  3. heres my take on Canada post. Firstly, many people think this is a government company. It is not. It's a privately only corporation. I believe it used to be owned by the federal government, but was privatized awhile ago. Canada post was in very very bad shape around 2010ish. With email, paper letters/bills etc just disappeared over night. Because of this, they hiked up rates for postage and cut back on their workers benefits and pay. Fast forward to a year ago... Canada post is doing amazing now because of on line shopping. Go to any CP location and look at the boxes. 75% are amazon lol.. And the rest are other on line retailers. Rural areas are doing exceptionally well with on line shopping now since rural areas have limited retail within their local area. Think about it... IF your employer cut your hours, cut your benifits and cut your wage because the company was on the verge of going under 5 years ago and now its doing 100x better...... wouldn't you think you deserve your hours, benefits and wages back? Many ppl hack on CP workers because they believe they are lazy government employees.. This is a source of many peoples bitching. It's simply not true. I acknowledge there is some shit CP staff lol... But in every buisiness you will find shit employees. I'm not referring to the shit staff, I'm reffereing to the staff as a whole in my statements above.

  7. 21 Gauge needle used to inject steroids into deep muscle tissue. Many people ask me what needle to use to inject steroids and the answer is simple. 21 gauge (which refers to the thickness of the needle, the lower the number the thicker it is), one-and-a-half inch length (approximately 38mm). The reason for using this exact size is not so obvious. There are two types of steroids, oil based (very seldom a thin oil) and water based suspensions. The thick oil based steroids need a thicker needle to suck up the oil into the syringe and to be able to inject it smoothly. This is critical because 99% of all people injection oil based steroid with a needle that is to thin is going to end up with a painful injection site for days. The reason for this is two fold. The excessive force needed to inject the oil through a thin needle means there is a lot of movement of the needle when injecting and this bruises and damages surrounding tissue. The second issue is that the force with which the oil leaves the needle tip causes further damage to the tissue. Imagine forcing water down a very narrow hose pipe, it will spry out harder and further than out of a big hosepipe. With water bases suspension, thicker needles are also essential. Because these are suspensions, meaning particles are not dissolved in the water but floats in it so to speak, the risk of these particles clogging the needle is very high. Anybody that has injected Aqua Test for instance will tell you how often it clogs the needle. This leads to the conclusion that you need a thicker and longer needle to inject deep in the muscle without excessive force. The 23 gauge long needle is the way to go.

