  1. Frag 191 Frag191. Frag directly initiates lipolysis and inhibits lipogenesis. Lipolysis is the breakdown of lipids and involves hydrolysis of triglycerides into glycerol and free fatty acids. This might sound complicated but in essence it means that Frag 176-191 mobilizes and break downs fat. Frag 176-191 will essentially reduce body fat the same way growth hormone does but it will focus predominantly on body fat reduction without all the other effects of growth hormone that athletes might not require. For argument sake a athlete might carry enough muscle and not want to gain more muscle but want to reduce the body fat percentage they carry. Frag191 will not affect insulin sensitivity and therefore will not increase insulin resistance. IGF levels will also stay unaffected by Frag. The fact that Frag191 does not affect insulin sensitivity is very important for athletes who might already suffer from insulin resistance and who does not want to add to their impairment. Frag191 predominantly does two things. Firstly it increases the rate of lipolysis (fat break down) and inhibits (stops) lipogenesis (the transformation of sugars and carbs to fatty cells). Side effects of Frag191 is so far undocumented and unreported, therefore we assume there are none. To cycle and administer Frag is a bit tricky but if you read carefully below and follow the guidelines you will have great results. The first rule of Frag is to keep blood sugar levels low on administration. The same way you do not want to eat close to taking growth hormone because the insulin is a antagonist that destroys the growth that rule applies to Frag as well. The second rule that helps with increasing fat loss is to do physical activity directly after taking your Frag injection. Once the Frag mobilized the fatty acids into the bloodstream and you do physical exercises without eating any carbohydrates and there are no glucose in the blood stream (your bodies first choice for energy is glucose) you will force your body to use the fatty acids in the blood stream as energy. So you burn the fatty acids off as energy once its mobilized by having a workout before it gets a chance to be redeposited back into the fatty cells from where it was mobilized. So timing your peptide with your food intake is very important. There are no specific guidelines as to how long you can take Frag for. The best results documented and reported was always when Frag was administered two to three times a day when blood sugar levels are low and a physical exercise session can be added within 20 to 30 minutes after the injection. The reason for this is once the fatty acids has been mobilized into the bloodstream you want to utilize it as energy. To manage your food intake is not difficult but very few people train two and three times a day to optimize the effects of Frag. Most people manage to do physical exercise two to three times a day with two to three injections of Frag per day for a week or two just to get the body fat down drastically and then they go back to training once a day with one injection of Frag a day. If however you can maintain the intensity of two to three workouts a day on a low carbohydrate diet and two to three injections of Frag a day your body fat reduction will be phenomenal but this would take huge effort to maintain. Usually after a week or two athletes return to their normal routines once they brought the body fat down and reached their targets. 7 to 14 day cycle should look like this Mix your 5000mcg with 1ml of bacteriostatic water (make sure its not normal water) First Injection – Take 350mcg (7 marks on the insulin syringe) with breakfast. Breakfast should not include any carbs. Within 20 to 30 min after administering your Frag you must have a workout. In the morning we would recommend a cardiovascular workout of 20 to 30 minutes. If you are able to train on a empty stomach (intermitted fasting diet) you can include a injection of yohimbine hydrochloride to add extra fat burning and energy for the workout. if training on a empty stomach breaks down too much muscle size you can add a pure whey protein drink with no carbs and combine essential amino acids with extra Leucine. Second Injection– Take 350mcg (7 marks on the insulin syringe) about 20 to 30 minutes before your weight training session late afternoon or early evening. Again this injection must become active in the bloodstream when insulin levels are at its lowest. In other words at least two hours before the Frag injection you must not consume any carbohydrates. You can eat pure protein in the form of fish, chicken or lean beef fillet that keeps blood glucose levels low. After the workout the athlete can consume as much carbohydrates as he needs to replenish energy levels