dosage to wanting to grow dosage. ? This is always about genetics some guys can do 10 grams of test a week and not have an issue and some guys die at 25 years old like Dallas Mcarver due to clogged arteries that were genetically predisposed. This is why routine blood work is so very important to reach short term goals and for longevity with accurate information that you can adjust to for health benefits. G

  32. Yes your GP/family doctor can get everything analyzed. However, some are a bit hesitant to do so just because it's the medical system paying for it so you have to hope your doc is good with it. Aside from that, many naturopathic doctors will get whatever you want tested but you have to pay for it. You pay them, they get a cut, and then send you for the labs. Benefit here is since medical system isn't paying for it you can do it as much as you want and test whatever you want. There are some life extension type clinics in Canada that offer that as well but generally more expensive.

  33. ^that's a great post. If the meniscus is torn in a way that it's causing issues it's very likely the deca won't just magically heal it. The same goes for a torn ACL. It's almost like saying you cut your arm off and lets add some deca to help it heal. You physically need surgery to make an adjustment. For meniscus it depends exactly how it was torn or what is going on. Once things are surgically repaired I would personally consider adding in some deca to help for possible reduced inflammation and collagen synthesis. Plus reducing muscle atrophy which will help with stability while it's weak. Until you get surgery, take it easy and don't make things worse.

  36. I agree with that double edge razor. I have thick black stubble. But I also hate smooth shaving now, I only shave it to a 5 o’clock shadow now. I find my face looks fat and bloated smooth shaved these days lol. I use a con air electric for shaving to stubble, and double edge for a smooth shave when and ever I do.

  37. Honestly after years of tearing my face up with mach 3/4/5 etcs.. I bought a double edge safety razor set up. I have thick coarse hair and prone to ingronwn hairs and razor burn on my neck. Since going double edge safety razor I no longer have any issues and I even shave against the grain now. You need -doubel edge rzor handle -double edge blades -pre shave oil -badger hair brush -shaving soap -after shave (with no alcohol). Whole set up costs a bit of $, but you can get like 200 double edge safety razor blades on amazon for like $40.. Way cheaper in the long run than gillete garbage. good brands for this stuff is The Art Of Shaving/Trufitt and Hill.

  38. I found it quite good. I had originally made up my mind to not do orals again, but then I decided to try some Sdrol. I first tried it without the Tudca and at 22.5 mg/day I tanked out in 5 days and had to stop it. Then I ordered the Tudca and tried it again (taking 1000mg/day of Tudca). This time i ran 22.5mg/day of Sdrol for the first 15 days, and then upped it to 30mg/day for another 6 days. I stopped after 3 weeks. I wasn't tanked out, but i was starting to experience a slight bit of fatigue. So the Tudca definitely made a difference. * Just to add, I was also taking 1500mg/day of NAC along with the Tudca, but i was also taking that same amount of NAC previously when I tried the Sdrol without the Tudca. So the NAC wouldn't have made a difference in the second run, because I ran it the first run as well.

In the very least its helpful to see the conversion from nmol/l = ng/ml = ng/dl Fairly accurate with the effects tool as well as to when to expect certain benefits from the TRT.

  41. i prefer tapatalk and would use it yes, i like to keep my chrome tabs different than my board tabs (Which i kept in the app and was nice to use).