Here is a bit of information on my experiences as well as some scientific research backing it. In this article I am going to also discuss the differences of THC and CBD used as supplementation. You may be asking the following questions: Will it slow down my gains? Will it make me fatter? Will it help me lose weight? Are there any serious health effects I should be worried about? From the science, it seems to depend on your body and on how much you smoke (or what you smoke/ingest). But here’s what we know so far. The kinds of factors that affect bodybuilding are things such as growth hormone, testosterone levels and estrogen. To find out how much marijuana actually affects bodybuilding, we need to know how it interferes with these hormones in the body. While some say that it slows down the muscle building process, others swear by it as an enhancement both before and after a workout. It is generally well known in the muscle building community that too much alcohol definitely stands in the way of the sport, but can the same be said about marijuana? It gives you the munchies, so it’s perfect for Bulking Season! ** personal note; I noticed it actually stopped my cravings depending if I smoked while in prep or off season, depending on the strain whether it be indica or sativa and how you may personally react on either, most people do experience munchies which is great for bulking** Science tells us that the cannabinoids in weed stimulate the neurons (POMCs) in the hypothalamus section of our brains that make us hungry. In a study by The American Journal of Science, weed can actually have the opposite effect by contributing to weight loss, and providing temporary cravings at best. There are subjective examples of bodybuilders who have smoked (or are smoking) regularly and making gains We aren’t going to waste your time with non-conclusive scientific stuff. Instead, we have real accounts from bodybuilders who have smoked while working out. For example, in the following video, Artemus Dolgin, a pretty well known bodybuilder, explains his regular use of marijuana during his training sessions. Does marijuana affect muscle growth? When we are talking about muscle growth, the main things we are concerned with are the growth hormone, estrogen and testosterone. Although cannabis has effects in other parts of the body, for the sake of bodybuilding, these are the most important factors. There is also the way that marijuana affects the user’s ability to burn fat. So how exactly does marijuana affect these growth hormones? Marijuana’s effect on testosterone is small and short lived, meaning it only decreases the level of testosterone for a short while, after which they return to normal. There are some studies that show frequent or heavy users can experience a more long-term drop, but the levels still stay within the normal range. A study has shown that marijuana use can boost estrogen levels, but only at extremely high doses. ** very very small clinical doses, for most of us are AAS users and use exogenous hormones, really do not need to worry about this** There are no real studies to suggest how marijuana affects the growth hormone, except when extremely high and extremely pure doses of THC are administered. In this circumstance, the levels of growth hormone are lowered. However, one study even suggests that smoking two joints can actually causes the levels of GH to increase (This made me laugh, but sure? See, not all studies are overly accurate either). None of this evidence says much about the way marijuana affects the levels of these hormones because the results are generally inconclusive. In order for there to be serious repercussions in the body, the levels of these hormones need to change significantly, and stay that way for extended periods of time. This is not really the case with marijuana, as it doesn’t seem to affect the hormone in that way. Different ways to ingest cannabis Having said all of this, there are obvious effects to the body when cannabis is ingested through smoking. Not only are the lungs affected, but the movement of oxygen to the cells is also affected, making workouts particularly hard. The effect of smoking weed on the lungs can cause an athlete to tire quickly and the muscles can get sore quickly if there is a lack of oxygen to the cells. If you are an athlete and are choosing to use marijuana, then it should be ingested in a way that is softer on the body, such as vaporizing, edibles or oils. These are more health conscious options for those who are working closely with the body. ** I know members here can gladly discuss how they personally use different methods; Vapour through Volcano, Shatter through a pen.. ** Not all stoners are created equal The lazy answer to the question of training with Mary Jane is that smoking weed will affect your training by making you lazy and unmotivated. And always eating because you have the munchies. Of course, some are affected this way, but that’s not the truth about all those who use weed. For some, marijuana will be a great way to relax post work-out, especially because it can ease muscle soreness. It is a great way to relax the body and the mind after a hard session at the gym. Some also say that using marijuana before a workout allows them to focus better on their task and go “deeper” in their training. On the other hand, some say that using marijuana before a workout makes them tired quickly, and as a result their focus and attention decrease. The way that marijuana affects mood is different for different people, and from this perspective, we will never know whether marijuana is good for bodybuilders or not. That is a matter of personal preference. But there is no real evidence out there to suggest that cannabis affects any of the hormones that are most important to bodybuilders, such as the growth hormones, estrogen and testosterone, making it completely safe to use without affecting muscle growth. I hope this has enlightened some! **CBD** WHAT IS CBD OIL? Before you can make an educated decision about whether to add CBD oil into your fitness and/or bodybuilding workout regimen you need to know what it is. CBD oil is made from marijuana plants. Now before you stop reading because you have no interest in using an illegal drug, which is very smart and responsible, be aware that CBD oil is not an illegal substance. Most people have heard of marijuana plants that give a person a “buzzed” feeling which is caused by the THC (tetrahydrocannabinol), which is a psychoactive chemical. CBD is a different chemical, also known as Cannabidiol. This active compound does not have any psychoactive chemical and comes with many health benefits, according to limited studies. HOW CAN I USE CBD TO GROW MUSCLE? Our bodies do not naturally grow muscle. It is one of the most challenging tasks of a bodybuilder and a fitness conscious person. We have catabolic hormones in our bodies that break muscle mass down. In order to reverse that issue a person needs to take anti-catabolic supplements. CBD supplements could help a person accomplish that goal, by lowering the number of catabolic hormones in a person’s body. With lower catabolic hormones a person’s body will not be able to break down muscle mass as quickly allowing a person to increase his or her muscle mass. HELPFUL TIPS For the best results a person should avoid caffeine. Caffeine can increase cortisol levels. It is recommended that a person does not use supplements with caffeine. CBD supplements should be used if you’re stressed out, smoke or have the flu or cold. CAN CBD HELP WITH WEIGHT LOSS? Absolutely, CBD is the opposite of your typical THC marijuana that makes you want to eat more. CBD has shown the ability to help regulate a person’s blood sugar levels. With regulated blood sugar levels there is less fat-storing hormones produced by the pancreas in a person’s body resulting in less fat being stored. Since more fat can be burned off as energy there will be less fat cells in a person’s body. Along the same lines a person who is anxious on a regular basis can throw their cortisol levels out of whack. A person with cortisol levels too high or too low end up with unpleasant symptoms. One of those symptoms can be increase in weight, which most of us try to avoid. CBD oils or supplements can help regulate a person’s cortisol levels so that they peak when they are supposed to and lower at appropriate times. Both of these pieces combined, regulated blood sugar levels and cortisol levels can help a person lose weight safely and appropriately.

