  1. wife and I did these today and wow what a great routine to add into the mix. arms are swollen as hell and I know ill be feeling this tomorrow
  2. these guys are top shelf man They work fast jetpilot thats all I can say
  3. SO right EAZY she is a beast of knowledge I love these posts and you are right eating clean doesn't ever have to be boring I have the mealtime app loaded now too. My wife can throw down in the kitchen and she does steak stuffed peppers etc. she can make amazing food hell we don't even go out much because we eat better at home
  4. I will let you know when they show up brother I got a SARM so im not worried about CBSA
  5. I buy my eggs by the flat cost me about 5 bucks a flat. chicken I hoard when its on sale. I get some sweet deals from the local stores sometimes you gotta drive 15 to 20 minutes but if you buy in bulk its cheap.
  6. I run my sust when I use it mon wed and Friday every one is different the key is more than once a week and spread out 2 to 3 times a week is In my experience with it is the best
  7. you are right to a point alot of what she is loosing is water weight at this point. The victoza does work and once the water weight is off the weight loss becomes less dramatic and you are looking at 2-3 pounds a week on avg. the issue for some is they need that drug to curb appetite and control cravings that the reason for the Victoza. It works almost the same way as metformin but is a better choice. the 1st two weeks are insane because of the nausia and headaches but she is now at the tail end and is finding it more easier to eat. Her Dr is closely watching this and will be checking blood sugar levels through out this we are thing she will be on it for 1 -3 months, then doses are slowly dialled back and she goes back to normal. This medication is not used lightly by her DR but her body took a beating the last few years and this seems to be helping Big time,. But yes EAZY you are right and we are all over it
  8. easy you are so right my brother, I grinned it out for months before getting on a light cycle to kick this into the final stage Gear is never the answer its designed to get us over the hump at least thats my belief. I now have to get ready to transition into a bunker but I will be taking some time off the gear and use TRT doses to give my body a chance to clear and recover then I make the Bulk happen Bulking at Christmas was the Goal so I will hit it. I am blown away at how well this diet and high really worked with the Eq and test, I am totally floored at the results. I am only hoping the bulk goes as well I will be looking forward to the increased calories and ohhhhh have I missed my carbs lol
  9. thanks brother its been an amazing journey and Really hope that this gets Guys and girls who think its hopeless to just give up that its possible to come back from anything, I will get back to the old Talon it will take time but by this time next year I will be back with 18 inch arms and the body to match. I never thought in a million year when I was 160 that I would get my body back but I have gotta the fat off and preserved what muscle the autoimmune disorder didn't kill. and here we are the GH has my body in perfect running order. now its time to go build that muscle that has wasted away
  10. its a tough decision for the the issue I have is a autoimmune disorder that is yet to be diagnosed the hgh has helped and kept the effects away which is amazing the issue I have is they cover breast augmentation enhancements laser hair removal all for females, a guy wants a script for TRT and its a fight. you want a sex change sure no problem plus the hormones associated with that are enough per month to choke a horse. Yet a guy wants Finesteroid for hair loss and its a damn fight and denial of coverage. Of course its gotten out of hand since 2016 ironically enough after trudope got elected
  11. I got rid of mine I spend 20 to 30 minutes in jacuzzi every few days I will be doin this when I hit the bulk too it helps me get rid of the access water
  12. amazing article I had sleep apnea before going on TRT and am now down 60 pounds and off cpap. we know obesity and neck size can play a role in it for sure, I love the fact that studies are really starting to come out dispelling myths
  13. I agree I shut it down brother to keep the members fro saying or doing something that may be frowned upon We are a family and I take that seriously I will not allow anyone to put themselves at risk from LE or the east side west side feud we made peace along time ago with CJM and Drago I would like to see everyone get along and prosper. But again members safety is paramount to me.... and I Know to you as well as the mods
  14. amazing video I am going to toss up on of pianos last videos and amazing advice he doled out very very similar to this video
  15. LOL it would have been a-lot easier to do the Lipo lol. thank you brother I was so nervous about doing this log because the guys that knew my from the growl/ nm days knew how I looked and this has killed me 2 years of depression and no working out killed me. I will be back better then before as now I have the knowledge I gained over the years and well I may be behind in the new bro science I am not afraid to ask for help and love the fact that you guys are here to help
  16. Talon

    Scales

Exactly what I would say. I learned something new too that its best to turn the scale on and let it warm up like an hour while on before using apparently its a trick I was told for more reliable weight. I was taught this by a close friend who does reloads for his pistols so I would trust what he says
  17. I waited almost 3 years before I touched TREN and I am glad I waited I now will only run Tren once a year ITS the GODZILLA for sure but so are the sides. I believe in what Rich Piana says the better the results on an AAS the more damage it can do if. you abuse it. Tren should never be taken lightly as too many things can go wrong I have a buddy who didn't monitor his water intake and had also developed retarded high BP and actually scarred his kidneys.... great advice jetpilot
  18. there is not much difference between cyp and e honestly I just found cyp held more water its an ester difference. If you keep your inject current bro you should be fine My TRT is the E was Cyp but again water retention was bad on the CYP. the cyp is usually very common for TRT due to the fact its a longer ester meaning it has a longer half life..
  19. I would either drop the sust and add more cyp. if you are doing 250 sust once a week im a fan of injecting sust 3 to 4 times a week to keep blood levels more at bay I also prefer E over C find I retain more water on cyp
  20. my wife is using VICTOZA and has had amazing results she fills up on a piece of toast and has to force herself to snack when its time 4 cashews or almonds does her in. I think its like a chemical stomach bypass the way it works she has lost a pound a day so far
  21. welcome to the board anything you need brother we are all here to help. this is a big happy family so welcome and amazing luck on this journey
  22. unable to read the article wants us to sign up is there a way you can Copy and paste in here
  23. what a great FUCKING EPIC morning. I hit 190.4 this morning I now have .6 pound to go till the bulk WOOOOHOOO this plan did exactly what it was supposed to and with the help of Northern Peps and BT I hit the mark I had a dramatic weight loss and even going through the pics on this log the changes in body comp are insane in such a short time. I now have to start getting ready for the Bulk which will be continuing on from here when I start I will not start the bulking start I am slowly going to ramp up my calories now as I don't intend to just jump to 3000 cals a day from being in a deficit I think that could be a recipe for disaster
