  1. Figure we end the new years off with a bang. We have perfected our new oil formula and now received 6 test results from janoshik. Everything can back perfect as expected. Hopefully most members can now see the politics and crap from haters. We've always been honest, transparent and offered the most compassionate pricing and people used that as a reason to slander us but test results don't lie. To everyone who supported us through all the drama, thank you. You are the reason we did this. Because now we will be going private and not accepting new clients. We are only going to support the people who stood by us through thick and thin. Bt will forever strive to improve and innovate. We will be setting the new standard for ugl labs with our pharma style oils and tabs and exact dosages. God bless and happy holidays

  4. Okay fellow lifters. I have ordered more test base, some Halo and igf des. I have never tried any form of igf before and am pumped to see this in action. A friend of mine loves the LR3 version. I will be logging the effects. So far my impression test cyp: good deca: good test base: good, love this stuff, I hope it comes NOT CRASHED this time. madol. Gave me more endurance than sheer mad strength. Will try again Ment. Will order again, infact should have put some on this order. Dbol: good. Will order again. Some of the best ugl dbol ive tried, and I have tried almost all of them. Rapid weight and strength gain for me. Drol: I preferred the dbol, some of this stuff you don’t realize what it’s doing until you are off. This is true for the ment and test base for me. Keep on cranking good stuff guys, the real test will be the tren come comp prep. Tren ace makes me strong as fuck and just as mean. I’ll know in 2 weeks if it’s good.

  19. I’ve ran 3 grams it didn’t last long as I couldn’t stand the lethargy. if I didn’t have to work I’d do it again but I couldn’t function but imo 2 grams is better than 1 and 3 grams is better than 2 Thing is don’t jump into it all at once. I believe diminishing returns aren’t as prevalent as people think. If you start at 750 and add 250 a week I can personally guarantee the gains will keep coming IF you are training and eating right. Throw some GH and slin in there and look out

  20. Yeah yeah yeah... everyone says dont shit where you eat. They can bite me. Where the fuck else am i supposed to meet people? Bars? pubs? Fuck off. I'm too busy to 'go out' to meet people anyways. There is going to the gym to mack on chicks (dick move), and then there is being open to flirtation, and meeting people who clearly are interested. The latter is fine. My last handful of relationships, including two long term ones, were all gym meet-ups. I avoided a LOT of surprises that way, and had a pretty good idea of who i was dating before the first date even. I've also weeded out a lot of bad ideas... good looking as they may have been. Thing is... you can learn a lot from people at the gym. Attraction counts, this is obvious, and at the gym there is no hiding those 'areas' that can be so easily hid or 'modified' when fully decked-out. You can tell fitness level, you can see dedication. You can see if health is actually a priority, or if its just some bullshit someone feels they have to do to not get fat. BIG difference. Do all the butt exercises and cardio you want, spend all the money you want on 'serious' gym gear, i can spot a dilettante a mile away. You can also tell someone's intelligence level too, before you can even talk to them. We live in an age where it is just not acceptable to be ignorant of how to do simple things, and so if someone still cant figure out the basest exercises, or even how to move the peg on a weight stack, well... Further, like with any forced proximity, you can fairly easily tell someone's overall tone... as in, their state of mind, their 'happiness'. I see some fit, beautiful, and absolutely fucking miserable women in the gym. At the bar, they'd hide that and you'd be finding out the hard way. Thats the men's angle. Women can do this too. So easy to spot a narcissist in the gym, or an arrogant asshole. Its easy to spot the lazy and the guys always looking for the easy way, and as a friend assures me, its also a great way to appraise a guy's general manners. If she's talking to someone she's interested in, and some cute thing walks by and he gawks, well... red flag. And gyms are FULL of cute distractions. Another girl i know wont touch a guy who doesn't seriously work his legs (ALL girls should do this). Big sign of a peacock or narcissist. Also a sign of someone not interested in hard work. Guys (and girls) that snap selfies and IG/SC everything, guys (and girls) that cant pass a mirror without checking themselves out, people who dont clean up after themselves, people being dicks about hogging stations/not letting others work in, people who are just there to show off (when they have nothing to show off), the guy who's smooching up a brand new girl every week, ... red flag city. All this behavior is invisible in other arenas; the bar/club, online dating, at the supermarket... wherever. I think the gym is a great place for like-minded people to meet. Even better if the gym is a BIG part of your life, ie: you're an athlete, competitive bodybuilder, as where else might you meet someone else as dedicated?