  10. Dropping water is an important part of show preparation and getting it right is essential to get hard on stage. Unfortunately there are many confusing procedures out there. The most common one is to decrease your water intake gradually in the week leading up to the contest. These methods may include the use of diuretics. Then there is the way that makes physiological sense. First we have to understand how the body works. Your body needs a certain amount of water a day to function. Generally people will be a balanced water state. This means their water intake and water loss is in balance. The body gets enough water to function and to excrete toxins and by products. How does the body maintain a stock of water to function? It does this by either holding back water or dropping water based on what it needs and what its getting. More salts in your system will cause water retention and less salts will cause the body to lose water. The body uses water to get rid of salts. If there is not enough water you end up de-hydrated. The body begins to leach water from the tissues and muscles to function and your muscles go flat with a pronounced loss in strength. The key to controlling water and dropping water lies in the fact that the body takes time to react to the change in water intake. Gradual changes in water intake will give the body time to react and either increase water retention or drop water. The body will take between 6 and 12 hours to react to a change in water intake. It is this window that allows you to drop water for a short period of time, like being on stage. Here is the physiological workings of the way you should drop water. From about 5 to 7 days out you start drinking a large amount of water throughout the day. After a period of time the body will start flushing water out and you’ll have to pee regularly. The body sees a large amount of water coming in so it dumps a lot of water because it sees it as excess. As you keep doing this, the body starts cycling water instead of holding on to it. One of the places that concerns us it the skin. The thinner the skin the harder you look. Because of cycling the skin will hold less and less water and become thiner. The skin is a major storage area for water. This process will take a few days so that’s why you have to start at least 5 days out. Now you reach a point where you can take advantage of the bodies lag in reacting to change. You stop all water intake the night before the contest. You can suck on blocks of ice to help with the dry mouth that develops. Because the body is in a state of extreme flushing it will carry on cycling water out the body. Because there is very little or no water coming in you end up with the minimum amount of water in the skin when you go on stage. You can see here how gradually reducing water intake leading up to the contest actually has the opposite effect because the body will hold onto that water instead of dropping it. There are some subtle considerations here. Some guys will drink 500ml of Energade before going on stage to fill out, similar to the carbo-loading effect. The thinking is that the body will have reached the point where it sees a massive water shortage so the water that comes in gets shunted straight to the muscles helping you to fill out a bit. Especially if the fluid contains sugars. Timing is a factor here and everybody will react slightly differently depending on when you drink. Another method is to use some water to allow the carbohydrate intake to be more effective when you add carbs into your diet the night before the contest. Again you are taking advantage of the bodies lag at reacting. I like this method, but you may have to go through many contests to find out exactly what timing works for you. The more you do it the better you’ll get at it. Other considerations The process will work much better if you use distilled water. Because there is no salts whatsoever in distilled water, the body will begin flushing much faster. This means you can start the water dropping procedure later. or use less water to get a good effect. The next consideration is diuretics. By using these in conjunction with the water dropping procedure you can accelerate the effect, both while flushing and when you stop the intake of water. The use of diuretics can be dangerous. Diuretics like Lasix will flush out minerals like potassium and this can effect the muscle fullness, kidney failure or create heart issues in extreme cases. Aldactone (Speractin) is more popular because it has a potassium sparing effect. The shorter the use of diuretics the less chance you have of ending up flat or having serious side effects. Guys using the gradual decrease in water intake method, will find themselves flat if they then try and use diuretics. The reason is that the diuretics keeps pushing water out but because of the method they use the body is already in a state of de-hydration. To recap High water intake will cause the body to drop water. By stopping 12 hours out from the contest, the body will not react fast enough so you’ll keep on dropping water allowing you to get on stage harder. Control your water intake during carbo-loading so you can get the muscles fuller without having water stored in the skin. Keep careful track of your actions so you know where and how much to adjust the next time you go through the procedure.