and glycogen in the muscles. Third Injection– Take 300mcg (6 marks on the insulin syringe). The last injection can be taken just before bedtime and again at least two to three hours after dinner when blood glucose levels and insulin levels are at its lowest. Directly after the injection you could again include a short 20 to 30 minute cardio session to get optimum results. This fat burning cycle and regime is not optimal for muscle building seeing that your carbohydrate intake is very low. This extreme method is used when you have enough muscle size and want to concentrate more on fat burning. When fat burning becomes a priority over building muscle. In other words you would do this as a temporary measure pre contest and then return to a normal weight training and muscle building regime afterwards. Although this method is not optimal for all athletes you can choose to find middle ground by only taking your Frag twice a day with two workouts and no carbs close to the workout or even once a day in the morning with your cardiovascular workout and carry on with your normal routine for the rest of the day if you still want to increase muscle size. Its important for athletes to play around with the options available to optimize their needs between fat burning and muscle building and find a balance that suits you as individual best. Its important to remember the fundamental guidelines of blood sugar levels and physical exercise and then work around that to balance muscle gains and fat burning.   2. Make sure you don’t confuse Yohimbe HCL with Yohimbe bark, which can be tough to dose correctly and can often cause nausea or sickness. Yohimbine is also a stimulant, but it’s more specifically known as an “alpha-2 adreno receptor antagonist.” It’s unique in its ability to essentially “block” alpha 2 receptors within the fat cells, and stubborn body fat areas are linked to sites rich in these alpha 2 receptors. The alpha 2 rich areas are known to have a poor blood supply, so even when we exercise it’s hard to mobilise and move these fatty acids. They also actually appear to inhibit fat loss via signalling of HSL (Hormone Sensitive Lipase), which is a key fat-releasing enzyme in the body. So theoretically, if we can try to switch off these alpha 2 receptors, we may increase blood flow as well as switch on lipolysis (fat burning) in the stubborn areas. I’ve used Yohimbe HCL on my clients and myself to get us into competition condition multiple times and have always noticed a significant difference in both the speed and the magnitude of fat loss with yohimbine. It’s now a staple in my fat loss arsenal and I’m genuinely surprised that more people don’t use it, by itself or as part of a formulation. A popular time to take Yohimbine HCL is first thing in the morning on an empty stomach, 20 minutes or so before your morning cardio. (This is because the effects of yohimbine are negated by food intake, especially surges in insulin.) If you can’t do your cardio fasted for some reason, make sure you take it around 2-4 hours after a non-carb meal to allow the effects to ramp up. As for dosing, the most effective dose of yohimbine is around 0.2mg/kg. But start with a lower dose than that, especially if it’s part of fat-loss formulation that contains other ingredients. If you’re using it by itself, titrate the dose up gradually. Remember that yohimbine is a stimulant and can cause jitteriness.

As you know by now, this has numerous health implications. But new research by Jung et al. found that vitamin D status can influence performance as well. The Study The researchers used 35 collegiate Taekwondo athletes with a low serum vitamin D concentration and randomly assigned them to two groups: One group of 20 people received 5000 IU of vitamin D per day for four weeks. The other group of 15 people received a placebo for four weeks. After four winter weeks, serum vitamin D concentrations increased significantly in the vitamin D group with no change in the placebo group. The results? The vitamin D group produced greater power and muscular strength. The placebo group saw no change. How to Use This Research First, get a blood test to see if you’re vitamin D deficient. Some health professionals even encourage people take it year round… without any testing beforehand. But if it’s winter or you live in an area that stays overcast and rainy most of the year, or you spend most of your time indoors, there’s a higher likelihood you’re deficient. Then find a dose that will raise your blood concentration levels. In the current study, 5,000 IU did the trick. We already knew getting sufficient vitamin-D could make you healthier and less susceptible to illness. And now there’s evidence it can make you stronger and more powerful too.