  21. Unfortunately, I’m guilty of this. I’ve done it all. I’ve strutted around naked, I’ve had sex on a bench, cages, treadmills and made lots (oh man so many) lewd and inappropriate comments, and.....other things that the even the dark side of the online community would deem distasteful, while boasting a modest 95% success rate. I also own a full gym in my garage, and my wife’s a freak ?

  22. Lmao pretty funny insights there. In my gym they have cameras all over and the owners check them religiously. He told me a while back that he had busted some dude and a chick entering the bathroom together. Needless to say they arent members anymore. Pretty funny

  23. The amino acid glycine isn't considered to be an essential amino acid because the body can go into the biochemical kitchen and make it from other chemicals, most notably serine, but also from choline with a dash of threonine. Regardless, the typical human ingests about two grams of glycine a day, mostly through meat, fish, dairy, and other foods heavy on the protein side. I'm here to lobby for glycine, though. It's "non-essential" label, while chemically correct, diminishes its perceived value. It gets short-shrifted by biochemists and nutritionists because they're not taking some of its recently discovered talents as a nutraceutical into consideration. Specifically, supplementing the diet with glycine may dramatically enhance collagen synthesis, potentially leaving other alleged collagen resurrectionists like glucosamine and chondritin in the dust. Glycine may also be the cheapest and possibly the most effective longevity drug there is. Glycine for Collagen Resynthesis The regeneration of cartilage requires large amounts of the amino acids proline, lysine, and glycine, but Spanish scientists wanted to evaluate the comparative contributions of each in making the cartilage molecule. To figure it out, they cultured bovine chondrocytes using a large range of concentrations of these amino acids. Both proline and lysine enhanced the synthesis of collagen, but the effects decayed before reaching 1.0 mM (a measure of the concentration of a chemical in solution). Glycine also enhanced the synthesis of collagen, but the effects didn't decay before reaching a 1.0 mM concentration. In fact, the increase in synthesis continued by 60-75%. The researchers concluded the following: "Thus, increasing glycine in the diet may well be a strategy for helping cartilage regeneration by enhancing collagen resynthesis, which could contribute to the treatment and prevention of osteoarthritis." Glycine for Longevity Mitochondria, as I wrote in Grow Muscle, End Disease, Live Longer, are tiny cellular "organelles," which, as you can tell by the word, are kind of like teeny-tiny organs. Like organs, they each have specific functions, in this case the production of energy in the form of ATP, the energy currency of the cell. They do this by metabolizing sugars, fats, and other chemicals with the assistance of oxygen. Metabolically active cells like liver, kidney, heart, brain, and muscle have so many mitochondria that they may make up 40% of the cell, whereas other slacker cells like blood and skin have very few. In addition to producing all the energy our bodies require, they also play a giant role in the process of aging. There are several theories as to how they do this, but a group of Japanese researchers believe that it's largely because old mitochondria just don't work as hard as younger mitochondria. The Japanese team knew that the GCAT gene was involved in the production of glycine, and when they deactivated the GCAT gene in young fibroblasts, their energy expenditure decreased. Conversely, when they activated that same GCAT gene, energy expenditure went up again. They decided to tinker with things further, but this time, they exposed old fibroblasts directly to glycine and presto, energy levels increased significantly. Their results suggest that simply adding more glycine to the diet could make old cells act young again and possibly delay aging. Other Benefits of Glycine Aside from helping to heal joints and extend lifespan, glycine is also a powerful anti-inflammatory. Other benefits include improved sleep, better skin, gut health, and reduced blood pressure. Humans typically ingest about 2 to 3 grams of glycine from food and the body usually makes another 3 grams on its own, but some studies suggest we could benefit from a lot more, up to about an additional 10 grams or so. Weight lifters normally have a leg up on glycine intake over the average human because they're normally taking in a lot of protein, thereby inadvertently fortifying their glycine stockpile. Still, it might be smart to ingest an additional 3, 4, or 5 grams of glycine a day, either through a daily collagen supplement (collagen is rich in glycine), or from a dedicated glycine powder. Either route is dirt cheap.

  24. Exactly what I would say. I learned something new too that its best to turn the scale on and let it warm up like an hour while on before using apparently its a trick I was told for more reliable weight. I was taught this by a close friend who does reloads for his pistols so I would trust what he says
