  1. Hi there! I have a s a vast amount of experience with BTs Masteron specifically. I really like it personally! I would highly recommend women starting out no where near the men’s MG dosing. Start off low (like any compound), of 20-30mg very small. See how you feel/react after doing two shots of 20-30 and bump accordingly to how you are feeling. I do oddly notice personally I can take a higher anoint in season than off (which may be a total personal thing but good to note). In off season I can’t do more than 40-60mg and that’s taken a few years of using it and allowing my body time with it. I did note when I would go up that my hair line would thin but that is also a generic response but again something to note. I really loved how quickly the size would come on for me using Mast. It’s my go to other than Primo. Its not not for beginners. Wouldn’t recommend women using it unless they are wanting the size of WP or B.B. I wouldn’t recommend this to figure gals, in my opinion there are other compounds before trying Mast. I do like personally using Mast and Test together and generally I’ll pnly use these two to run a cycle for injectables. - msclmama

  7. DNP is an extremely powerful and beyond controversial fat burning drug. There is no compound on earth that can burn fat at the rate of DNP; however, to say it is beyond dangerous is almost an understatement. DNP is so dangerous it can in fact kill you. No one can deny the fat loss power held by this compound is truly tremendous, but when we consider the risk there are very few if any we can recommend it too. Officially, while an industrial chemical DNP is pure poison. As a fat loss medication, DNP functions by dramatically increasing the body’s core temperature. I have a conservative stance on when to use DNP, how much to use, and how long to use it. Some people argue that DNP should be used on cycle so as to protect muscle. If I am on cycle I want to be lifting hard and I do not want to worry about energy levels or heat stroke. Other people argue that DNP should be used well after PCT. My only concern would be low energy levels and possible T3 issues. These concerns are manageable via things like ECA stacks and T3 supplementation. My most preferred time to run DNP is when I start PCT. I still have energy and strength from my cycle and I avoid the whole catabolic post cycle phase. In addition, I have a nice little anabolic rebound at the end of my DNP run and I get to see the results from all my hard work on gear. DNP is cumulative and it takes three weeks to clear your system. Do not bump up your dose because you think you can handle more. Do not use drugs or drink alcohol. Please note that you do not need to “feel” DNP for it to be working. People have different tolerance levels, even for poisons. You can only get so much DNP into your system (before you die), so you can choose to take a higher dose short cycle or lower dose long cycle. Antioxidants - To stop the free radicals Electolytes - V8 is good. Melatonin - If necessary, to help you sleep. ECA stack - If necessary, to boost your energy levels.

