  1. Hi there HA, we met at another board
  2. Raw Vegan Pad Thai 2 Zucchini 1 Small Diacon Radish 1/2 Brocolli 1/2 cup - 1 cup sprouted mung beans 2 tbsp of natural just peanuts butter 1 tbsp Bragg (or soy sauce) 1 tbsp Cider Vinegar 1/2 - 1 tsp red chili pepper 2 cloves garlic 1-2 inch piece of ginger 1/4 cup coriander (cilantro) 3-4 tbsp water First julienne style or spiral peel your zucchini sprinkle with salt (this is to soften it) and set aside while you prepare the rest. Do the same to the diacon radish except no salt, add the finely chopped broccoli, sprouted mung beans and 1/2 the coriander (cilantro). Put the remaining ingredients in a magic bullet, or food processor)... blend until smooth. Once you are ready to put it all together rinse the zucchini a few times squeezing it in between rinses to get out all the salt. Then toss all ingredients into a bowl, toss and enjoy.
  3. I eat one or two a week because of the good fats it contains.
  4. I used to but I did mostly fasted cardio (I have a treadmill and a stationary bike in my living room lol and a Rotex in my garage). I had only very light weights. After my surgery early July M&B told me that it would do me good to work the upper body again. I joined my old gym and don't regret my decision.
  5. That makes sense.Mr Jake. At EG, a board I'm a supermod at, there is such a post every time someone registers but what's the point? Some of them are just lurkers .... They won't even answer the thread.
  6. I never liked my breasts. I always thought they were in the way when working out (riding, running, playing tennis, lifting ....). There is no way I would ever have considered implants. Besides they can be dangerous for your health.
  7. Same here. Never later than 10pm and sometimes I get up at five.
  8. When I joined GenXXL England told me to run 5mg to start with and build up accordingly. I did a transformation contest and ran 25 mg caps (good stuff from an UGL) a day for 8 weeks. The average dosage would be 10mg (split into two, 5mg in the morning and 5mg in the afternoon).
  9. Nice to meet you Synyster
  10. Nice. And what other foods did you try? Tofu? Seitan? Edamame beans? I know soya isn't recommended for guys but I don't think that it would hurt if eaten in moderation. Another question: what made you change your mind and stop being a vegetarian/vegan?
  11. Just wondering how much sleep you all get. I used to work in shifts and it messed up with my sleep. I need a pill and only get 7 hours (sometimes less).
  12. That's all in your head ? You remind me of my dad who felt weak if he didn't eat steak every day.
  13. Lucky Canadians. In my country everything is illegal. I cannot even buy highly dosed CBD oil
  14. Nice to meet you TopSkilos
  15. When I read everything you write I wish you would be my physio. What you describe is exactly how it feels. It happens after physio or the Kinetec. It looks as if something is looser, I walk better but then it happens and the pain is back and knee is stiff again. What should I for continued conditioning (Kinetec? Pool walking? Seated leg curls?) and desensitization of the tissues? Once again thank you for your advice. I really appreciate everything you do.
  16. I used to do fasted cardio before surgery. Today I went to the gym and lifted without having eaten anything. Well, believe it or not, I had a great workout. I was expecting to feel weak but I didn't. I will do it again.
  17. Thank you. One more question. Sometimes my knee kinda gives in. Not sure what to think....
  18. I have been a vegetarian since my early 30's and I'm now switching to being vegan. The Weider protein powder is really good. just wondering if anyone else here is vegan ....
  19. I take two different magnesium supplements daily and they do the trick for me.