  11. Thanks for sharing this, I never thought about the force requiring more pip when using the higher gauge needle. I always draw with 20 and pin with 23 but used to use 22. I rarely get any pip though and usually only got it when I used a brand that I now assume was not as clean.

  18. I have ran a few. Almere 150 was decent, cheapest bang for your buck, considering he was always looking for a monthly special and I would suggest primo and the guy would do it for me then I would run around all the boards talking about it as a thank you, lol. The Almere primo had no pip, none of his products did, even his test suspension was tolerable. Too bad the guy lost his nut, lol. Prosum kicks ass. Best primo I have tried top date. Very little pip as well. Flows like water because of the MCT oil. When I run it I run 250 test with 500 primo and pin daily which works out to .83 cc a day in a slin pin. Pin anywhere. I rotate rear delts, ventroglutes, thighs, pecs, side delts. Now I know they say it doesn't mix, but I load .5 cc of 250 test and 2.5 cc of primo 100 into a syringe and drop it into an empty vial. I do this a few times until the vial is fairly full. then I shake the shit out of it and backload my slin pins for the week. Everytime before I go to use the mix, I shake it in case it has separated. I have never noticed it separating even when I use gear of different oils. You want to make this cycle better. Then buy some BT test base and on your body part lagging days hit a cc of test base about an hour pre workout. Also proviron geos great with this primo cycle. I wish it didn't give me heartburn, but if you take 50 mg-100mg a day you will enjoy it better. I don't take mast with primo, way too much dht derivitives and I feel like shit. There you go , all my primo secrets. But right now fuck cutting on primo, I'm running an injectable dbol and loving it.

  19. I just read managements global offer released yesterday. It wants to continue to paying Rural and Suburban Mail Carrier on a piece work basis, while urban mail carriers are paid salary with benefits. During the last contract the union decided to table the pay equity issue and leave it with an arbitrator. It took years to come to a decision but the arbitrator ruled about two months ago that it is law of the land equal pay for equal work. So unlikely that the union will agree to this offer as the arbitrator has already ruled in the unions favor over the treatment of Rural and Suburban Mail Carriers.

  21. I wouldn't use a vegan protein. Soy and Pea proteins are not really great for anabolism. Have you tried drinking pasteurized egg whites? If not, give it a go. If so, I would just eat whole food. Vegan protein is a complete waste.

  23. I usually run it 24 weeks , and a gram per week. Great stuff, a lot of people don’t like it because of how much volume your injecting to see results, but I don’t mind at all. Like sorb said some labs you can get away with running less , with the same results , I’m pretty picky on the labs I use for primo

That sounds awesome and the mt2 let me tell you that is a great one the tanning peptide I got Jamaican black from it I was so dark I had to lighten it up cuz it actually looked unnatural but you don't get any tanning lines which is actually really nice I do like that factor and I will say this for myself anyway your sex drive actually Peaks a lot and yes I agree I like being a test guinea pig as well I have pretty much use everything that's out there at least once and some of them I got off of them thank goodness early enough that it did not have bad side effects but there are some out there that are not good for a woman and Anadrol is definitely one of them I have actually used tren as well which I did actually like it but it is very harsh I use that when I was actually powerlifting and I did that with propionate and I've used Sustanon 250 as well. GH also is the bomb hands down...??

  35. Not a bike but I (finally!) just bought my Taco last month. I’ve wanted one for years. I had to bite the bullet because my ‘14 Ram was a lemon, bad timing for it all but #noregerts My wife’s an accountant so it was tough justifying it to her, but in the end we were losing too much money on that fucking Ram so she cane around. Little does she realize the amount of dollars I’m going to sink in on mods for this truck........

  36. I’m planning on trying this soon as I have a small tear in my infraspinatus, shoulder is always sore. From the people I’ve talked with they say to dose that TB500 @ 2mg E3.5D for a total of 4mg a week. And for the BPC-157 dose I’ll be doing 250mcg twice a day once in morning and once at night for a total of 500mcg a day. And I’ll be doing that for 4 weeks! Hope this helps.