  8. Understanding IGF-1 By Bryan Haycock To understand how IGF-1 works you have to understand how muscles grow. The ability of muscle tissue to constantly regenerate in response to activity makes it unique. It’s ability to respond to physical/mechanical stimuli depends greatly on what are called satellite cells. Satellite cells are muscle precursor cells. You might think of them as "pro-muscle" cells. They are cells that reside on and around muscle cells. These cells sit dormant until called upon by growth factors such as IGF-1. Once this happens these cells divide and genetically change into cells that have nuclei identical to those of muscle cells. These new satellite cells with muscle nuclei are critical if not mandatory to muscle growth. Without the ability to increase the number of nuclei, a muscle cell will not grow larger and its ability to repair itself is limited. The explanation for this is quite simple. The nucleus of the cell is where all of the blue prints for new muscle come from. The larger the muscle, the more nuclei you need to maintain it. In fact there is a "nuclear to volume" ratio that cannot be overridden. Whenever a muscle grows in response to functional overload there is a positive correlation between the increase in the number of myonuclei and the increase in fiber cross sectional area (CSA). When satellite cells are prohibited from donating new nuclei, overloaded muscle will not grow (Rosenblatt,1992 & 1994; Phelan,1997). So you see, one important key to unnatural muscle growth is the activation of satellite cells by growth factors such as IGF-1. IGF-1 stimulates both proliferation (an increase in cell number) and differentiation (a conversion to muscle specific nuclei) in an autocrine-paracrine manner, although it induces differentiation to a much greater degree. This is in agreement with the Dual Effector theory. In fact, you can inject a muscle with IGF-1 and it will grow! Studies have shown that , when injected locally, IGF-1 increases satellite cell activity, muscle DNA content, muscle protein content, muscle weight and muscle cross sectional area (Adams,1998). On the very cutting edge of research scientists are now discovering the signaling pathway by which mechanical stimulation and IGF-1 activity leads to all of the above changes in satellite cells, muscle DNA content, muscle protein content, muscle weight and muscle cross sectional area just outlined above. This research is stemming from studies done to explain cardiac hypertrophy. It involves a muscle enzyme called calcineurin which is a phosphatase enzyme activated by high intracellular calcium ion concentrations (Dunn, 1999). Note that overloaded muscle is characterized by chronically elevated intracellular calcium ion concentrations. Other recent research has demonstrated that IGF-1 increases intracellular calcium ion concentrations leading to the activation of the signaling pathway, and subsequent muscle fiber hypertrophy (Semsarian, 1999; Musaro, 1999). I am by no means a geneticist so I hesitated even bringing this new research up. In summary the researchers involved in these studies have explained it this way, IGF-1 as well as activated calcineurin, induces expression of the transcription factor GATA-2, which accumulates in a subset of myocyte nuclei, where it associates with calcineurin and a specific dephosphorylated isoform of the transcription factor nuclear factor of activated T cells or NF-ATc1. Thus, IGF-1 induces calcineurin-mediated signaling and activation of GATA-2, a marker of skeletal muscle hypertrophy, which cooperates with selected NF-ATc isoforms to activate gene expression programs leading to increased contractile protein synthesis and muscle hypertrophy. Did you get all that? IGF-1 Usage By Author Unkown IGF stands for insulin-like growth factor. It is a natural substance that is produced in the human body and is at its highest natural levels during puberty. During puberty IGF is the most responsible for the natural muscle growth that occurs during these few years. There are many different things that IGF does in the human body; I will only mention the points that would be important for physical enhancement. Among the effects the most positive are increased amino acid transport to cells, increased glucose transport, increased protein synthesis, decreased protein degradation, and increased RNA synthesis. When IGF is active it behaves differently in different types of tissues. In muscle cells proteins and associated cell components are stimulated. Protein synthesis is increased along with amino acid absorption. As a source of energy, IGF mobilizes fat for use as energy in adipose tissue. In lean tissue, IGF prevents insulin from transporting glucose across cell membranes. As a result the cells have to switch to burning off fat as a source of energy. IGF also mimic's insulin in the human body. It makes muscles more sensitive to insulin's effects, so if you are a person that currently uses insulin you can lower your dosage by a decent margin to achieve the same effects, and as mentioned IGF will keep the insulin from making you fat. Perhaps the most interesting and potent effect IGF has on the human body is its ability to cause hyperplasia, which is an actual splitting of cells. Hypertrophy is what occurs during weight training and steroid use, it is simply an increase in the size of muscle cells. See, after puberty you have a set number of muscle cells, and all you are able to do is increase the size of these muscle cells, you don't actually gain more. But, with IGF use you are able to cause this hyperplasia which actually increases the number of muscle cells present in the tissue, and through weight training and steroid usage you are able to mature these new cells, in other words make them grow and become stronger. So in a way IGF can actually change your genetic capabilities in terms of muscle tissue and cell count. IGF proliferates and differentiates the number of types of cells present. At a genetic level it has the potential to alter an individuals capacity to build superior muscle density and size. There is a lot of talk about the similarity between IGF and growth hormone. The most often asked question is simply which is more effective. GH doesn't directly cause your muscles to grow, it works very indirectly by increasing protein synthesis capabilities, increasing the amount of insulin a person can use effectively, and increasing the amount of anabolic steroids a person can use effectively. GH also indirectly causes muscle growth by stimulating the release of IGF when it (the GH) is destroyed in the human body. So one way you could look at it as GH being a precursor to IGF. So to put it simple IGF is more effective at directly causing muscle growth and density increases. IGF is also much more cost effective. IGF can also be effectively used by itself and gains will still be easily noticeable. With growth hormone you need to use high amounts of anabolics and often insulin to see any gains at all, this is not the case with IGF. IGF can be used by itself and is often used by bodybuilders who bridge between cycles, during this bridge is a good time to use IGF since it has no effect on natural testosterone production so it will therefore allow you to return to normal in terms of hormone levels. A stack of IGF, PGF2a, HCG, and clomid would be a good bridge stack and would allow your body to return to normal and still allow you to retain and make new gains. IGF is a research drug, it hasn't been approved by the FDA for use as a pharmaceutical and it is currently being researched for nerve tissue repair, possible burn victims, and also as a possible aid in muscle wasting for AIDS patients. There are many different analogs of IGF available, instead of mentioning them all, I will simply mention the two most common and the most effective. Regular recombinant IGF is one of the two, it is also the more expensive and the least effective. Regular IGF only has a half-life of about 10-20 minutes in the human body and is quickly destroyed, it can be combined with certain binding proteins to extend the half-life, but it is not a very simple procedure and there is a more effective and less expensive version available. The most effective form of IGF is Long R3 IGF-1, it has been chemically altered and has had amino acid changes which cause it to avoid binding to proteins in the human body and allow it to have a much longer half life, around 20-30 hours. "Long R3 IGF-1 is an 83 amino acid analog of IGF-1 comprising the complete human IGF-1 sequence with the substition of an Arg(R) for the Glu(E) at position three, hence R3, and a 13 amino acid extension peptide at the N terminus. This analog of IGF-1 has been produced with the purpose of increasing the biological activity of the IGF peptide." "Long R3 IGF-1 is signifacantly more potent than IGF-1. The enhanced potency is due to the decreased binding of Long R3 IGF-1 to all known IGF binding proteins. These binding proteins normally inhibit the biological actions of IGF's." It is also not as expensive since a media grade version is available which is sufficient for bodybuilding use. There is also a receptor grade available but it is VERY expensive and the only noticeable difference between the two would only be able to be noticed in a laboratory setting. The price on the black market for Long R3 IGF-1 can be seen anywhere from $200-$500 per milligram depending on the source. The most effective length for a cycle of IGF is 50 days on and 20-40 days off. The most controversy surrounding Long R3 IGF-1 is the effective dosage. The most used dosages range between 20mcg/day to 120+mcg/day. IGF is only available by the milligram, one mg will give you a 50 day cycle at 20mcg/day, 2mg will give you a 50 day cycle at 40mcg/day, 3mg will give you a 50 day cycle at 60mcg/day, 4mg will give you a 50 day cycle at 80mcg/day and so on. The dosage issue mainly revolves around how much money you have to spend, plenty of people use the minimum dosage of 20mcg/day and are happy with the results, and in fact several top bodybuilders use the 20mcg/day dosage and are pleased with the results. IGF is most effective when administered subcutaneously and injected once or twice daily at your current dosage. The best time for injections is either in the morning and/or immediately after weight training. Another frequently asked question of IGF refers to the real world results, in terms of pure weight gain don't expect to gain 5 lbs. a week like you may off of anadrol or a similar steroid. The only weight you will gain from IGF use is pure lean muscle tissue, with steroids most of the weight gained is water weight. With an effective dosage you can expect to gain 1-2 lbs of new lean muscle tissue every 2-3 weeks and these effects can be increased with the use of testosterone, anabolic steroids, and insulin use. Increased vascularity is also very common, people report seeing veins appear where they never have before. And yet another effect reported is the ability to stay lean while bulking with heavy dosages of steroids and TONS of food while on an IGF cycle, this is perhaps the most pleasing effect. Increased pumps are also noticeable almost immediately, the pumps can almost become painful, pumps are even noticeable when doing cardio. Overall, IGF is a very exciting drug due to its ability to alter ones genetic capabilities. If you can find a trustworthy source and you use it correctly it can be a VERY useful tool in your bodybuilding drug arsenal.

