  1. It will probably happen. Mine has been closed for 2 months already, but then, location location location. I know in Italy, South Korea, etc they have shut them down. Gyms in the US are still running but once you start to see them close over there you know they will start closing in Canada.

  3. Cholesterol and Estradiol numbers look a little rough. How do you feel typically? Your test is definitely outside of the TRT zone lol.

  5. On a side note, the piston range on a good one is pretty deep and agressive, so keep the wife away from it. lol.
  6. Update: keeping diet on point, home routine in swing, no official opening date for my gym yet (god I miss the going to the gym), weight is coming in steady around 100KG flat. Additional notes: Wife is in full morning, noon, evening sickness monster mode, good times. That's all for now folks...catch you in a week or so with another minimalist update unless they unlock the doors and I pull my arms off deadlifting.

  9. Nothing to apologize over man. Shows your level of self strength that you are keeping at it even through all the crap. Keep it up man.
  10. A little more time might be a good idea just in case your are seeing some strange rebound effect or something from the adex. If time does not balance it out I would recommend 25-50mg of Proviron but if I recall you are not a fan of DHT based items. Aromasin at a low dose might also be something to try. Adex and Letro killed me in the past but I found with Aro I felt pretty good during my fertility recovery stint both when still on TRT and even when I came off fully.

  12. That's wild. At what dosages? Any chance you could post up a shot of your bloods (just edit out the ID details first). Be curious to see what your kidney and liver values look like along with your RBC/SHGB/Test/E2 levels. Might be time to take a little break from the tren though, by little I mean...indefinite lol.
  13. Update: plan did not kick off well. My gym was not given permission to open and is now closed "until further notice".... Back to the kettle bells and bands I guess. That also means I need to cut my calorie load back a bit I think as the load stress wont be there. Keeps getting better and better....
  14. I went full scoop out of the gate and it was pretty solid. 400mg of caf definitely had me stimmed pretty good though. After a few doses you get used to it. I would rate it pretty high and give it a status of worth trying. Focus, pump, tingle; all fun and games. Much better than the last product I was running.
  15. I picked one up a few months ago. Its great. Also helps that the price point was 40$ on my end but equivalent on amazon is about 150..ish. Definitely recommend trying one.

  18. Ok Fam, Things are starting to normalize a little bit here now and things should be on track as stated above to hopefully get back into the gym as of March 1. For the next month I plan to eat at about 200-300cal below my "calculated" maintenance level of around 3200 and see how my body responds to being reintroduced to the gym as well as real food. In all honesty, I know with IF I was not getting enough cals and being off TRT was killing me. Will make adjustments on the carb side per advice given here but also on how my body responds in the coming weeks. I do intend to see some initial weight gain, hence the first 4 weeks back to assess. Note: dropping the IF. Just not digging it.   21. That's looks slick with the red draw string. You could almost just go blank on the front. Nice durable and breathable polyester weave and I would be all over that for the gym or even just hanging out. Very nice man.
