  1. To be fair... negative reviews are a part of a fair and balanced conversation. I think it offers transparency and honesty. And any good lab shouldn't be afraid of it. The rep offered to discuss, or clarify, or resolve the issue.. the person with the review may be like me... at work and may be able to respond right now.. but at any moment my boss could walk in and take me to do something. I could be gone 10 minutes, or the whole day. I personally get a little suspect reading a thread where all the reviews are all popcorn and bubblegum. Deleting his comments are a little extreme and assumes that we as readers are idiots can't see through the trees. Yea , I get it that every board has a lab or 2 behind them and it's not too hard to figure out who they are by how hard admins come down on criticisms. And usually the biggest bashers are yes.. behind other labs.. bit for many of us who are trying to make the best decisions with our hard earned money, we aren't playing the political game. We just want the best gear at the best price. So all things being equal, fairness means reading things one may not like, agree with. For example, a lab got hammered last year/ early this year in numerous places. Before then they had a stellar reputation. So at the time they were my #1 lab to try out. Yes, I was disappointed to read what I read and was somewhat trepidatious... but I ended up ordering from them anyway. They have been excellent. So while I respect the fact that reputations can be ruined by irresponsible posts, I think it's important for us readers to be able to digest the entire conversation. Those of us buyers have no skin in the game and will likely buy where they want anyway.

  3. Hey guys so I thought I would share a little bit of where I've come from in my transition not to get into too much personal details but I would say about 20 years ago I was actually married and it in a very controlling and very dominant marriage my ex-husband was extremely of a violent nature and basically whatever he said pretty much went so I fell into a bit of a depression and ended up actually becoming very anorexic and bulimic. Long story short I basically was able to get out of my marriage and got full-time into powerlifting and made the transition from powerlifting over to bodybuilding just because I really loved the physique of the bodybuilders much more lean much more cut not to say that some of the powerlifters nowadays are super shredded as well. So here is a picture of me back in the day

  4. In 1986, scientists discovered that nitric oxide (NO) was a potent vasodilator and could improve circulation, heart health, and anything else that relied on optimal blood flow. Researchers at Pfizer, with big, hand-rubbing plans, began experimenting with drugs called PDE-5 inhibitors that enhance and perpetuate NO's blood-vessel dilating effects. Their goal, at the time, was to find a treatment for angina. First up was a drug called sildenafil citrate, but drug trials showed that it was only modestly effective in treating the condition. However, some of the researchers refused to say die and started looking at the notes detailing the drug's side effects. Holy moly, there it was: A lot of the test subjects confessed to being visited by the erection fairy a lot more often after taking the drug. This observation caused Pfizer scientists to no doubt feel a little stirring in their own pants as they contemplated the financial prospects of such a drug. They rapidly switched gears and began pilot studies of sildenafil citrate's effects on erectile dysfunction. It was, of course, a success and in 1996 they submitted a patent for the new drug, which they named Viagra. A couple of years later, Viagra was approved by the FDA. Few drugs have had such a social impact on society. Old men, or even not-so-old men, could suddenly indulge in a part of life they thought was lost to them. But perhaps unexpectedly, much younger men also glommed onto the drug, as they also did with its chemical cousins Cialis and Levitra, which would arrive later. They covet the drugs because they serve as a hedge against performance anxiety and reduce downtime between sexual episodes, but it turns out there are other reasons men, both young and old, might use these drugs and they're not only health related, but bodybuilding related, too. In fact, there may be sufficient evidence to support the idea of taking these drugs every day, like vitamins or any other health-promoting supplement. What Erectile Dysfunction Drugs Do For Bodybuilders PDE-5 Inhibitors Increase the "Pump" The most elemental and basic effect of Viagra and its cousins is increased blood flow, not only to the heart and penis, but to all body parts, including muscles. More blood flow means a better pump from resistance exercise and subsequently, increased nutrient flow to muscles, which is a good thing. PDE-5 Inhibitors Decrease Estrogen Levels A 2005 study found that 10 mg. and 20 mg. doses of Cialis, taken an average of 10 times a month, significantly reduced estradiol levels, but only in men who didn't have too much body fat (those with a BMI of less than 27) (1). Men with more body fat have higher levels of aromatase and convert testosterone to estradiol with impunity, regardless of how much Cialis they pop. PDE-5 Inhibitors Increase Testosterone Levels A study of Viagra's effects on 140 low-testosterone men between the ages of 40 and 70 found that the drug boosted testosterone levels by about 100 clicks (2). While some of this rise in male hormone might be, as the study cited above implied, because some testosterone resisted being converted into estrogen, some of it was also apparently from increased testosterone production by the testes. PDE-5 Inhibitors Increase Insulin Sensitivity Viagra was shown to reduce diabetes-induced oxidative stress and improve insulin sensitivity. This experiment, unlike the others, was conducted on rats, but there's a decent chance it would work similarly in humans. What Erectile Dysfunction Drugs Do For General Health Cialis has been shown to quash symptoms of benign prostatic hypertrophy, like frequent urination. There's also some evidence that PDE-5 drugs improve prostate health in general. Viagra has been shown to treat abnormally high blood pressure in the pulmonary arteries (known as pulmonary hypertension). Despite early studies that didn't show much of an effect, Viagra and the other PDE-5 drugs have lately been shown to be beneficial in the treatment of angina, along with high blood pressure and other cardiovascular conditions. How To Use This Info Sporadic use of these drugs (less than 8 to 10 times a month) might not confer any long-lasting health effects. However, Cialis is currently approved for once-daily use, and it's reasonable to think that patients, young or old, who have such a prescription and are using it every day, are reaping some, if not all, of the above benefits. However, if further research supports or adds to the list of positive research on these drugs, we might eventually get to the point where docs almost universally recommend the daily use of the drugs, just as they do with baby aspirin.