Should you have an injury (as most of us do at some point) or a question about a potential injury, I kindly ask you that you create a new topic with some information in mind, stated below, that would help me help you as best as I can! 1) Nature of injury How did it happen? Was there a mechanism of injury or was it progressive onset? How long has this been going on for? 2) Describe your symptoms Constant? Comes and goes? Sharp/dull/ache/burning? Does it refer down your arms/legs? 3) Past history? Any relevant history of previous injury to that area? Familial history? 4) What makes it worse? What makes it better? Moving arm up over head? twisting? Washing your hair? Or how about adding ice and heat/hot tub makes it better? 5) Scans already done/in progress? Have you had an xray/ultrasound/MRI already done? How long ago? Do you have a copy of the report you could upload a pic so it can be read and understood and properly educated on? 6) Goals? Back to same lifting? Specific sport or hobby? Maybe you want to play guitar again and can't or play with your kids? 7) Medications? Current medications taking for this, or general health (heart, blood pressure, cholesterol, diabetes, etc). Knowing your cycle, if on, helps as well and for how long. Armed with this general information, it's much "easier" to help formulate a physical suggestive diagnosis and help guide you towards recovery. Kepe in mind, this does not replace visiting your local Physical Therapist and/or Medical Doctor, and if you need proper help with potential medication or other more extensive work done in a clinic you should ALWAYS do that. For myself, I never go without caber when deca or tren is a part of my cycle, you may not have gyno caused by progesterone/prolactin but you definitely will have raised levels causing sides such as loss of sex drive, deca/tren dick..ect my anti-e of choice is adex or asin, letro always on hand for emergency. IMO everyone should have the above items in their "stash" better safe than sorry peeps shredzs