He recommends a dose of 25mg/day, for no more than 4-5 weeks. And of course discontinued if symptoms occur.Men can often use up to 100mg/day, and not get acne and other "virilization symptoms". The dose is often 50mg/day, and they get a high sex drive, despite using test supressing drugs like Deca. Some use 25mg/day, and is quite satisfied with that.I suggest 12.5mg/day, no more than a week each month.

I have done fasting for awhile now both intermittent fasting 18:6 ratio and the one i am on now which is the omad fasting eat once a day for myself the omad fasting works wonders I have dropped so much weight or body fat from doing that method and at first I got a bit of Cravings but now less cooking less I'm in the kitchen and less even having to think about food which I love and I also cut my food bill in half so can't go wrong there... but thumbs up for fasting... not to mention my energy levels have gone through the roof I have so much energy now that I don't even know what to do with it half the time

  9. Ok so i just found a decent article on this! "All my athletes took it. It is bigger than creatine." —Victor Conte Victor Conte is of course referring to Viagra. Like Viagra, Cialis also is used to treat erectile dysfunction. What’s the difference between the two? Although Viagra and Cialis both work by inhibiting an enzyme called phosphodiesterases, which increases vasodilatation, there are pharmacologic distinctions between Viagra and Cialis, being that Cialis has a longer half-life (17.50 hours) compared to Viagra (4.0–5.0 hours) and Levitra (4.0–5.0 hours), resulting in longer duration of action14 which is partly responsible for Cialis being dubbed "The Weekend Pill." Cialis’ molecular structure differs significantly from Viagra; one of the benefits of Cialis is there are no visual side effects like Viagra and an absence of effect of food on absorption. Nitric oxide is a hot topic of debate in bodybuilding, as NO-producing supplements are always one of the top-selling products. Being in touch with many bodybuilders and powerlifters, many swear that by taking Cialis, they get better pumps in the gym and can recuperate from exercise faster. Many suspect its enhanced nutrient delivery or some other mechanism. Cialis demonstrates similar vasodilator (blood pressure-lowering) effects in healthy subjects when compared with Viagra in studies of 10mg or 20mg doses (mean systolic blood pressure reduction, of ~4.3mg).12 Many of the experts in sports will attest that nitric oxide only increases performance in environments with low oxygen availability, such as high-altitude training or areas with high air pollution. Brazilian Eduardo de Rose, president of the medical commission of the Pan-American Sports Organization, stated in a recent interview: "Scientifically, the only proof that Viagra improves sports performance happened at high altitude. That is why it was decided not to include it in the banned substance list. You will hardly get to play a football match on Mount Everest." If there are no performace-enhacing effects, then why were Olympic athltetes using it? There have only been a handful of studies on the performance-enhancing effects of Cialis and sports performance, and none yielded beneficial effects: • In one study, 14 healthy young males were given a 20mg dose of Cialis or a placebo and performed a maximal exercise test on a treadmill. The study found that a single dose of Cialis had no effect on exercise performance, exercise tolerance or cardiopulmonary responses.5 • The second study involved three “all-out” sprints to determine if Cialis could increase anaerobic threshold. The study found no significant differences in peak power, average power or fatigue index compared to a placebo. One positive finding noted was that Cialis decreased the time to reach peak power. The author concluded, “Cialis did not have an effect on peak power, but time to peak power output was reduced. Only to sports that need to reach maximum power output in a few seconds could Cialis administration be beneficial.”13 Bodybuilders are known for bringing cutting-edge pharmacology to the forefront of science. If NO (nitric oxide) products really don’t work, then why do so many people use them? Given that the second study reported that the author claimed that Cialis may increase peak force, the powerlifters who swear by Cialis increasing performance may be onto something that research has not discovered yet. Nitric Oxide Supplements Increase Satellite Cells You may have read in the Nutrition Performance section that aging results in a blunted anabolic gene response to exercise. It has been previously reported that aging results in a blunted satellite cell response to exercise. A decrease in NO production with aging may be a contributing role of the decrease in muscle mass with aging. Previous research has shown that blunting production of NO decreases muscle hypertrophy during muscle overload.9, 10 Others have reported that NO is a primary signal for