Is your gym membership is an automatic withdrawal? And there wasn't enough money on your account, is that it? Did you talk to the gym manager? I'm sure you can find an arrangement of some kind.
The key is to be active, help other members when you can, keep the board drama free, interact with others, .... If you do all that you could become a vet in the future Whatsup
I'm a fan of pecans and walnuts. Me being a vegan they are my favorite snacks (but in small quantities of course because the high fat/calories content).

bis - preacher's curls or spider curls
tris -- weighted dips
back -- pulldowns or rows
shoulders - Smith machine presses
traps - shrugs
I had full bloodwork done before but not during or after because most of what that doc prescribed had side effects and I stopped going to his practice.
I will start DHEA next week though because I'd rather take a supplement for better mood and well being than an anti depressant.
An anti-aging doc prescribed DHEA, I took it for six months but didn't see any change in body composition or anything else for that matter. I stopped taking it. I might try it again ....