  6. We got rules easy, members will follow rules set or will be banned. No random person can simply come and blast a lab. There is steps to it. And if we permit random people to come and blast, it'll be a never endless war. Something we won't permit. If you wish to post, you play by the rules the admins have set. Talk to rep first, and then admin.

  10. Wow.. you look amazing. I've only ever seen 2 other women in person with a physique similar to yours. Both are GFs or wives of other serious lifters here in my hometown. You're definitely in rarefied air! 200 lbs of muscle at 5'2".... WOW!!!!! VERY, VERY IMPRESSIVE. On another note. Depression is what got me into lifting. I was in my late 30's, I had split with my ex-fiancee. For a few years I sat around feeling sorry for myself. Drank too much. Ate like shit. The next thing you know I was so big I couldn't even see my "parts" anymore. Then a buddy of mine encouraged me to go to the gym. It took me a good year or two before the bug really set in and it became a lifestyle. I now have more than surpassed him and am forever grateful for it.

  12. Buddy of mine is now having his second. Both were concieved during blast or cruise as he is always on something. He did nothing out of his way to increase the odds. This second one was a bit of a surprise. I think he just got sloppy and didnt have a goalie in the net. Now hes deciding if he wants to follow my example and go to the vet to get fixed... or have a third.

  14. But, Does It Work? No, giving up sex doesn't lead to more muscle growth. The studies basically tell us that sex can temporarily lower male testosterone levels a little, but prolonged abstinence (several months of no action) might do that too. Now, sex right before a competition (or leg day) isn't ideal for men. You might be a little, um, drained. There's also some evidence that being a little excited before you train could actually be a performance booster. Yep, anticipation for sex may raise testosterone levels a bit. That's probably where the celibates got the idea to begin with. But in all likelihood, these little dips or peaks in vitamin T don't really amount to much as far as building muscle goes. Now, post-workout sex might help with recovery, especially for women. The ladies actually benefit from pre-workout orgasms too, which lead to pain desensitization, less anxiety, and better focus according to Dr. Jade Teta. But men may temporarily lose some of their aggression, and aggression is handy on deadlift day. But let's get real. There's more to life than muscle, and good sex is one of those things. Don't leave your significant other hanging because it might (but probably won't) lead to slightly better gains.