  11. How many mg of tbol are you taking? I find splitting the dose morning and evening helps. I have ran it a few times and have had no issues other than gassy I guess. Ran up to 80mg no prob and I found 60 was the sweet spot for me. Morning I was taking it in empty stomach with lots of water.

  14. I've done 10 days on 5 off then back on again. This was low dose, 250 a day. I dropped weight easily, just make sure you keep your diet in check. Only sides at that dose was sweating lots and felt hot all the time.

  16. I'm 2 months in, and am loving it. Am currently dosing 25 mg ed nightly fasted. I started with 15mg, worked up to 30, but have settled at 25mg for now. My hands were getting really numb at 30, as well the lethargy was killing me. I am still puzzled how a 5mg decrease mitigated those sides quite a bit. Definitely a lot of gh being pulsed in my body. You want a bio-identical hormone, look no further then pulsing you own pituitary! I have been off my last aas cycle for about a month and half, and my weight hasn't dropped at all. I look fuller, but no where near as ripped as when on last cycle. Strength is still up there, and some of the pumps i get are awesome. I've never taken gh before, but if this mk stuff is anywhere near, i like it.

  18. I IF, have for years. Got caught up in the faux hype a few years ago, but i like it. It works well for me, because I realize it’s nothing more than an eating protocol, and utilize it as such. But I also work out fasted, aas cycling or otherwise. And because of my work getting in meals is tough so I push off breakfast as long as possible. Its tough at first but you get used to it after a week or so

  21. I prefer to use the mk right before i go to sleep. That way I sleep through the sugar cravings. I use 1 pill(12.5mg) for general maintenance then if im bulking or cutting i use 2(25mg) at bedtime. I love mk for the sheer effect of melting fat off while sleeping. The added growth factor is also great for adding some lean mass. Add in a QUALITY genuine gh preworkout with some slin intra and you have yourself the golden nugget. Cant say enough good things about it without having to start a new thread lol. Back to the point, genetec is good to go lol

  22. TBH, I use it at all different times. I use on-cycle and off-cycle. Before I started TRT, I would also use it during my PCT. I basically go all year long switching between running MK677 w/ CJC 1295 DAC and then over to Ipamorelin w/ CJC 1295 w/o DAC. I basically look to be running some type of GH-enhancement year round. This is just what I prefer personally. Being that I'll be 45 in a month, I'm basically at an age where I feel I can use the added GH boost ? If I had the ability to run pharma HGH year long, I'd probably go with that heheheheh

