  2. Try to get in some low intensity fasted cardio in the morning. Go in incline treadmill and at a nice walking pace. You’ll shed the pounds good
  3. You definitely added some good mass there bro. I love dc training, but yeah it wears you out. I find 2 months on it and the take a reset period for another 2 months of just regular training works well. No one can do dc year round, if you can then you’re a machine but a reset period is where it’s st with this style for sure.

Serum IGF binding protein-3 concentrations increased with both 10 mg (1.2 +/- 0.1 to 1.7 +/- 0.1 micrograms/L, P < or = 0.05) and 50 mg MK-677 (1.7 +/- 0.1 to 2.2 +/- 0.2 micrograms/L, P < or = 0.05).” So in short at a lower dose GH concentrations were relatively the same, its the IGF-1 that was more elevated at the higher dose which some people are after. Yes it does help with healing also, i find my joints are more cushioned just after a few days. If you know you have legit MK this stuff works fast, increased hunger and vivid dreams. I gained 10 pounds in a week lol No you can stack this with just about anything

  12. Yeah that sucks, I hear for some it can be an intensely painful recovery and for some not at all. Definitely weird.
  13. Yeah man stick with what you feel comfortable with. You could try caber, .5mg once a week heck even .25mg worked for me.