satellite cell activation.11 NO is an important regulator of hepatocyte growth factor (HGF), which is a cytokine with various cellular functions on muscle.2 Specific to skeletal muscle hypertrophy, HGF activates satellite cells and may be responsible for causing satellite cells to migrate to the injured area.1 A previous research study that stretched muscle-induced hypertrophy via release of HGF found that the release of HGF was dependent on NO concentrations.3 Interestingly, researchers measured HGF levels in serum after an intense bout of eccentric exercise. They found that liver-derived HGF rose 19 percent approximately 4 hours after exercise, which resulted in an activation of satellite cells! It is possible that the observed rise in serum HGF showed that HGF may be carried to the site of injury by immune cells rushing to the site of injury, which are increased in number during the inflammatory response to muscle damage… or that muscle itself produces HGF, so they were not sure which one it really was. NO Increases Satellite Cells! Researchers from the Center for Exercise Science in Gainesville, Florida reported that increasing nitric oxide increased satellite cell activity! They took old and young mice and induced muscle damage in both groups. They found that the older mice had an impaired satellite cell response. More importantly, they found that L-arginine and nitric oxide precursors effectively increased satellite cell activation and that nitric oxide precursors “rescued” satellite cell activation in older mice.4 This study suggests that taking a NO precursor supplement may increase satellite cell and lead to greater muscle growth! Another interesting study reported in the Journal of Muscle and Nerve was that NO was able to reverse the damaging effects of cortisol-induced satellite cell depletion. They found that NO had a dose-dependent effect on increasing satellite cell levels.20 Cialis Increases Testosterone! Based on the research, acute dosages of Cialis do not have performance-enhancing effects, but new research suggests that Cialis increases testosterone! Researchers had participants perform three 30-second “all-out” sprints to exhaustion and measured testosterone and cortisol responses to exercise. They found that only after Cialis and exercise did testosterone increase, however Cialis also increased cortisol levels. Cialis also lowered the DHEA to cortisol response. The study demonstrates that Cialis increases the “stress” response to the body, but also has some testosterone-enhancing effects as well. It’s interesting that a large dosage of caffeine, which is a weak, non-specific PDE inhibitor, also caused an increase in testosterone and also an increase in cortisol.21 So it seems that Cialis has both positive and negative effects on muscle. Cialis does not directly stimulate testosterone secretion per se, meaning it does not stimulate LH release or SHBG release directly. This is not the first study to find that Cialis raises testosterone: • In a study of 74 patients with erectile dysfunction treated on demand with 50mg of Viagra or 20mg of Cialis for three months, basal levels of total testosterone and free testosterone were at the bottom of the normal range that was reversed after treatment in both groups. Testosterone increase in Viagra-treated cases was significantly lower than in those treated with Cialis, suggested to be due to the higher frequency of full sexual intercourse in the Cialis-treated group.15 • Another study reported that the increase in testosterone from taking Cialis is mediated by a reduction in estrogen demonstration that Cialis may have anti-estrogen actions. It was pointed out that the T/estradiol ratio was associated with long-term Cialis treatment. There was no increase in LH levels from Cialis, demonstrating that Cialis did not directly increase testosterone, but indirectly increased testosterone by lowering estrogen.16 • One of the primary reasons that many older men have problems “rising to the occasion” is that they have excess estrogen levels. Furthermore, in men with hypogonadism, a low dose of clomiphene citrate (Clomid) is effective in improving testosterone:estrogen ratio, thus giving more long-term benefit for the management of erectile dysfunction in hypogonadal patients.18 It seems that based on the current study, Cialis has similar actions to Clomid by improving T:E ratio. Natural Phosphodiesterase Inhibitors: Horny Goat Weed and Quercetin In 1960, the first mechanism discovered for caffeine was PDE inhibition, although this drug has effects on other non-PDE proteins that cause some of its symptoms. Thus, caffeine was the first known PDE inhibitor. It was later shown that at least 11 PDE families exist, and that caffeine inhibits most of them. Moreover, caffeine is not a very potent inhibitor of these PDEs.17 Thus, caffeine has often been referred to as the “poor man’s Viagra.” Cialis, on the other hand, is a select PDE inhibitor. There are several natural alternatives to Cialis