  1. I had some initial discomfort from the change over to MCT, but once I got use to it - it then easily became my favorite oil. I also wouldn't always compare PIP to credibility either - clearly you've never used delatestryl, straight from Shoppers Drug Mart and trust me it wasn't a walk in the park. I would normally recommend contacting the rep as you had no idea if he could have made amends or not. However, based on my own use of BT and I'm even currently using the Masteron you speak of, I'd put money on the fact your body isn't use to MCT.
  2. Are you taking the whole 150 in one dose?
  3. Looking great man, how tall are you? What division will you be competing in?
  4. Who is everyone picking for the olympia? I think Brandon Curry will take the open. No one will touch Breone in the Classic. Derek will most likely take the 212... but I'm rooting for John Jewett, at least in second. Guy looks phenomenal!
  5. Well there could be a couple ways to look at it. First, if you recently increased your fiber content that can cause some GI distress - I've also found that past a certain point some people can't handle certain levels of fiber. Second, (where I think the issue actually is) you added fermented foods to your diet, was this because of the bloating? Because adding probiotic rich foods can cause gas and bloating right out of the gate (which then typically subsides), HOWEVER it can cause major bloating if taken around high fiber containing foods. Third and final point - I'd look into FODMAPS. Hope that helps
  6. My favorite time to add it in is at the end of cycles to have the added endurance boost to push volume up higher or in any calorie deficit - for the energy and added fat burning effects.
  7. Love the addition of the cardarine - very underused product.
  8. Anyone take part in stock trading? Either day or swing? I just recently started.
  9. I like my beats studios. I've had them for a few years - have never done me wrong.
  10. Looking forward to hearing your review, I've got some that I haven't pulled the trigger on as of yet.
  11. No kidding - and I just saw the bail amount was set at 750,000
  12. https://www.tmz.com/2019/07/12/mr-olympia-shawn-rhoden-charged-with-rape/ Man oh man....
  13. You quoted the same line from Dave in 2009 on canadianbodybuilding, and are saying the rat studies never panned out - yet the first study I posted was published in 2015, that's actually fairly recent in terms of a published study. And the second one used humans. Don't get me wrong I'm not saying they will transfer, as animal studies rarely do - but its certainly a step in the right direction to finding out more. And honestly while I greatly respect Dave and John, to take everything they say as gospel - well I flat out disagree with that. There are plenty of other VERY well respected coaches who have very different advice and have produced great results with themselves and clients. And frankly I don't know how every bodybuilder using clen mean albuterol is ineffective? I bet if I asked the next 5 bodybuilders I saw they wouldn't even know what albuterol is.
  14. I'd have to disagree with you on this - not exactly a very well studied area, it certainly doesn't indicate it does not work and if anything you'd have to admit it shows promise. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4551658/ http://citeseerx.ist.psu.edu/viewdoc/download?doi=10.1.1.845.6480&rep=rep1&type=pdf https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/abs/pii/002604959490054X
  15. There prices are great, I usually just buy them local from shoppers - but with these prices I may go that route. Thanks for the info!
  16. I personally like to lower my test dose as I introduce EQ, I do find it can help with fullness to an EXTENT. I think there are better steroids to help volumize - or even introducing more carbs/sodium into your diet (obviously this is dependent on your goal).
  17. I see no reason why that wouldn’t work! You could also consider MK.
  18. Might need to give a bit more details - I’ve googled this and still unsure of what it is. And who’s trying to sell you this?
  19. Take an AI as needed. If water retention gets out of control or other higher estrogenic sides then add it in, and honestly just jumping back in and going to a dose where you require an AI would be too much in my opinion, start lower. I've said this quite a bit I feel lol BUT estrogen is a very crucial part when it comes to growing - we want to be able to maximize the amount of estrogen we can handle. Most guys take AI's unnecessarily and drive their estrogen too low without realizing, thus limiting their ability to grow. So I'd certainly have it on hand but use it when necessary.
  20. Does male pattern baldness run in your family? If so, sorry to say nearly any AAS will simply speed the process up. Personally, it runs in my family so once I accepted it I moved on and didn't care otherwise lol And I'd actually say it was probably a little bit of both the test as well as the tren. Anything mildly androgenic can cause hair loss.
  21. Maybe I'm out of the loop - but I have no idea what you're referring to. Are you talking about DNP as in Dinitrophenol?
  22. Personally, I think it adds validity to the study. Adding in strength training would add a number of uncontrollable variables that could effect overall results. For example, training intensity, form, trained vs untrained, etc... I like how they approached this, as its merely looking at the drug itself and what dose would correspond with FFM. Now I also think this is an area I would love to see developed, but ethically I don't think we'll see too many studies delve into the bodybuilding world of abuse lol.
  23. I think this is a great way to view dose increases in a clinical setting. It goes to show that there is definitely diminishing returns after a certain dose. Very interesting though!
  24. Welcome brother, I remember that thread on CB well. Looking forward to your insight!