It's extremely helpful on threads where there are multiple pages of posts and you've already read most of them. Just push that tab to take you to the first post that you haven't read in the thread.

  16. Here's what you need to know... Many lifters consider squats to be the best exercise for building up the legs. Similarly, many lifters consider dips to be the best exercise for building up the front side of the upper body and their number one chest exercise. Going to or just below parallel on dips (upper arm parallel to the floor) will work the muscles effectively while sparing the joints. To progress the dip, use ring dips, countdowns, dead stops, and constant tension dips. Dips are the upper body equivalent of squats, both for better and for worse. For Better Many lifters consider squats to be the best overall lower body exercise, and rightfully so. Many massive thighs have been built by squats. Similarly, many consider dips to be the best exercise for building up the front side of the upper body and consider them to be their number one chest exercise, and rightfully so. Many massive chests have been built via tons and tons of dips. For Worse Many other lifters, especially those with pre-existing injuries, don't feel squats all that much in their quads and instead find that they piss off their knees and/or lower back. Similarly, many lifters find that dips piss off their shoulders, especially those with pre-existing injuries. Now What? So are squats and dips good exercises or bad exercises? The answer to that question depends on who you ask. Ask a guy with a good squatter's build, good hip mobility, and healthy joints if squats are good and he'll give you two thumbs up. But ask a guy with long femurs or tight hips, or someone with a significant lower back or knee injury, and he'll probably mumble a curse and change the subject. Similarly, ask a guy with jacked up shoulders or poor shoulder mobility, or a coach who primarily works with overhead athletes whose shoulders are delicate, and he'll probably give dips an emphatic thumbs down. It's likely, though, that you'd get the opposite response from a lifter with healthy shoulders and good shoulder mobility. If you have shoulder problems, poor shoulder mobility, or participate in overhead sports, I'd recommend cutting out dips in favor of different pressing variations, push-up variations, and landmine presses. But if you like dips and they don't bother your shoulders, here are some ways to make them safer and even more effective. Dip Form The form issues that often arise with dips are actually very similar to those that arise with squats and pertain mostly to depth and rep speed. We all know the depth issues with squatting. On one hand you have the guys that go way too heavy and end up squatting a mile high, while on the other hand you have the "ass to grass" zealots who feel that anything less than leaving an ass print on the floor is somehow cheating, even if going that low means jeopardizing your knees and lower back. The same goes for dips. Some guys will do partial reps and barely come halfway down in the name of adding more weight or cranking out more reps, while others will say you're a pussy unless you're burying your hands deep into your armpits on every rep. A little moderation goes a long way with both exercises, and going to (or just below) parallel – meaning the top of the thigh parallel to the floor for squats and the upper arm parallel to the floor for dips – is probably the best recommendation for the majority of lifters in regards to working the muscles effectively while sparing the joints. As for rep speed, again, a little moderation goes a long way. With squats, people tend to experience knee pain when they dive bomb the eccentric and bounce out of the hole. With dips, people tend to rush the reps and end up with their shoulders coming too far forward as the set goes on, which puts them in a precarious position. Control each rep. The Devil is in the Dose Bodyweight squats are very different from heavy barbell squats. Even people with lower back and knee issues may be able to tolerate bodyweight or even light squats just fine, but when the load gets heavy, it's another story altogether. The game also changes as you get stronger. Your joints might feel fine doing five rep squats when your 5RM is 185, but as you get stronger and your 5RM starts creeping up, you may find that your joints start to revolt and you need to start lightening the load and using more