  23. Two directions of thought here. Seems like the "new" way of thinking is to have the blood level spike for the workout and let it trail off for the "post workout" phase. Interesting concept but I feel is missing the mark. The second train of thought is that you want to keep the blood levels constant throughout the day during the recovery as well. My take on it: I like to hit both ideas together. A higher blood level immediately before, during and after the workout is great, especially with the degree of catabolic hormones that will be released due to the physiologic stress you'll be putting your body through. So let's try to counteract it as best as possible. But... Doing that will miss the whole muscle rebuilding phase that occurs between. Muscle is made between the workouts, not during. The workout is only adding a stimulus for triggering adaptation to the stress, therefore growth. So why are we ignoring the rebuilding phase? We should be looking to assist throughout the complete process when the stress hormones will still be elevated and the rebuilding will be looking for everything it can use. One can argue that the pump should be considered of highest priority due to the increased blood flow and nutrient shuttling. Absolutely it should be! However, what degree does that take over the recovery phase. So, how do we please them all? Spike the dose preworkout, while running a constant dose throughout the rest of the day. So for a typical 50mg/day dosing that may look like this: 10mg morning, noon, and before bed. 20mg preworkout. (Of course adapting the timing depending on where your workout falls). This way you can also lower the strain on the liver by not blowing it way over its ability to process the drug. Just like splitting you Tylenol dose when sick. Many will say they have done it both ways an haven't noticed any measurable difference. That may be so, but my brain won't let me ignore the scientific rationale. There you have it, a super long post that basically says 'I split the dose throughout the day with an extra higher dose preworkout".

I have used dnp, kept the dose low and only stayed on for a short period, took the nessecary ancillaries, made sure to stay very well hydrated, and I lost a great deal of fat in a short time with minimal side effects(some night sweats and lethargy). Did bloods and checked health markers before and after and the only thing that changed was my insulin sensitivity was much improved. It was like I reset my body where I could get away with a far higher amount of carbs with out fat gain for several months after each dnp run. I like the fat burning properties obviously, but I can do that with diet and cardio easily, just takes longer. But I've never experienced anything with the insulin resensitizing effects like dnp, which is what I liked most from my experience with it. When i read an article about dnp, it's easy to tell if the writer is for or against this particular compound. Reading this one would make it seem like a person would have to be a brain dead moron to run dnp. Over at enhanced athlete, which was obviously a very pro dnp atmosphere, there were 100's of success stories from users who experienced little to no sides and had dramatic fat loss results. In my honest opinion, I think the safety and risks of dnp land some where in the middle. I definitely do not think it's as dangerous as some anti dnp people make it out to be and I certainly dont think it's safe as tylenol when used correctly, like a lot of pro dnp people will say. Just my two cents

  29. To be fair... negative reviews are a part of a fair and balanced conversation. I think it offers transparency and honesty. And any good lab shouldn't be afraid of it. The rep offered to discuss, or clarify, or resolve the issue.. the person with the review may be like me... at work and may be able to respond right now.. but at any moment my boss could walk in and take me to do something. I could be gone 10 minutes, or the whole day. I personally get a little suspect reading a thread where all the reviews are all popcorn and bubblegum. Deleting his comments are a little extreme and assumes that we as readers are idiots can't see through the trees. Yea , I get it that every board has a lab or 2 behind them and it's not too hard to figure out who they are by how hard admins come down on criticisms. And usually the biggest bashers are yes.. behind other labs.. bit for many of us who are trying to make the best decisions with our hard earned money, we aren't playing the political game. We just want the best gear at the best price. So all things being equal, fairness means reading things one may not like, agree with. For example, a lab got hammered last year/ early this year in numerous places. Before then they had a stellar reputation. So at the time they were my #1 lab to try out. Yes, I was disappointed to read what I read and was somewhat trepidatious... but I ended up ordering from them anyway. They have been excellent. So while I respect the fact that reputations can be ruined by irresponsible posts, I think it's important for us readers to be able to digest the entire conversation. Those of us buyers have no skin in the game and will likely buy where they want anyway.