and Viagra that have demonstrated similar biochemistry. For example, it was recently demonstrated that Horny Goat Weed was found to have similar effects to Cialis and Viagra on PDE enzymes. Horny Goat Weed was able to inhibit PDE by 80 percent; interestingly, other sexual-enhancement supplements such as cinnamon and Tribulus terrestris had small effects on PDE activity (15-23 percent). The other benefit of Horny Goat Weed is its low toxicity. Horny Goat Weed has been used to treat erectile dysfunction in China for more than 1,000 years.7, 8 Quercetin is the other natural ingredient that is a natural PDE inhibitor. Quercetin is a photochemical that is part of the coloring found in the skins of apples and red onions. It has been isolated and is sold as a dietary supplement. A recent study showed that purified quercetin has similar effects as Viagra and acted as a strong PDE inhibitory activity not likely related to its antioxidant effects.6 Many studies have shown that quercetin has been able to lower blood pressure through increasing vasodilatation.19 NO is clearly necessary for muscle growth in animals and test cultures, but unfortunately no real long-term studies on subjects taking NO-enhancing drugs have been investigated. We do know that Cialis has no effect on maximal performance, but the recent study showing that Cialis increases testosterone makes one wonder…what about long term use? Are the gym rats using Cialis onto something new, not yet validated by long-term studies? Based on the research, NO-enhancing products should contribute to muscle hypertrophy; it just has not yet be validated.
  10. Masteron Masteron. Active: Drostanalone Propionate Masteron is a steroid highly valued by competing bodybuilders. The great popularity of this injectable steroid in bodybuilder circles is due to the extraordinary characteristics of its included substance. Drostanolone propionate is a synthetic derivative of dihydrotestosterone. This causes the Masteron100 not to aromatize in any dosage and thus, it cannot be converted into estrogens. This distinctive feature is confirmed by the Belgian manufacturer, Sarva-Syntex, who on the enclosed package insert calls Masteron100 a steroid with strong, anti-estrogenic characteristics. Since Masteron is a predominantly androgenic steroid, the athlete can increase his androgen level without also risking an increase in his estrogen level. This results in a dramatically improved hardness and sharpness of the muscles. One must, however, make a distinction here since Masteron does not automatically improve the quality of muscles in everyone. A prerequisite is that the athlete’s fat content must already be very low. In this case Masteron can then be the decisive factor between a smooth, flat muscle or a hard and ripped look. For this purpose Masteron is often only used during the last four weeks before a competition so that the muscles get the last ”kick.” Masteron is especially effective in combination with steroids such as Winstrol, Parabolan, Primobolan, Oxandrolone and also Testosterone propionate. The usual dosage taken by athletes is around 100 mg three times per week. Since the substance drostanolone propionate is quickly broken down in the body, frequent and regular injections are necessary. This fact makes Masteron a very interesting steroid when doping tests must be passed by a negative urine analysis. Since the propionate substance of drostanolone does not remain in the body very long in a sufficient, detectable amount, athletes inject the compound with great success up to two weeks before a test. However, since it also has anabolic characteristics and thus helps the buildup of a high-qualitative muscle system, the use of Masteron is not only limited to the preparation stage for a competition. Athletes who want to avoid water retention and who readily have a problem with an elevated estrogen level, likewise appreciate Masteron. Also in this case usually one ampule (100 mg) is injected every second day. In combination with Primobolan, Winstrol or Testosterone propionate no enormous strength and weight gains can be obtained, only high-quality and long-lasting results. Although women do not use Masteron very often some national and international competing female athletes do take it before a championship. The dosages observed are normally 100 mg every 4-5 days. Masteron is not hepatoxic so liver damage is quite unlikely. High blood pressure and gynecomastia are not a problem since neither water nor salt retention occurs and the estrogen level remains low. The main problem are acne and a possible accelerated hair loss since dihydrotestosterone is highly affinitive to the skin’s androgen receptors, in particular, to those on the scalp. Since Masteron, in most cases, is not administered in excessively high dosages and the intake, at the same time, is limited to a few weeks, the compatibility for the athlete is usually very good. i have used masteron at very low dose with very good results as a woman....

