  1. I would start at 25mcg unless you've run it before and know how you react. Why take 50 if 25 is all you need.
  2. If I were running those three compounds I'd do test at 800, tren at 400 and mast at 400. Ideally I'd swap out the mast for win at 50mg a day.

  4. I could see SARMs ending up having long term sides like finasteride and permanently fucking people's sex drive or something. We're just so eager to find the secret people would literally take a mystery substance in a bottle.

  6. If you smoke, nicotine also increases prolactin. Another reason to quit. They speculate this is one of the reasons that smokers have ED issues a lot.
  7. I think you need to try both (or all three) to see which is better for you. Aromasin is suicidal which can be a pro or con. However, Arimidex is stronger - for some reason in the last couple years the thought on this has changed but in my opinion 1mg of Adex lowers estrogen more than 25mg of Aromasin. I've seen people not be able to control estrogen on Aromasin and have to use Adex. If I use anything I use Aromasin because I don't have estrogen issues and thus a suicidal is better because I could literally dose once a week. However, if you are someone who uses the drug consistently I would say Adex (or letro) is better.
  8. Get another test. You can't go off one test. I got a test once that had my triglycerides 4x the top end but my HDL was optimal and my LDL was good. My doc flipped and I had to explain I ate 1lb of ground beef 3 hours before the test.. Taking the test fasted I had good triglycerides, no elevation. If you took the test within an hour or two of ejaculation as well your prolactin would be very elevated.

  10. What you're saying is true but also the opposite is true which is what I'm saying.. just because you use more gear doesn't mean more progress. It's the same as the weight analogy, there are plenty of guys in the gym benching 225 and in 5 years they'll still be benching 225 because what they really need to do is focus on what really matters. This could mean dropping to 185 and feeling it more, doing a better tempo, range of motion etc. Just because someone is big doesn't mean they take a lot. I think people think all the pros are running multiple grams of gear and never go off and it's simply not true. Big people don't equal big doses and big doses doesn't equal big people. I know this guys bigger than me who take less and I know guys much smaller than me doubling or tripling my doses. Upping doses usually isn't the answer. If you're already impressive yes you'll have to progress in all things. But to be honest I used a lot more at 190-200lb than I did at 240lb at the same body fat. The difference was back then I truly believed all the pros were taking a gram of tren and 20iu of gh so the key for me must be to take as much as I could. I didn't realize or believe it when people said that drugs were 10% of it. I'm not saying your anywhere close to the same example as I was. I'm also not saying I take Lee Priest size doses of var and maintain 230. But I take half as much as I did when I believed all the shit on the internet. One of the pros from Canada who been killing it lately was blown away when I said I did 600mg of tren before. He thought I was fucking with him. This guy puts me to shame on 100mg EOD. Not that I could go that, the genetics are just way different even if I put in what he did in terms of diet and training.
  11. But from what I understand Dorian doesn't use doses like these either and when he did say fuck it and push the envelop to see if that was the difference between his pro card or not, it didn't do something special.
  12. I have a really hard time believing these types of "articles". I am 100% sure there are pros out there who do not have the genetics to be pros and abuse the shit out of stuff. However, over the last decade I have had pretty open conversations with at least 5 Canadian IFBB Pro bodybuilders - 3 having been on the Olympia stage and a lot of high level national guys. Not one of them uses remotely similar protocols to each other and most of them take a good portion of time off. Not on HRT, off. 3-4 months after the show they stop doing any drugs. Online people can't believe this but when you workout with a pro in the gym you can see. They are still impressive off, but you can tell they are off. Within 2-3 weeks of going back on they are right where they left off. It only makes sense for longevity to do this. Take 3-4 months off, get your blood levels right, get your mind right and then 2 weeks back on you are back at your peak.
  13. I feel very lucky when I hear about the problems it seems almost everyone has. I wonder what is causing such weak immune systems or weird immune responses in the last couple decades. Seems something we are going as a society is actually weakening people.

  15. If you've only been on for 10 days I don't believe your gear is causing your gyno. Most of your stuff is sitting in lumps in your muscles still. Not to mention it takes a while for your body to realize the heightened hormones, upregulate aromatization and for estrogen to increase, then you still need it to go to work on the gland. Are you sure the lump wasn't there before? A lump doesn't mean you are having gyno sides. We all have the gland there. It's whether it's growing or not. Which is less common than people make it seem.
  16. I take peds to enhance what I do. I think most people on this board follow the same approach. DNP works better when you burn more calories and eat less calories. Your thought process is the same as saying I'm not able to train or eat well so should I take tren to gain muscle while I'm not really doing anything. Tren makes you gain muscle regardless.
  17. I like to drop my doses before coming off as somewhat of a taper. Not to try to start recovery but to adjust to normalcy.

  19. I think AIs are terribly over used anyways. Your body needs estrogen to build muscle. And when you have superphysiological doses of test you don't want the same estrogen levels as you do when you're off and have regular test levels. You want elevated estrogen. To be honest I'd venture to say you want your estrogen to get as high as possible without causing side effects, proportionally with your test obviously. That would be the ideal muscle building conditions. Prior to the rise of ugls when everything was Pharm and vet, the best mass gainer were these amps that were test and estrogen blends I forget the brand now but those use to be huge to throw on tons of mass in the off season.
  20. Pct is to recover natural test, if you're on trt that's not happening. Best thing to do is get down to your trt dose and drop any other drug, let your body clean out
  21. If you have a coach they should be directing this. However, AIs won't make you carved from granite, I've seen it make a lot of people flat more than hard. Aromasin is typically 25mg are you sure you're looking at the right dose? Letrozole is generally considered the strongest.
  22. Your body moves water around within minutes. Just because you sweat more because you warm up an area doesn't mean you deplete it. Your body will simply move water to balance your total hydration.
  23. These drugs lower blood pressure not increase. Unless you're referring to a spike as a drop.
  24. I think 500mg is a tried and true dose.500 test and 300 nandrolone is a great cycle