moderate rep ranges. The same goes for dips. I used to do heavy dips in the 3-5 rep range and loved them, but I found that as I started getting a lot stronger at them they started to bug my shoulders. If I keep the load moderate and work in the 8-20 rep range, my shoulders are just fine. The same can be said for volume. Someone may be able to tolerate doing an exercise once a week but find that if they increase to 2-4 times a week, it starts to be a problem. If some is good, more isn't necessarily better. This should be common sense, but the fitness world is often very black and white and likes to label exercises as either good or bad when most of the time it's really more a matter of programming. So rather than doing heavy weighted dips at the start of your upper body workouts, try doing them near the end of your workout after you've already done your heavy pressing. That way, you ensure that your shoulders are sufficiently warmed up. Additionally, you won't need to use as much weight as if you were doing them fresh. Cool Dip Variations I've already recommended that you should save dips for later in your upper body workouts and use moderate rep ranges. That's not to say you can't add weight, but keep the weight at something you can handle for at least eight reps rather than working in lower rep ranges. There are, however, a few different ways to up the ante beyond just adding weight. Ring Dips If dips are the upper body equivalent to squats, then I consider ring dips to be the upper body equivalent of front squats. Many lifters struggle at first holding the bar on front squats and consequently write off the exercise without giving it much of a chance. If they stick it out and practice front squatting for a few sessions, they quickly realize that the learning curve is actually quite fast. And once they get the hang of it, they can still handle sizeable loads (usually about 80-85% of what they can back squat). Better yet, they find that front squats target their quads better while also being easier on the lower back and knees. Rings dips are much the same. I don't care how good you are at dips, the first couple of times you do ring dips is going to be humbling. You might not even be able to do them at all and you'll be quivering like you've got Parkinson's. Most people who are good at regular dips, though, will quickly adjust to ring dips within three to four sessions of consistent practice. And once they get used to the rings, most people will end up being able to handle nearly as much weight and crank out nearly as many reps as they can do on the dip bars. Moreover, many people find that ring dips are far easier on the shoulders and they feel them even more in their chest: a win-win. The key to learning ring dips is to practice them at the start of your workout when you're fresh because trying to adjust to the instability of the rings is exponentially harder when you're already fatigued.. Pairing ring dips with pull-ups/inverted rows/hip thrusts is a combination exercise I created to work the back, glutes, and hamstrings simultaneously. For people who like to do full body workouts, this pairing works really well after doing a heavy knee-dominant exercise like squats or Bulgarian split squats to finish off the rest of the body in a hurry. From a muscle-building standpoint, this pairing works well because the two exercises focus on different parts of the body so they don't negatively impact one another. From a logistical standpoint, it works great because the ring height ends up being the same for each exercise so you don't have to fumble around with adjusting them. You can do both exercises as straight sets, or if you really want to punish yourself, you can try a countdown as I showed in the video above. Start by doing 10 reps of each exercise, then 8, then 6, then 4, then 2, all in succession with minimal rest in between. In total, it comes out to 30 reps of each exercise. If that's too much, start at six or eight and work down from there. Constant Tension Reps Here you'd just do regular dips, only you stop just short of locking out your elbows at the top to keep constant tension on the chest. This method works great at the end of a session where you'd use higher rep ranges and perform the reps with a little faster tempo than normal without getting sloppy. I don't have a video of these because I'd rather not have the YouTube form-police start giving me grief for not doing dips correctly, but trust me, they work incredibly well!