  15. Just an article i found for anyone interested in a good read... i have used propionate myself and i really loved it in low doses its great.... Ok not trying what so ever to give any kind of advice here. I am no doctor or pro when it comes to stuff like this. I just thought I would share our results of my wife runing a little test for libido enhancement. We read a few articles of some other peoples experiances and talk to a few others about the pros and cons of a woman running Prop and decided to give it a shot. When I go on cycle my wife cant quite seem to keep up with me and she wanted to try a little boost. Maybe not the best reason but who am I to discurage her.. So we decided a low dose of 100mg test prop at 1/10 of a cc every 3rd day so 10mg every 3rd day. The results have been nothing short of spectatcular. It took maybe a week n half before we really started to take notice of the changes. As of right now she is on week 4, and she way surpasses me on the whole sex drive issue. It has gotten so out of control I have had to acctually turn her down once or twice. She has not been this freaky in the 10 years we have been married. She offered some backdoor play this morning which is completly not in her demeaner and I told her she would regret that later after opening that door it wasn't closing...lol As far as the sides. We decided with these results there was no need to up the dose any more than what she was already taking. We have not seen any negative sides at this point. No deepning of the voice, maybe a slight enlargement of the clitoris kinda hard to tell because there is a very noticable swelling of the whole vaginal area. She is extremly sensitive because of this but says its very enjoyable. She thinks she might have a small bit of water retension but I cant tell, I think that could be in her head but all I see is those huge fake boobs I paid way too much for... She says the day after her shot she feels great all day with a very positive outlook on everything. I can definatly tell that is the case and that alone is worth its weight in gold. She says by the end of the 2nd begining of the 3rd day she can feel somewhat of a crash coming on, but that goes away almost immediatly after taking a shot. She goes to the gym with me everyday and is in good shape. She claims to not really be able to tell of any strenght increass or endurace and no testpumps as well. Guess maybe just the low dose. I have taken this prop and can 100% verify it is good. We are going to do labs with the doctor and see what his advice is in 2 weeks as far as coming off of it and how long she can safely run it. But I would go as far too say she will want to run it again while I am on cycle no questions asked, but that is still to be determined by the outcome of her blood work and what the doctor has to say. We don't want to do any long term damage cause I plan to still be active 10 years from now..lol...But I will post up her labs and results in 2 weeks when we go have them done. I think that is everything I can think of at the moment. If I remember something else I will come back and add it. Sorry for my spelling eroids don't have spell check... Women especially like propionate since, when applied properly, androgenic-caused side effects can be avoided more easily. The trick is to increase the time intervals between the various injections so that the testosterone level can fall again and so there is an accumulation of androgens in the female organism. Women therefore take propionate only every 5-7 days and obtain remarkable results with it. The androgenic effect included in the propionate allows better regeneration without virilization symptoms for hard-training women. The dosage is usually 25-50 mg/injection. Higher dosages and more frequent intervals of intake would certainly show even better results but are not recommended for women. The duration of intake should not exceed 8-10 weeks and can be supplemented by taking mild and mostly anabolic steroids such as, Primobolan, Durabolin, and Anavar in order to promote the synthesis of protein.