  17. Can’t hurt. Might help to hold muscle as you starve yourself to get down to single digit bodyfat at a way to acellerated pace, lol. next time start 20+ weeks out. Trust me on this. I’m almost 50 and hit 9% and still grew a bit. If someone my age can do that a young guy can.

  24. People can assume whatever they want. I personally don't care. But as mod, we ensure labs get a fair chance. Because from my experience and I got 9 years of it. 90% of the time it's basically competitors who create accounts and send friends to destroy competition. We use our experience to keep stuff fair or it'll be chaos. Us mods here put in our own time. We are not paid. So we want to make it fun, while being fair. All labs support our rules because they know it's just. Not all members understand because it has nothing to do with them or their business

  28. I’ve included a graph of 2.92 mg shot of pharma GH below yielding serum score of around 20-30 The reason I like to do IGF and a lot of others do too are for two reasons. ipam combined with GHRP can give you a huge GH serum spikes but it alone doesn’t do a lot to get your IGF levels up. GHRP 2 can give you a massive spike and ipam can prolong it secondly low purity generic GH from my understanding can give you nice serum spikes BUT the kicker is that it’s not very bilogically active. Thus not greatlyraising your IGF levels over time. You need your IGF to climb to see the serious cell splitting effects of GH that we are looking for. This is why stuff like peptides are good for fat-loss but not so much for muscle gain. In my opionion a serum test is a good place to start. If t looks good then invest in more of said GH and run some IGF tests later. igf can very person to person but if you aren’t getting an elevated igf score you are wasting your time with either shitty GH or you are taking AI or something else that’s fucking with the conversion. Also I should mention tren and insulin can help with IGF

My only advice when you get the chop is when they tell you to give it a few days before you use it... listen and give it a few days!

  31. Thank you very much for the sweet compliments I appreciate that you know it's hard for people to comprehend just the amount of work that goes into one's physique to actually transform it and yes to come from depression is extremely hard to be able to pull yourself out of it is almost near impossible you need a good support system around you. You're very fortunate to have a very good friend like that and to be able to transform yourself obviously the way you have a lot of time and effort on your part and congratulations for doing so.. I love seeing the Transformations from the before and after and you know everyone has their own story of why they choose to obviously get into shape for one reason or the other and I find it very fascinating the reasons why people do take that step....

  33. igf is based individually, i made a post on this but if a gh serum results gives you 30+ than according to pharma standards it is 3.3mg > end of the day, that is sufficient proof of the authenticity of the product and that is all that matters to us neutrals. Your igf levels is for you as an individual and may fluctuate person to person ,where as a gh serum test should be stable if the producer is legitimate

  36. I got my buddy at work onto it and he swears by it. 99% of the people who think they are non celiac, gluten intolerant, arent. Their issue is likely FODMAPS. The original researchers who starting the gluten free craze went back and did a better study with more people and realized that FODMAPS, not gluten, was the real culprit. The reason gluten free diets work somewhat well for people is because gluten and FODMAPS exist in many of the same foods, so by eliminating gluten you are actually eliminating FODMAPS. There are foods with FODMAPS and no gluten though so if eating them causes you issues then you have your answer.

  37. Prep time 10 minutes Cook time 10 minutes yields 6-9 pancakes Protein Pancakes! super easy with no refined grains or refined sugar. just oats, banana, and eggs! INGREDIENTS 1 cup oats 1 banana 2 eggs 1/2 cup egg whites 4 teaspoons baking powder pinch of salt, pinch of cinnamon 1-2 scoops protein powder 2 tablespoons flax meal INSTRUCTIONS Run everything through the blender on medium low speed until very well mixed. Heat a nonstick griddle to medium high heat. Add batter in small circles – about 1/4 cup per pancake. Sprinkle with blueberries or chocolate chips if you want. When the edges start to look dry (2-3 minutes), flip and cook another minute or two on the other side. Top with anything you like! I like syrup and peanut butter and chocolate chips. NOTES : If the pancakes are falling apart, you may need to turn the heat up. We consistently get pancakes that hold and flip when the heat is at a high enough level and when we use a nonstick pan. You can also add more or less flax to get the consistency just right for you! I kept the batter in individually portioned jars for easy ready made breakfast. You can also refrigerate or freeze cooked pancakes. 40. Out of any of you guys giving the advice to stay on gear have actually done this and had it work for you? I can tell you that it did not work for me and I gave it a good solid effort with copious amounts of Pharmacy HCG for 8 months. I was on prescribed TRT and wanting to have another child, my doctor told me that I should come right off but of course I didn't want to. I had done countless hours of research and read all about HCG being able to keep you fertile and was able to convince my doctor to let me try with the HCG first. I had a semen analysis before and then after 6 months of HCG and TRT and the sample actually came back lower..... I immediately stopped TRT after getting the results of the analysis. After stopping the test and HCG I did HMG for 12 days and then low dose clomid for two months. The wife became pregnant exactly 3 months after stopping the testosterone....the exact maturation length of new sperm..... If you're serious about getting the wife or girlfriend pregnant then don't mess around, just come off man. If you have any questions about anything just ask or even on pm me.
